However, I think next time I'll order a smoothie- I think that would be more up my alley. I also bought 4 donuts to take home. I got the tiramisu, the ube, the biscoff cheesecake - which actually does taste like a cheese cake, and of course I got their most popular donut the strawberry milk cream. I was able to take a nibble out of each donut and I must say the donuts were delicious- the cream cheese filling is fantastic. My favorite flavors were the Biscoff and the strawberry. My iced caramel macchiato was very tasty, not watered down, and I liked how I could actually taste the caramel. As far as prices go I paid $13.38, it's similar to what I would pay at Starbucks. It can get a bit pricey. Luckily for me- after doing a bit of research I found that Moka does have an app and a rewards program. I just think they should advertise it a little bit more. But other than that I truly enjoyed my first experience here. I'm glad I have another coffee shop to diversify where I get my coffee. Starbucks now officially has a little competition lol!

*******WARNING******* If you are to easily offended by reading the truth, then move on from this review. HOW THE FUCK this place averages 2 stars is beyond me. A 1/2 star review needs to be implemented due to this establishment alone! This store could fuck up a wet dream. There is only one cashier at ALL times and last I saw, there are ALWAYS two registers ready to go. When one of the these "employees " or whatever you want to call em, "doorknobs" is much more precise, asks me "what do you want" after I ask them to surprise me with a donut choice, my faith in their common sense and competence flew directly out the finger smudged window. A functioning espresso machine has been absent since the fucking place opened! After the staff tries to gather what little brain capacity they have, it's at this time that a line has now stretched all the way out the fucking entrance! So after explaining my order clearly, at least 50% of the time, the order comes back no where close to what I specified. So let me be clear, if you plan on ordering multiple items in the same order, it will be 100% wrong. They could fuck up a order for water... On top of long lines, heaven forbid they use the other working register, wrong orders and terrible service, they can make a landfill look exquisite. The place is a dirty trash heap. A little elbow grease can go a long way but if you thought there was any sense of urgency or care in this place, you are surely mistaken. I ordered a macchiato today and received a fucking milk shake due to NO FUCKING COFFEE IN THE GOD DAMN DRINK! But nothing really surprises me anymore at "Kinder Care" aka Dunkin Dontus on Genesis Way, North Aurora IL. Now I could cast all the blame on the employees but its not all their fault. If there was a MANAGER or SUPERVISOR to take charge and train their employees, there would be the potential of, at best, ok service. But once again, the higher levels of management must not give one piece of rat feces to fix this so called "store" This location would more successful as a fucking parking lot, I think this is the only way a order could not get fucked up. So whenever you hear the circus is in town, proceed to 257 Genesis Way where you will see a field of mindless sheep, chewing on Elmer's paste while fucking up one order at a time. I feel like I could go on, but my thumbs are now too cramped from typing such a masterpiece! My favorite thing about this Dunkin Donuts is that the drive-thru is set up so you are never stuck in line, which I find extremely useful when it's one of those days where I can't let my (burnt, room-temperature) morning coffee add 25 minutes onto my commute. Honestly, it's to the point where I only end up at this place when I'm still half asleep and forget how all-around terrible it is. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the one star review is reserved for a different restaurant where the drive-thru employee tried to steal my debit card. read more
