BUT I gave 4 stars because when I went, they were out of the other things I wanted and it wasn't clearly advertised so the poor girl helping me had to keep telling me sad news, one after another. I wish there was a sign stating if something was unavailable or they should've put away displays if items were not available. My friend wanted gelato because there was a picture of it displayed, but they said they didn't have that. Is it only a summer thing? Were they not serving gelato just for that day? I don't know, it was just unavailable. They really should not mislead customers by displaying the picture of the pretty gelato (the picture looked really good!). This also meant that I couldn't get the affogato because they weren't serving gelato. Again, the menu didn't clearly state they were not serving that drink. I also stopped by here specifically because I saw an Instagram post that their hot cocoa was one of the best. I ended up getting a drink somewhere else. Also, when we wanted a receipt, the girl helping us said it wasn't working. So it was just a bad timing that day. Poor girl was super nice as she delivered rejections, but I was still constantly disappointed. Again, if I'm ever in the area, I would definitely be back for their beignets and hopefully that next time, the menus will be more clear about what they have and don't have. Things to know before you go: -They have a lot of different donut flavors and fillings, which I didn't try. But make sure to prepare enough time to wait for them to be made fresh and depending on how busy they are at the time you go.
