This location is hit or miss as far as prompt service. I never know if I will get stuck in the line and possibly late for work so if I don't have enough extra time in the morning I will not stop at this location. I really want to be a fan of Dunkin' Donuts. And I do prefer to work here versus other high priced chain coffee shops, you know who I'm talking about. But this Dunkin' Donuts always seems to Mr. Mark. Today, I stopped for a cup of coffee and work for an hour in between appointments. The coffee is usually pretty great and definitely worth the price, but the inside of the restaurant was so incredibly smoky. Like, I'm worried that I smell like burnt bacon now. And I almost left with my order but I really needed to work. Also, management needs to watch what they say when customers are inside sitting and working. Complaining about your company or fussing at each other is just not work appropriate for a business that is customer facing. I'm definitely going to give you guys another try, so get it together. This was supposed to be a cold brew with pumpkin foam. What I got was vanilla flavored water and white cold foam. This was the 3rd time in a row my coffee was made undrinkable. I will No Longer go to Mundy Mill. Oakwood GA Dunkin. I even spoke to the manager one time face to face and she rolled her eyes like it was my fault. We the customers pay your pay check and we work hard for our money to waste it on horrible expensive coffee. I made a formal complaint to headquarters to check on this place. We have been getting our coffee there almost everyday since they opened. Service has been on and off over the years but mostly poor. They seem to be able to get the very simple orders for 2 coffees messed up routinely. How hard I'd it to add cream, flavoring and sweetner? They can't seem to get it right consistently. Frequently they are out of something...medium cups, splenda, mocha, etc. Often the coffee is not hot or fresh tasting. This has been a frequent problem over many years. I believe they are not listening to the order They don't always repeat the order back. Even when they do repay the order they still mess it up. Horrible service in the drive thru. Not wearing gloves and servers hair down past shoulders serving food named Mary. I asked her why she is not wearing them and she grabbed an attitude because she had the top of her hands all over my drink. I told her I was concerned about the virus and she rolled her eyes. She offered to change the cap and became combative that her hands would still be on top of my cup and her fingernails were dirty. She explained the owner had no gloves. She could of used a napkin when putting my lid on and I mentioned she wasn't taking this seriously, she thru the food at me of donuts with no paper or napkins in the bag and the frozen matcha was watery. Absolutely love Dunkin' and order the same thing every time I go to one. I don't typically go to this location, but every time I have I'm disappointed. They made us pull into a spot to wait for our food when it wasn't busy at all and they had probably 8 people working in there. They brought our food out with the hash browns cold and forgot our coffee. We went inside to get the coffee, but they are very bitter and do not taste like our usual coffees. Yes, there was a sign at the drive through plainly stating the espresso machine was broken, but when I placed my order for a vanilla latte, his response was in a nasty way - "our machine is broken - it clearly states that on the sign." I used to love getting my coffee here, unfortunately my last visit few visits recently have been the worst. The coffee no longer taste good here. I came by inside and the teenage girls were absolutely rude and cussing all over the place, it was truly disgusting in front of customers.
