When I get home, I see that the sausage patty has been replaced by a burger with grilled onions on it. It was OK, but not what I ordered. And I didn't feel like I should drive all the way back just to return it and get what I ordered. 2. A few months ago, I ordered some special Buffalo Bills deal that they had on the signage for $17.99. They wanted to charge me $19.99. They didn't believe me when I said that their very own sign, so a worker walked out to drive thru to look at the sign to verify what I was telling them. And then they had to manually enter a discount into my order to lower the price. I mean, it's all computerized!! How does this kind of thing even happen? 3. I've ordered oatmeal with the apples and cranberries several times. They keep leaving either the apples or cranberries, or both, out of the order. I had to start ordering 'extra apples and cranberries' just to make sure they would put them in the oatmeal.

When we stopped in it was mid-day and the hot box was well-stocked with some of our favorite things, although the gentlemen ahead of me did manage to grab the last chicken sandwich on the rack. No matter, I simply went to the cheeseburger instead. I also discovered what may be my new favorite drink at 7-11, and that's the 7-11 signature brand flavored waters, in this case the watermelon flavor. The foundation of apple juice the water is built on was apparent, but it definitely had a pleasant watermelon flavor due no doubt to their using actual watermelon juice from concentrate. I also have to applaud the way the staff dealt with a situation that occurred during my visit. When I went through the line a second time (through no fault of the staff) it turned out that the man ahead of me had been sassing the attendant, and the grabbed the buttocks of the woman in line behind him. She immediately called him out and he was told to leave the store and not come back. They immediately offered to provide her with the security footage of the incident, and I was quick to step outside and grab the license plate off the gold Escalade he climbed into. The rapid response of the staff was appreciated, as was their willingness to stand up for their patron's safety. All told a great visit, and I'll definitely be back.

An elderly customer was diggin through the garbage left of the entrance, inside when we walked in. The toppings bar for snacks is in need of a health department inspection. The mustard was nearly as thin as water. The employees were in complete disarray. The captain of that ship was not running the show all that well. I would be more understanding if they were understaffed. They had 3-4 employees and could not get things done and the line continued to grow. The coffees were cold, some were completely empty. They do not move fast AT ALL. The older guy didn't offer a receipt & seemed a bit aggressive when giving back my change. Two stars were given as it does have a bathroom & a gas station as many 7-11's I encounter do not have either. Corporate desperately needs to whip this place into shape.
