Came here bc they had buy one get one free for Mother's Day. It was our first visit. Ordered two drinks on their app and it was super simple. Went through the drive through and the guy working was super nice, welcoming, and talkative. We ordered the strawberry shortcake milk shake and the strawberry shortcake latte. Both were very good. They are quite sweet. Not sure if I can order less sweet next time, either way they were quite tasty and they were so nice! We were very happy. I'm so glad I made the trip to Scooter's -- easily one of the best coffee stops I've had in a long time! The barista was incredibly sweet and patient while I took way too long deciding (because EVERYTHING sounded amazing). I ended up going with the small Turtle Blender, and it was perfection: creamy, sweet, and just the right kick to start my day. I also treated myself to the mini blueberry muffins, and they were warm, fresh, and gone before I even thought to snap a photo (oops). Having been here twice already, yes they are occasionally still working through issues. But hey, they've only been open for like 2 months. Everybody needs some time to get better. But overall, I think they're still a solid alternative to Starbucks or Dunkin. The people that work here are friendly. They have solid drink choices and food options. I got the Black and White Nitro Cold Brew and I loved how light and frothy the coffee was. Unlike some other places, they don't put ice in your drink, so it doesn't become watered down over time. I do wish they had some outdoor seating and that lighting and signage was better. I think that would really further the ambiance of the place. But I would still be more than happy to drop by here for coffee anytime :) read more

They did the same thing a car wash did to me. They told me they were open so I drove on by 8 miles out of my way and guess what they got construction vehicles in the lot and they are not open and I don't think any of their other locations are except in Orlando. Very disappointing. If you're going to offer free coffee for a month, be open and don't tell people you're open and you're not!! Stay away from Scooters as they are not very honest with the patrons!!!! read more

These coffee shops have been popping up all over the tampa bay and I've been curious to try. I'll start off by saying that I definitely have a preference for my coffee to be more milk and sugar than coffee. With that out of the way, I got their signature drink, the Caramelicious, and it was good, but to be honest... there was something off about it. Not sure if it was just too much caramel flavor or if it was too sweet or maybe both, but I actually didn't end up finishing it. I also got their bacon burrito which was pretty good and the Caramelicious cake bite, which was also pretty good. I wasn't blown away by the coffee, but I feel like I should give them another try with some other drinks. I do have to mention though, that the customer service was EXCELLENT. Truly, all of the people who were there when I went seemed to be having fun and they really wanted me to enjoy what I ordered. It may be because it just opened, so there's still a lot of enthusiasm, but still really commendable. read more

Great coffee, great concept, great drive-thru. Lots of options. Love that they have skim milk (so many don't) and at least four sugar-free flavors. I've had their mocha and caramel. Loved the caramel, meh to the mocha. This time the glass was jammed with ice with very little drink (straw wouldn't even go in). Efficient. Don't like their sign in the window "so give us tips", doesn't make them look humble. My first experience was awesome, this one, the girls were messing around more, less responsive to questions and less focused. Nice list of food options, but haven't tried them yet. i'd love to give a review of the coffee but i didn't stay for it. pulled up around 930 am, ordered two cold brew coffees and was told they'd have the total at the window. not sure why so many places do this these days but i'm starting to suspect these guys did it because they themselves suspected if they'd told me it was going to cost $15 for two cold brew coffees in west pasco county florida then i'd likely change my mind but if they waited till i got to the window i'd be too embarrassed to say no in person. well they were wrong. i questioned if the order was correct at first and the cashier said she wasn't sure if the price was right and she sorta sat there doing exactly nothing for 30 seconds till i asked again and i then was told "we'll i can tell you how much each item is individually if that helps" and i said "it appears like they're 7.50 each" and she stared at me then her manager. her manager offered to make the price half off "this time" and i said no thanks and left and likely wont return. this is crazy pricing for something that costs 1.50 to make both cups i ordered (i roast coffee and sell it online, i know the operating costs) but this place is also asking 22.99 for a 12oz roasted bag of beans to brew at home so apparently pricing is not something these people looked at before putting a location charging 7.50 for a cold brew from a chain store in west pasco florida. we had just come from hardee's less than a mile away which is next to dunkin and both dunkin's and hardee's lines were completely full while we were one of two cars at scooters so there is not a lack of interest in breakfast and coffee in this neighborhood. read more
