Then as we were driving home I accidentally dumped my drink all over my daughters new car. I felt horrible about that and so bummed out because that passion fruit refresher is delicious. I ordered cold foam and i got bubbles. It was not foam it was bubbles. The service was good but i was disappointed in my cold foam.

On Sunday morning, i put in an order for three specialty drinks and a dozen donuts I told them the donuts that I wanted in the box. I was told that you get what you get. the donuts are already pre-boxed and they can't assure me that what I want was in them, I don't know if this is a new policy but I'm less than happy about it. I think that the attitude was even more offensive and there didn't seem to be any attempt to create a positive customer service environment. They have Girl Scout cookie flavored drinks which aren't as bad as I expected, they are actually quite good. My boyfriend, his first time being here, got the glazed blueberry donut and the vanilla donut and they were absolutely divine. I, personally, like cream donuts so I got the maple Cream and vanilla cream and they are heaven, making my tongue tingle with all the sugar. The service could be friendlier but I have no serious complaints. Four stars because there's always room for improvement. read more

I got a iced chai latte and it tasted like pure milk. i also got a sandwich that was completely burnt and black. i then went back up to the counter to get a donut because i barely ate my sandwich and stood there for 5 minutes while all the workers were on their phones but could still see me standing and waiting. someone walked in the door and that is when they got off their phones and asked what they could get me. i asked for my donut, and then paid. i then stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for my donut while the workers continued to talk and sit on their phones, until finally someone asked if i needed something. i used to work at dunkin and our customer service was not nearly as bad. i'm not trying to be that person that gets on and writes bad reviews for places, understanding that somewhere might be short staffed. but if you have a job, you should probably do it. read more

I come to this Dunkin' daily. Barb and Emily are two of my favorite people to see there! Both are kind and caring people and fast and accurate with orders. I recently learned Barb is leaving the company after almost 6 years and I'm going to miss her greatly! A good place if you want a donut and a drink! Open 24 hours and nice folks a place to chat with friends and relax with a hot or cold drink and a choice of a variety of donuts! If you read the calories for each donut you see what the best tasting are from the ones you might settle for but still a good taste! I forgot to take some pictures, but I saved you from that temptation! However, they are "delicious"! We sat and talked for about two hours! No one bothered us and that was great! Parking is right out front. Small seating area, but nicely designed. Restrooms were very clean and well stocked! Only concern was no hot water and constant water dribbling! Also, one person at a time with a lock to keep it so! A motion detector turns light on of so they save electricity, not water! Recommend take-out if you do not want to eat there. Nothing against my drink but the way I watched the manager that I spoke with about helping the older lady taking orders by herself while trying to take care of a $30 online order and trying not to break down "bc she is out of insulin" was RIIIDICULOUS and myself along with the others that were behind me. At first we were upset with her not getting to us as customers but once we realized the situation we all were trying to help and stop the tears that were about to fall from her eyes. I asked if they could then just make my drink while she gets it together since there were 2 ppl just walking around since their going to make it anyways bc right after the manager jumped in again to let me know they don't have a drawer to ring me up. I explained that she can ring it up when she's finished putting the long order in that she was having a hard time with and then she could ring it up when she was finished which would be a great way to be a team player. And just Ike that, they both turned around and continues to walk around again and ignore all of us in the lobby. The cashier explained how she was waiting on her husband to go find a place that he could get her medicine bc she could feel herself breaking down, we all told her to just go take care of of her self and she said she needed that job so she could pay for it, sadly! But I wouldn't stay and continued to be treated like that in any environment and I'm sad she is. I work across the street and before today went there about every other day, my co workers on the other hand DO go everyday. We have made the decision not to go to that specific Dunkin' Donuts anymore because of the situation. We've been talking about it all morning and will continue to all day because that right there is why companies have a hard time keeping their employees bc either 1 the superiors aren't qualified and provided the knowledge to run a work floor properly and wiling to do the work as well as a leader or 2 they unappreciated. In this situation I'll say that both were happening bc this employee was still trying to do her job although her health was at risk and her manager just stood minding her own business. My first Dunkin Donuts experience was as a wee child in Albuquerque, NM. My grandmother would walk me over to get "Munchkins" (donut holes). It became my nickname among family in NM. Maybe it's the sentimental attachment.. but I don't think there is a better donut chain in the country. Coffee is good, too. Bagels are .. well, bagels. I am a regular at a few dunkins around this area... The ones on whipple, tusc, and Cleveland ave. I always have the best iced coffee prepared for me at these locations. I have given the Dunkin on portage many chances, but each time I go there the coffee is absolutely disgusting. The iced coffee I get from the other locations always tastes relatively the same... With great ratios of caramel, cream & Splenda. The portage location is SUB PAR and I also find that the employees working the drive through are not friendly and hand over your coffee with nothing more than a little mumbled sentence. To sum it up, if you can-- try the other locations in the area to get better coffee and service. I will not return to this Dunkin. read more

Thank you ma'am for paying for my breakfast. What a pleasant surprise from the car in front of me! Stopped for a latte and sandwich. I tried the new Eggs Benedict and moderate expectations. Sounds good but can they pull it off at a donut shop drive-thru. Granted it wasn't what you get a fancy Sunday brunch, but it did exceed expectations. Good ham and egg white, the lemony hollandaise was the hit. I go to Dunkin' every single day of my life and everyday I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to a further Dunkin than this Dunkin on Portage. I much better prefer the Fulton Dunkin. Reason #1 The staff at Portage is literally so Rude, especially night shift workers. Last week I went to Portage and I ordered 1 coffee around 9pm and the worker lady did not say one word to me. Luckily since I get the same thing everyday I knew my coffee was $2.69 but if i got something else I wouldn't have even known my total cause the lady didn't tell me, she didn't welcome me, tell my my total, or give me a farewell. And she had a mean scowl on her face and not to mention wasn't wearing her mask. That leads me into reason #2 of why I hate portage Dunkin. The workers are never wearing their mask hardly ever. Reason #3 they make my coffee wrong every single time. I am paying for a coffee that I am actually going to drink. I order a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar everyday and some days when I'm running late and have to go to portage Dunkin because it's closer to my house. I certainly don't want bad coffee. 95% of the time I go to portage Dunkin my coffee has so much cream in it. And I know it's not the way they are suppose to make it because Fulton Dunkin makes it perfect everytime. But portage puts WAYYYYY to much cream in it, 1 huge chunk of ice that barely fits in the cup and doesn't even let me stir it, and sometimes it's so sweet from the cream and sugar I can actually taste the sugar pellets and sit there literally CHEWING MY COFFEE. It's like I'm drinking straight cream with a TAblespoon of coffee in it. It's suppose to be 3 pumps cream, 3 sugar, and 3 caramel, ice and coffee. I don't know who runs that Dunkin on Portage but whoever it is. Needs to take some time and talk to their employees and teach them better costumer service and teach them how to make coffee correctly. 0/10 would recommend this Dunkin.
