First time here. Vanilla Latte was yummy! (Not pictured). Also ordered an omelet wrap. Photo online and on their menu shows white tortilla so I was confused why we were served the whole grain flour tortilla instead, my son was not a fan. My bagel was good but I think I would've enjoyed it more if they used fresh ingredients. I'm assuming a lot of people don't order veggie bagels so they freeze the cucumbers,tomatoes,etc. so they can last longer. The texture was off but nevertheless, i got what i asked for and the garden veggie cream cheese definitely hit the spot. Overall, my bagel was good. Customer service is great and all, but I just drove up from Smyrna and ordered four salted bagels with cream cheese only to get home and find they only gave me three of them. Didn't think I would have to check the bag for such a simple order but make sure you do in the future or you may waste your money like I just did. read more

This was the best to go experience I've had in 2021 so far. The crew was efficient, quick, friendly, and left a great lasting impression because the food was so good. They were friendly: I think I spoke to a manager (or some nice lady who worked there) because she started up a conversation on this updated Square technology that I haven't seen before. I must be out of date with technology bc I haven't seen it before. She raved about how convenient it was and even showed me a handheld feature that she can go out to peoples cars with. She was super excited and it was cute. Service: I was the first person up because they served everyone and social distancing was enforced. The wide open space, due to the removal of tables, made me feel comfortable to social distance. Additionally, I saw a woman answer and forget her mask and get flustered. As she scurried out to grab her from the car they tried to flag her down for a mask that they were offering her but she refused. That speaks to the excellent service that they have! Taste: this is easily the most satisfying meal I've had in a while from any restaurant, bar none. The locks were perfectly proportioned with the cream cheese, on a plain bagel, accompanied with a slight hint of sliced red onion, and capers. I need to replicate this at home because I was totally satisfied. I had a slice of a pickle wrapped up and on a napkin to reduce the leaking, and the meal was accompanied by a small side of potato salad. This last step was the only thing that was wrong with my mail because I ordered macaroni salad when prompted but, the potato salad was fine. I raved about all of this to my daughter and told her it was the right amount of food because I was totally satisfied; neither hungry nor craving anything afterwards. I stopped by here to grab a bagel breakfast sandwich, before I took a long road trip. I found Manhattan Bagel on Yelp, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Upon entry I noticed they had a check in offer for free coffee. The line was short and I proceeded to order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel. The bagel sandwich was actually pretty good, and exceeded my expectations. I'm a bagel conuissier. The bagel was very delicious, it was fresh and with the cheddar baked in the flavor was robust . The whole bagel sandwich including the eggs and bacon was also delicious. I ended up getting tea instead of coffee so I can't comment on their coffee. I would definitely get this again next time I'm in the area. Service was decent it took about 10 minutes to get my food from beginning to end. My cashier was also pleasant. read more

My experience is that Manhattan Bagel charges $1.50 to slice a 1/2 dozen bagels because they do it by hand which I think is ridiculous. I do love their bagels but maybe they should invest in a bagel cutting machine to help the customers save some $$. I wonder how much it is to have one bagel sliced for takeout. This place was interesting. We were excited to give it a try after reading all of the positive reviews. What we got was a completely different experience. When we went up to the counter there was a fly in the croissant wrap. We opted for a plan bagel and the BLT bagel to try out how good their traditional items were and we were disappointed. As soon as we took a bite of the bagel it deflated to a flat pancake. I liked the pepper sauce on the BLT bagel but that was about it. The flavor was pretty flat and so was the bagel after you take your first bite. It photographed well but I'll keep searching for a good tasting bagel. read more

These guys just can't get my order right. They are literally the only bagel place in the area with reasonably authentic bagels--no one else boils theirs. But I stopped ordering from here a couple years back when my hubby brought me an avocado BLT with no bacon. I agreed to try it again--but I refused to ever have their BLT again. My bagel & lox with butter & NO CREAM CHEESE came covered in cream cheese. I'm very dairy sensitive--I can tolerate a little dairy, but they don't have margarine like we use at home. I should probably order it dry and add my own--but who wants to order a sandwich and have to add their own smear when it gets here? They desperately want to lose my business! Was excited to try a new bagel place :) The place was packed which is always a good sign. I ordered Asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese. Also got a hashbrown which was soggy and not that great.... Based on the bagel sandwich alone I give this place 4 stars. It was a tasty bagel sandwich. It was alittle burnt at the top but it was still good. The lunch sandwiches look good too! This place was HOPPING on a Sunday around 10am. The line was quite long, but they had a solid team and got people in and out relatively quickly. The bagels are very solid and I will 100% go back when I'm in the area. I had an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and it was great, and not expensive at all!!! Very similar to Einstein. They do great bagels. The real New York bagels. And they know what "scooped" means. Walked in with plans to grab a drink and just be on my way, but then grabbed a sandwich and so glad I did. I got a "Bronx Bomber", and have to say the roast beef with pepper jack was a delight. The super friendly girl at the counter recommended it and boy am I glad I took her advice. Also as I was eating my sandwich I noticed that they have a Book Exchange!!!! How cool is that. I read some discouraging comments, but tried it for myself (kinda had our minds made up, road trip, short on options), and I'm glad I did! Everything bagel was everything - I think "is it too salty? too much garlic? onion?", but nope, it's everything and with the lox, capers and red onion it was all good. My wife picked up some blueberry bagel that tasted like buttery french toast and was down right amazing.
