This store is just bad. They were almost out of all the doughnuts. He was a kid wasn't rude but definitely had the attitude of not sure what you want me to do, I just work here and I'm ready to go. We just got some crème filled chocolate doughnuts that none of the 3 kids liked. I had ordered a strawberry coolata and had asked them if he was sure this was it because it didn't look right. Made a mobile order to save time but that didn't matter. Waited at the drive thru box for 7-10 minutes before anyone even greeted me. I much rather drive an extra 15 minutes to a different location. This is an absolute shame! Few years ago was my go to spot for my son's breakfast before school! Now it is the worse customer service of any restaurant I have been to! I went here at 3:00 and there were about a dozen donuts left. They were literally out of every kind except vanilla and strawberry glazed and would not be making more. They also didn't have any coffee except regular. And, the place was dirty, out of napkins & trash everywhere. They close at 7 but won't have anything at all soon. Today I waited in the drive thru for about 12 minutes(not even a busy time of the day) for an iced caramel coffee to only find out when I got to the window they didn't have caramel. They ALWAYS get my order wrong! Seriously?? It's 4 items of the same things..and let's talk about hygiene..They put the lid on people's coffee without gloves on. Imagine where their hands may have been before rubbing it all over the part where you will be sipping that coffee...YUCK YUCK YUCK!!! One time mine smelled of heavy perfume from the lady with an air of royal highness, that put the lid on mine. That coffee went straight to the garbage can. I do NOT know how this place is still in business. A few weeks ago, I came to DD in PTC and sat at the speaker in the drive through for FIVE MINUTES just asking if anyone was there to take my order. Drove around to the window and no one was there!!! It was the middle of the freaking day, it surely wasn't closed because I saw a worker at the front counter. No one was working the drive through! Unacceptable! I literally drove 20 minutes to the interstate where there is another DD, and their service was much better. Then today what pissed me off was that I went through the drive through and there was a big sign that said "3-6 pm, two donuts for 99 cents". So I ordered the donuts and when I got to the drive through window, i was told it was already 6 pm. I pulled out my iPhone and showed the guy that it was NOT yet 6 pm, it was 5:58 pm. He still refused to do the "happy hour" deal for me, and I drove away not so happy. Every time I have come to this particular DD, the donuts are STALE and old. Every time I order the same drink (iced coffee with two pumps of caramel) it comes out different- sometimes bitter and old tasting, sometimes sugary/syrupy over the top sweet. How can it be that different every time??? How are they still in business!?!??!?!?! This is coming from someone who loves Dunkin, and prefers it over Starbucks. Well NOT THIS ONE!!!!!! Went to Dunkin Donuts in Peachtree City for breakfast. This location is on the far east end of PTC, almost at the edge of the city limits. I think the menu items are pretty standard for Dunkin Donuts. I did observe they seem to have less donut selection that other locations. I ordered a sandwich I'd never seen before - chicken, Bacon and cheese on croissant. The croissant was great, hot and soft, chicken was juicy, meaty, and hot. It had bacon on it, but swiss cheese, didn't seem to go well with the sandwich (like I though cheddar or American cheese would have). Now, I also got coffee, and I don't think DD coffee can be beat. Very inexpensive - $5.98 plus tax. read more

Horrible customer service the manager Crystal is rude and always on her phone. Over heard the employee Alexia call another co worker a bword and called her lazy as she walked to the front. They take way to long to make anything and they are rude. Also they have roaches and fruit flies around the donuts. Sam was nice at first but when I told her my drink was wrong she became rude. Corporate needs to take over this place because the owners and the still ever present problem managers don't know how to talk to people and try to steal your money. Although I placed a review a year ago they tried to get better and couldn't keep it together and now it's worse than ever. DO NOT ORDER ON APP. The last 2 times they've been out of 1 or 2 things and refuse to refund and told me it's my problem not there's. I was told that to my face. When I was to accept Medium drinks bc they were out of large cups. I asked for difference refund told they don't do that. I'd have to take it up with the app people and corporate. I said I want a full refund they refused. Then refused to give me my order in any form. My wife just went there today and experienced the same thing but over avocado toast. I called corporate and requested a call back yet to receive one. If I can stress anything. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm done with this location as a whole. My family and I have eaten here quite a few times. This Dunkin Donuts in particular is Bad! The last time we ate there (that was the final straw) the sandwich I ordered had bacon on it. Well the bacon was over cooked to the point that you touch it and it falls apart. Plus burnt! So I took it back in and very nicely asked it they could replace the bacon with some that was Not burnt. The lady at the counter was nice but the lady who had to remake my sandwich was Rude! If looks could kill I would be dead! I was a regular customer of this DD for at least the last 5 years. My husband and I walked over at least 2 days a week. The store was very friendly and coffee delicious. This past 2 weeks it has been terrible. I have waited inside store in line while the employees waited on the drive thru first. My coffee has been burned tasting and even the creamer was curdling in my coffee. Horrible. They have even tried to make a new pot of decalf but the cream curdles and tasted terrible. I now have become a regular at the DD at 307 GA-74 Peachtree City Ga. ( 5 minute drive) Staff very friendly and coffee perfect. However, we cannot walk there. Also, the Peachtree Shopping Center location has had a panel missing off the front of the counter for 2 weeks now exposing all the pipes and connections. Not a good look at all. This Dunkin' Donuts is very hit or miss. Many times they have rude staff members behind the counter and sometimes long waits at the drive thru. Only once were they actually out of a lot of items. Always have coffee ready and sometimes they have good staff working. This morning, we were served by "Bernard" who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful - went out of his way to make sure I wasn't waiting too long. We visit every Sunday during football season...hopefully they can get rid of the rude staff members and hire some more like the gentleman that helped me this morning. read more

I've been here on several occasions and the staff is always rude. The other day when I went the woman working the drive thru, Austin, answered her cell phone when I was trying to pay for my coffee! She gave me an iced coffee with swirl in it when I asked for a shot. When I told her my order was wrong she began arguing with me.
