favorite place to get coffee in the area!! Drinks are always a hit and employees are so nice

I'll start with the positives.. the workers were really nice and the place was cute (grandma vibes /quirky). Okay now onto the other stuff. When we went, most of their coffee specials were sold out. They're also dairy free but why don't they advertise that? We had people after us also ask for dairy milk too. We ordered one of their spring lattes and a cortado and the barista asked "hot or iced" for the cortado. I don't think I've ever had an iced cortado in my life. When i got my regular cortado (hot), it was in a 10-12 oz cup (look at my picture of the cortado cup vs my medium latte) and don't get me wrong.. i do love that because it's huge but .. as a coffee roaster... y'all don't do the typical cortado size? It was weird to me. Like they just opened a coffee roaster/coffee shop but don't really know the coffee basics? The espresso shot pulled was also pretty sour. I don't think I've ever had a bad shot with a coffee roaster shop but this one is an exception i guess. Spring latte was also not good. Syrup was nonexistent in flavor and latte was watery. If you were to come here & want a hot latte, just order a hot cortado. You'd get more bang for your buck. read more

Come for the cozy, hometown vibes. The coffee is good, but nothing groundbreaking. However, I love the variety of drinks they offer, and I LOVE the interior. Think 1950's Man Cave meets Grandma's TV Room - no shortage of seating, and so many knick-knacks and vintage decorations to peruse. Be mindful of parking around here, and read the street signs carefully. In a addition to your beverage of choice, there is a small selection of bites and sandwiches, though during my particular visit, many of the sandwiches were sold out. I love that they open early! Staff is extremely friendly. Prices are about what you'd expect for a small, locally owned biz, but to me, it's worth it to help keep spaces like this alive. read more

There is no street parking in front of the building so we had to walk about a block to get there. Spent $22 on two iced lattes and a sticky bun - love supporting small businesses but only when their items are worth it (this was not). Both lattes (smores and cinnamon bun) were so bitter and tasted nothing like the names. Had to come home to add my own syrup to make it drinkable. Sticky bun was a good size and decent. Shop itself was cute and staff were nice, but I likely won't be back. read more

Great service although I was upset that they didn't have the sour dough. I was asked if I wanted everything bagel but that would've been an extra charge. So I (begrudgingly in my head) went with plain. I tried to come here yesterday but they closed at 3 PM and this was not mentioned on their IG either. I tried to come here around 445 PM because I had a gift card to use up. The chick pea sandwich isn't too shabby with the buffalo flavor. I think it would've bored me without it. Maybe lettuce and tomato would make this stand out but this place might not get the traffic to try to maintain lettuce and tomato in theory facility. The strawberry crunch donut has good flavor on the outside and inside. They took my food away before I could finish it. One of my drinks still had stuff in it too. A bit upset about that. Guess I should let the staff know next time so that they didn't think I left as I had to go to the bathroom badly. I know it can be hard to tell if someone is leaving food for waste which I hate to do but it was also respectable quality too. Maybe I shouldn't complain because I ended up wanting to go to the Phoenixville Farmer's market the next day and then picked up a hat I forgot about from Blue Label Men's Grooming right before I left Phoenixville. Always a great experience- offers a very cozy atmosphere with assorted furniture and areas to sit . The staff is very pleasant and have quality coffee and food and sweet treats ! I love coming here ! A cute little coffee shop in Pottstown - so happy to see this! It has both indoor and outdoor seating and is a very nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and/or some breakfast. They also roast the coffee beans in house right in Pottstown, which is so cool! Their coffee and baked goods are both delicious. I had a strawberry shortcake iced latte and a piece of blueberry buckle - I recommend both. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They did not have any bags of dark roast coffee on the shelves, but they had just roasted some the day prior so she went and bagged some up for me - so nice! read more

I was visiting family in the area and really craving and oat milk latte. I did a quick yelp search and Charlotte Street Coffee was the most enticing option (not many other options tbh.) The coffee shop looks kind of like an antique shop (really fits the vibe of the area) and the barista was super friendly and knowledgeable. My oat milk latte was excellent (espresso could have been a touch stronger but these are minor complaints.) the sofa is so squishy and it's a nice spot to spend a little time and enjoy your coffee. overall a wonderful experience and I'll be going back next time I'm in town! read more

The owner is awesome, helped me park even haha! He really knows his coffee. Got a variety of things to try and all of them were delicious. Organic beans are roasted in house. Cozy places to sit. Highly recommend. He even gifted us a free drink. Prices are very reasonable for this level of deliciousness. Go check them out you won't regret it. read more

Laura is really sweet and makes me feel welcome everytime I come. she knows my order before I even ask and she always makes sure I have water when I'm eating and not just caffeine the whole time. She creates a very warm and welcoming environment. read more

I walked into this place and walked right out. The "aura" of this place reminds me of my grandma's house; it's giving "I raided liberty thrift and randomly vomited furniture on the walls and stuck pieces in the corners and called it a cafe".
