This location is terrible. The donuts are always cold, they constantly run out of things and their cream machine is never "calibrated correctly". The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered coffee, donuts and 2 sandwiches. They left the sandwiches sitting on the counter without saying anything to me like....."here's your sandwiches or here's your ordere...or simply here" would have done. I asked them what is taking so long and they just looked at me AND went back to what they were doing!!! I am not one to pass insults but these people definitely were not the brightest people. I have been going to this place for 4 years now, the first year was fine, till they got new managment. This place's service has continually gotten worse and worse throughout the years, but today was the last straw. I go there to get a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and a strawberry banana smoothie, they say "we're out of plain" okay then, I'll get a sesame seed. I ask for a strawberry banana smoothie, they said "we dont have that"... they said that they only had mango, so I said sure since I also love mango smoothies. I drive home to find out that, 1. I didn't get a mango smoothie, I got a banana smoothie which they didnt even say they had, nor do I think was ever on their menu. 2. I didn't get my cream cheese bagel, I got a piece of chicken with 2 slices of bacon and a little amount of cheese on a sesame seed bagel. Since I moved to Palm Harbor, I always have been frequenting this particular location, but with in the last two or three months, the place has gone downhill...frankly, it just seems very disorganized, this past time I went, the latte machine was not working, they couldn't give me a cup for water because they were out of cups, and the place just did not look very clean. The counter people seem to be overwhelmed and not quite sure how to handle things. I felt bad for the employees, I am actually thinking about not patronizing this place any longer. This is by far the worst Dunkin' in the Tampa area. The coffee is never brewed correctly. I just ordered the sandwich that was suggested to me when i pulled up to the drive thru and instead of getting chicken on a pretzel croissant, i just got a piece of chicken in a paper bag. Are you freaking kidding me?? Not to mention i paid $5 for a breakfast sandwich. So i get to work and open my bag to find a piece of meat in a paper bag, and i cant go back. I look them up and call and ask to speak with a manager and the lady identifies herself as an "assistant manager". She is apologetic, but doesn't get my name or number or any identifying information, and tells me to just tell them "(her name) owes me a drink and sandwich". If you like lukewarm food, inconsistent coffee orders and waiting a long time for all of it, then this is the Dunkin for you. There always seems to be enough staff behind the counter who all look busy but orders still take a while and are either subpar or plain wrong. You can spot them playing around on cell phones or just laughing and joking with each other while several customers wait on food/coffee. Some of the staff works on perfecting their "that's not my job" look but one person actually tried to keep things moving. This isn't a one time occurrence and have noticed performance and quality deteriorating over the last few months. I still go because they have a good selection of breakfast food and a variety of coffee flavors but lately I just never know if my order will actually be correct. read more

This particular location has terrible service most the time. When they are probably staffed or have capable experienced employees, I would recommend. But that isn't very often. I went through the drive thru today. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier was eating bacon. Upon further observation, I noticed she had a handful of bacon and continued to eat while processing my transaction. Upon receiving my straws, I noticed they had bacon grease on them. This really grossed me out. Looks like someone needs to be properly trained when working around food. Think the health department needs to pay a visit. read more

I know this is sacrilegious for a Southerner to say and I may have lynch mobs storming my house after midnight some night for saying it; but I much prefer the Yankee Based Dunkin Donuts to the beloved Southern Chain Krispy Kreme..Dunkin Donuts are just much easier to eat and digest without going into a diabetic coma like the sugar bombs from Krispy Kreme make you do..Love the Toasted Coconut Donut and any variety of Chocolate..and of course as most know Dunkin Donuts Coffee is renowned everywhere as being the best bang for the buck..this store usually seems to be somewhat in the weeds and being on the verge of chaos; but I blame that more on the Age of The Average Bay Area Customer; which is about a week from being dead; than on the employees..to avoid the crowds and have a better DD Experience get here late for this area around 7 AM :) read more

This place was gross. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Window sills covered in dust. No table was clean huge rips on some of the seats. Then my son had to go to the restroom where the soap is actually turning green and the floor was cleaner than the sink. This is what the front looks like I can't imagine the back. read more

I cannot believe this DD has anything less than a perfect rating.... This is by far the BEST DD I've ever been to. And that is really saying something, as I consider myself quite the DD expert. Dirty store. Stood at the register for some time while the cashier was having a personal conversation with another employee. She had her back to the register area. I had to get serviced by someone who didn't even have on a uniform. Why would you keep these kinds of people employed? This location is hit or miss but as of late mostly miss. I always order a black regular coffee so that's fairly hard to mess up. They seem to run out of a decent selection of donuts early into the afternoon so if you have a sweet tooth get in earlier. Sometimes the staff are friendly and easy going. Sometimes they are rushed and hurried and it seems like a madhouse regardless of business flow. And today the girl in the drive thru window seemed high AF. She couldn't even compose herself over the intercom to ask me what I wanted to order. Then it took me reading back to her at least four times before she understood what I wanted. Five glazed donuts and three blueberry cake donuts. Pretty tough right? But at the end of the day it's a chain donut shop and usually I walk away with donuts. I was just at the DD on US 19 in Palm Harbor. ItS Sunday Nov 4 at 13:30. I was in the drive thru and ordered a large hot punkin spice coffee with extra cream only. The girl on the other end repeated the order and told me to drive up. I was sitting behind a car that had a large order and after waiting a while went aroud and came in the front door. a black gentlemen slammed a cold large drink on the counter and said heres your coffee. I said i ordered it hot. I then walked out drove around to the drive thru and again ordered my large hot pumpkin spice coffee with extra cream only. The girl said drive up I said aren't you going to repeat it to me. She yelled it back at me . I drove up to the window and a black gentlemen said he was sorry about that but the people in front of you had a large order. I said that was fine but this is the third time i have been here and they always try to give me a cold coffee. The girl in the back said then don't come here then she said it again so i didn't say anymore just drove off. I sorry DD is one of my favorite places to ge coffee.
