1st day in Florida. Stopped here on our way to the beach. Got a latte. Which was fine, but way they added way to much sweetener. Which is probably just customer preference. I got the everything bagel bites. I always get these back home. There was barely any seasonings on the bites. The worst was the bites were cold. PSA PSA PSA Dunkin' offers FREE medium coffees every single Wednesday when you order ahead through the app. AMAZING. Okay so why am I giving 4 stars for a free coffee? If it wasn't free I would be doing a total face palm over this. Dunkin' coffee is just not my vibe. It's so bland and watery. Even with no dairy in it, it somehow is practically translucent. That being said, I knew I probably wouldn't like this before I ordered it so my expectations were low. So low that I said to heck with it let's throw a flavor in there. I added 1 pump of gingerbread. This is where the actual review for this business comes in. I mobile ordered and was able to customize my drink (not as many customizations as Starbucks or Chipotle's apps), but clearly they missed that little detail. The drink has full 4 pumps of gingerbread. It was free and so I didn't bother having it remade. But overall the service was friendly. They let us pick up mobile orders through drive thru and when we approached the window they simply asked us for our names. This brand new DD is pristine. It's easy to spot from the road and there is plenty of parking. The drive thru is a little odd as it is actually between buildings. The clearance through it is nice though. DD is a 2 star business for me overall. But this location is really nice. And so if you are a DD person you'll love it here. read more

I stopped by this Dunkin' the other day after a long and hot walk on the beach so the iced matcha latte I got was that much tastier.

Waiting in drive thru 20 minutes 8:30 am 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally was able to order they were very limited (couldn't get 50 munchkins). This is not the first time this happened . They are way too slow and understaffed . The young lady who waited on me was friendly and did her best. This is On the Gulf in a great area. They need to step up their game and get with it ! Best Dunkin I ever been to. We stayed across the street for a week so we stopped in here each morning. The orders were filled very quick. It was not packed. The people that worked here were super nice and all said hello when you walked in and said thank you leaving. Food and drink orders were all correct and no issues at all. Great job. I explained to him that I didn't see the other ordering the station and I left without any donuts. I read the reviews and after reading them. Understand why I was treated this way at this store. Everything on my order was made incorrectly. They completely forgot about two of our drinks and then argued with us about what we ordered even though I had the receipt for proof of purchase. I went in for a bag of ground, original coffee. They had every flavored coffee but not original- only whole beans. I'm staying in a vacation rental ( across the street from this store) and they don't have a bean grinder. The person in charge said "that's all we have" and went in the back to hide out until I left. Leaving me in the lobby with the other clueless employees who didn't know how to handle the situation. Apparently I annoyed him by asking for ground coffee. In a coffee shop. What was I thinking???? If I owned this franchise and I ran out of ground I would dump the whole beans into the grinder right behind the counter and fill the bag with ground coffee. Hello. I stopped to go to dunkin today at approximately 11:45. I ordered 3 refreshers, a black tea, and stuffed bagel minis. I then proceeded to ask if they had any double chocolate donuts left. The kid then responded with "I don't know"... like look kid it's not that hard. He then tells us that there is 2 left and we said we will take them. Once we get up to the window we are waiting on our donuts so we tell the employees. They said say "we don't have any left" with very much attitude. So we picked different donuts and when they bring them to the window they are in fact 2 double chocolate donuts. No need to cause a scene when you already had the donuts we asked for. We were not being difficult people but when you give us attitude first we are obviously going to be a little annoyed. What a disappointment! Thought we'd treat ourselves this morning, NOT! $13 for 2 egg sandwiches and a small cappuccino and large coffee. My cappuccino was only half full and tasted horrible! My husband's coffee was "uh OK", I guess they've changed their coffee because we use to like DD coffee. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the poor staff were so overwhelmed. I wonder why the corporate office doesn't assist with staffing issues.
