I walk in to pick up my drinks, and my orders have been done correctly. I like this store and its staff! I especially enjoyed my visit in July. For that visit, I picked up my free birthday drink. America's go to donuts and coffee is Dunkin' Donuts :) I randomly decided to stop at this location for an ice coffee and they had some freshly made blueberry munchkins which I love I ordered a couple an they gave my a whole box full because they had more than enough for the evening, so not to be wasteful they get their extras to costumers. That's super nice I really hate wasting food and the fact that they rather give it away than throw away the food is the reason I gave this location 5 stars!! I won't be returning. I walked in after observing the drive-thru wasn't moving. When I went in, I was 4th in line. I waited over a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel. While waiting, I observed the crew behind the counter looked like a bunch of bumbling unorganized people not seeming to know what to do next. I was not happy with this visit to Dunkin. I was on my way to the Airport when the husbeast and I stopped. I get it, they were busy, but they messed EVERYTHING up. I ordered a combo, and while I got a combo, it wasn't the one I wanted. I wanted a Bacon/egg/cheese on bagel, but I got a sausage/egg/cheese on a croissant. Not that it wasn't tasty, but if I'd wanted that, I would have ordered it. The combo comes with hash rounds, and I can never eat them, because frankly they never feel/taste cooked through. Ever watch a team work together and feel extremely uncomfortable for those that have to deal with a sour peer? Our visit through the drive thru at about 11:50 a today was that experience. The guy making the bagels basically kept tossing the bags of food into the counter next to the girl at the window. No smiles, no verbal interaction... kind of felt like we the customer and also his peers were interrupting his day and making him work. Sure hope he is not a manager. I feel bad for the girl at the window and the guy who looked like her support there. Cream cheese on the bagel was not spread well and there was no napkin in the bag. I stopped there today and ordered a half dozen donuts and the clerk said we are out of half dozen boxes. Here's what I received four chocolate frosted, three blueberry, three cream filled and two cinnamon and was charged $ 9.99 plus coffee ( $ 2.19 )... A revolving door of staff never create consistency in service, no matter the time of day the drive through takes 12-16mins for a simple coffee and nobody seems to even want to work there. i've tried giving them so many chances and i'm just fed up. always rude employees but a single manager, they don't make donuts they are supposed to have and sell/advertise on their app for their specific location, i have worked at dunkin previously and they teach you what to do and the employees there NEVER do what they are supposed to from cleaning to simply stirring drinks. i should not have to pay almost $4 for a coffee to not even be able to drink it until i get home due to it not being stirred at all not even the milk. always a long wait as well i waited almost 30 minutes at one point and was late for work due to the lack of employees. i included pictures and my camera does not do justice on the coffee i received it was not appetizing at all and not to mention less ice means LESS ICE not more ice when i got it to how dunkin's light ice level is my drink was a quarter gone. read more

This place has become like a place I visited in a third world country. It is always dirty. The straw and napkin area is rarely replenished. The workers either don't know how to work the register or are fooling around. My order is rarely correct. The bread for sandwiches is usually out by 11:00 am. I ask for little ice snd the cup is full of ice. Request for mocha is iffy at best. This used to be my go to spot. But with over flowing trash cans and poor service, I will have to go another place. Tried this place again and the cash register person could not work the register snd get the order correct. Then she went to talk to someone and couldn't even remember what I had requested.
