Went there at 8:53 in the drive thru and the girl said the computers automatically shutdown at 8:50 so they can clean. Why not put that you close at 8:50. I have been using this location for years. When the man was the manager he would support our local community and was always smiling. Today was the third time I have encountered the "manager" She is absolutely a miserable human being. I ordered an extra cream cheese and looked and it wasn't in the bag. So the girl tried to charge me $2.76 for two extra. After explaining the mix up and that I ordered one and paid for it this lady comes out yelling at the poor girl that tried explaining to her I had already paid for one. The manager proceeded to look at me and yell that it was 2.76. I just left and decided I would call the owner. When I got home I called the store and they wouldn't give me the district manager number but put her on the phone. She began to use a tone of pure anger with me and said I could drive back up there and get my cream cheese now. Hung up on me when I asked for the district managers number. That's ok I have the owners number from when they donated for cheer and I will inform them of this conversation as well as how we will no longer place our large orders for our program. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and lack of decency at this location. I had emailed the location specifically because I keep getting iced coffees that taste like soap or cleaning products. It literally burns my throat. The manager was trying to be nice and offered me a free coffee which I went to get today and low and behold it tastes like soap! I tell the cashier at the window and she VERY RUDLEY said "we don't keep any chemicals or soap near our coffee. I don't know what to tell you! There's no way it has anything in it unless you put something in it." The manager, Sarah, then steps in and says they have never had another person complain so it must be my taste buds or possibly my toothpaste. What the heck?! The fact that it burns my throat has nothing to do with either of those. Not to mention my husband tried my drink and actually spit it out because it was so disgusting and a friend of mine said she had the same experience. Maybe I'm the only one complaining? Then as I said "there has to be something wrong because it's not every time I come through and I've tried different styles of the iced coffee and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's absolutely disgusting!" The manager then proceeds to tell me with the rudest attitude "you got a free coffee, what else do you want?!" It literally took everything in me not to throw this disgusting coffee right in her rude face! I will absolutely not go to this location EVER again! This location has two employees that always have an attitude, they NEVER have donuts to choose from for a dozen and the donuts are stale tasting. This evening I ordered 4 donuts because it was all they had of the donuts we like, so we couldn't even get a dozen and two of them were not even what we ordered. I will never go back. read more

The staff here are so awesome aka Daniel, Brigitte, Aaron, Larry and Chelsea they always make sure everything I order is fresh and ready to make a delicious trip down my stomach. they seem to have bad reviews but like every restaurants there bound to run out of something at some point and there really isn't something they can do about it but this place and there employees always brighten up my day and they do there job with what they have, I will defiantly be coming here for many more years. thanks Dunkin donuts crew for making me happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This DD is very convenient- just a few minutes from my home and on the route heading to work each morning. Service is pretty good BUT this Dunkin' is constantly out of something I order. Even after complaining, they still continue run out. This morning it was english muffins, 2 weeks ago it was strawberry cream cheese, and a week before that it was the multigrain bagel. I know several people who have the same issues. It's ridiculous! And not even an apology for being out of anything. McDonald's is across the street, and it will be my new go too. Not good as DD but I've never ordered something and it be "out". Not planning on visiting this location anymore. I gave one star for their coffee (personally never had a problem, but knows some who have) and another for the friendliness of the staff. read more

We come here every Sunday morning on our way to church, and EVERY Sunday morning they are understaffed. Service is always sooooo slow. The owners need to stop being so cheap and hire more people. I should not have to wait in line inside for 15 minutes. Pouring coffee and putting doughnuts in a box should not take this long. Unacceptable. read more

I went to this DD today and order BnT with egg and sausage rather than bacon. I also made sure to say "NO CHEESE" (like I would with any meal that typically includes cheese). I checked the meal before leaving the lot, but I made the mistake in only checking one side of the sandwich. Well to make this review a little shorter, I didn't find out till I sat down at my new location to eat it. When I opened the bag to get the rest of my sandwich out, I noticed that there was cheese all over the other side (that I didn't check), so I guess I'll claim that mistake. But what wasn't okay was that when I returned to let them know it had cheese after my request of no cheese, I noticed something as I watched them remake the sandwich...the Hispanic lady who was making my sandwich had one glove on (but still handling food with no glove on other hand) and a ear bud headphone piece snuck under her shirt and into her ear but was obviously talking on the phone pretty loud in Spanish. This ticked me off because I came in to just kindly point out what I had thought was just a mistake, but found out that it was the carelessness of the employee due to her being on the phone at work. To top off this great situation, she was about to put bacon then CHEESE on the new sandwich that she was REMAKING. I will only return if someone else can make my meal not her! read more

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst! I had a terrible experience tonight. My boyfriend and I drove up and asked for two iced coffees WITH our refill cups. The lady charged us $9.50... $9.50 for REFILLS. How outrageous. The coffee was old and there was barely enough coffee to fill our cups. The lady was pouring from every container and it most definitely was NOT fresh. My coffee tasted like sugar water. It had no color to it. Coffee is brown, not clear. The taste was disgusting. We went back inside asking for our money back and the lady did not want to give us the money back. When she did she refused to give us back the receipt and threatened to call the police on us because we were "too much trouble." All we wanted was the receipt back. When we asked to speak to the manager, the lady walked off and never came back. How rude! When we asked again to speak with the manager he came upfront in a thin strap UNDERSHIRT. He wanted nothing more but for us to leave the store. The lady who served us refused to give us her name and the general managers phone number and the receipt. When I called and asked for the Gm's # she hung up in my face. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous and it was a turn off. The lady was rude, inappropriately dressed, and had an attitude. She did not value the customer or display what it means to be an employee. I will NEVER recommend any student, like myself, to go to this DD. I will be calling the GM and if I cannot get that number, then corporate will be called. I go in to buy a dozen donuts and when I'm getting to the car, somehow they fall& two go rolling away, meanwhile they see the whole thing go down right in front of their drive through. I go back to get two more & these people, my god.. they're just so amazing ! They said; you know what? B/c it's for a bunch of doctors, y'all can have a whole box on us, free of charge. I order a hot chocolate because it is cold and rainy and they gave me BROWN WATER!!! It didn't even taste like coco just made to look like it. They also got my breakfast sandwich wrong! I asked for sausage not bacon. When I called to complain they HUNG up on me. My advice is DON'T VISIT this location. The experiences here have always sucked going here and my mistake was giving them 3 chances. I got an iced caramel coffee the first time and the coffee was so watered down and too sweet I couldn't drink it it just tasted like sweet water. The second time I got an iced mocha coffee and it just didn't even taste like the mocha I order at the other Dunkins and was also too sweet. Both times I've said no sugar so idk if they just added sugar when I said no sugar or if the drive thru workers just don't know how many pumps are supposed to go into the coffee cause I rlly think they just add extra pumps and don't count them. And I know it tastes off cause it's never tasted like that at the other Dunkins I've been to. The third time I was over the messed up coffee and was like okay I'll just get a caramel latte how can you mess that up. Well they didn't put any caramel in it and they left a 2 inch gap at the top. Husband went out last night around 7pm to get a few doughnuts for a sugar kick. There were two teenagers running the store, and literally (I say this lightly, as he picked up every item they had on display) only 4 doughnuts and 3 muffins available. The store closes at 11pm. When asked why there were no fresh/new doughnuts, they said they didn't want to make anymore because they did not want to throw them away when they closed the store. They had 3-4 hours before anything truly needed to be thrown away and there was nothing in their store. Not to mention that every time we go in there the staff just seems to have a slight problem with being there and having to work. I think the next time we get doughnuts, it will be at Krispy Kreme. It's further away, but it's worth it. The staff there is actually pleasant and the doughnuts are fresh. read more

First bad review I ever posted on Yelp. Last THREE time I been there: no bagels and maybe 2 flavor of doughnuts. How is this place in business. Both times workers complained about their boss and said its his fault. This place is an embarrassment to the company's name and shocked it's still in business. This place is an absolute joke and as a Dunkin customer of over 25 years I have never seen a place as poorly run as this. Went tonight around 9:35 pm. Stood at the counter for probably 3 minutes just staring at the cashier with no greeting, "may I take your order", or anything..... I wasn't even sure if he spoke. Finally, he spoke only to say "seriously it's 9:40 they're gonna come in here 20 minutes before close". Oh, that's strange, I was not aware that you were not allowed in a restaurant that still has TWENTY minutes of business hours. I work in the restaurant industry and know it is frustrating to have a customer come in before close, however customer satisfaction should be more important. All we wanted was donuts, it's not much of an inconvenience to grab one and put it in a bag. I am appalled at the service I received tonight and will not be coming back.
