I don't get to them to often because they're pretty spread out in my area. So when I was recently able to check into one and seen they had a new autumn sandwich, I was very excited to try it. You owe it to yourself to give the OKTOBERFEST EGG SANDWICH a try. Fresh-Cracked Eggs, (single or double) Ham, Bacon, Swiss, topped with Beer Cheese Smear and a drizzle of Mustard on a Pretzel Bagel. Visited my local Einstein to take advantage of my birthday treat. I placed my order online and picked it up via drive thru. I only waited about 15-20 minutes as my order was ready when I arrived. My bagel tasted great, but my hasbrown was kinda disappointing. It looks like someone step on it while warm, which caused it to stick to the paper. I was only able to eat half of it. Let me preface this by first saying that not all Einstein bagel stores are equal. This one however is SPECIAL and it's the employees that make the difference. I am a regular that orders bagels "New York Style". What that means is fresh with extra seeds in my poppy and sesame seed bagels. These ladies always get it right and they do it with a smile. Not that we as customers can predict this, but a great visit is guaranteed if Kathia is your staff for the day. We frequented this Einstein's weekly even it's an hour drive from home, though less now due to the pandemic situation. Kathia remembers us every time and definitely noticed when we had a death in the family. She makes sure our visit is satisfactory and will accommodate off the menu or less popular items for us ("steamed milk" for instance). I only wish their store takes orders from the Einstein app so I could order online ahead of time, but that's just little extra convenience I could do without. Small tip - there were a few times they closed an hour earlier than stated so give the a call if you plan on arriving between 1 or 2pm. read more

Their bagels are okay but that's pretty much it. The service early in the morning in the drive thru is pretty good. their prices are a little high, especially $3.50 for a small fountain drink. Also, getting cream cheese on the side consists of a small 2 oz cup not even filled up all the way. I wouldn't come back but it was fun to try! read more

First off, the caribou coffee making people are fantastic, The drinks are always perfect but the people handling the bagels and food have to get it together. This doesn't just come from one visit this comes from at least 2 visits a week for the past year. I'll usually try to go to starbucks for breakfast but will get burnt out so I'll try einstein's. The issues are most noticeable when going through the drive-through. Every time I go out of my way to ask for the bagel to be toasted and only 50% of the time it's Toasted. Granted. Yes I could check it the moment I get it, and I do, but other times but I have already waited 10 minutes, to get it. Sometimes they have replaced it other times I've pulled out of line and there are now y Cars behind me. Not to mention for the last couple months, I can't walk in and ask for a new one (covid) Sometimes will order a veg out and sometimes it will have spinach sometimes it will have lettuce sometimes it will have both but most the time it's wilted. The problem with many of these sandwiches is when you serve them on an untoasted bagel and you have some thing like hummus also on the bagel, you end up biting into the bagel and it taste like uncooked dough which is very unpleasant Please just make it a default that if it is a bagel there's gonna have something other than cream cheese on it that it gets toasted read more

Stopped by here one early Saturday morning. It was hard to tell that they were open because it was dark outside, not much lighting outside, and it looked dark on the inside. Sure enough they were open and one other patron was there at the time. So we definitely were there before the actual breakfast crowd starts to arrive. I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel with maple cream cheese while my husband got some sort of breakfast bagel sandwich. He loved his as I did mine. There was so much sauce on our sandwiches ruined them. Got a chocolate chip coffee cake and there are 10 chocolate chips on top and that's it. Had this in Colorado was amazing and of course Georgia messes it up! read more

The beautiful jalapeño cheddar bacon bagel that you see in one of the pictures is how the store displays it on the sign. The other one is an example of what you actually get, however sometimes there's only one tiny piece of jalapeño and may or may not be any bacon at all. When I brought this to the cashier's attention she said all restaurants make the item look better on the sign. So basically miss leading the customers and she's OK with it. I was told by the manager that if I wanted the bagel to have more toppings I had to pay extra and order in advance. The Texas brisket bagel is $8.79 plus tax for just a bagel. The staff here is amazing. This is my favorite Einstein's. They go the extra mile to remember people. My iced coffee is always delicious.

So from what I heard this place just recently opened a little over a month ago. The service is kind of all over the place and very unorganized. You placed your order on the pay register and they only had one person on the register. She was in charge of greeting, serving, and ringing. If you're in a rush I recommend showing up 30 minutes early. The reason why I gave this place a three star review is because the bagels were delicious as always and the salads that we purchased were nice and fresh. Highly recommend the strawberry salad and the chicken Caesar salad. So there's that. I hope this place gets its stuff together because I can see this place as a go too place for locals. I'm an out of towner and I thought the layout was awesome. Perfect for a hang out grab a cup of coffee and sit and chit chat. I wish you the best. read more

We went through the drive through, they forgot to give us one of our bagels but apologized, also they didn't include any napkins in the bag, I would suggest they try to make sure to put some napkins in bags in the future. read more

I've had breakfast here on multiple occasions and I cannot for the life of me try anything new because the farmhouse breakfast bagel is too good. According to their website it comes with, "eggs, bacon, smoked ham, cheddar cheese, country pepper shmear and a cheesy hash brown bagel." It has a great consistency and the staff are usually fast, not overly friendly but not rude at all. They produce your food very quickly and efficiently. read more

The food is always great, but there is a struggle with the communication when it comes to making adjustments to the sandwiches. I ordered a turkey bagel and I asked to have the meat heated because I cannot eat deli meat cold at this time. And they explained to me over the intercom that it comes heated, and I asked for no tomatoes, no cucumbers and extra lettuce. I got extra lettuce but it also still have cucumbers and tomatoes on it and the sandwich was cold. Meat was not heated. It has happened a few times, I would love to see this place pay attention to those details as it would really make a difference overall with referring this place. But I can't trust that they will make me order right every time and if I'm ordering for my office, I have to check everyone's sandwiches before I leave and I don't want to finger my coworkers food before they get it to make sure it right, you know? I got a Nova Lox sandwich (Nova Lox, Red Onion, Capers, Tomato with Plain Shmear on a everything Bagel) & a medium mocha today. My food was pretty good, but the customer service was what made it great. The staff member took the time to talk to me & helped me figure out what I wanted. I received a large portion of salmon & the bagel was really nicely toasted. The mocha was the perfect drinking temperature & the ratio of coffee to chocolate was perfect. Also, this place is pretty quiet. The little shopping strip it's in has a combination of good places to eat, but there were hardly any people there. This is probably a good place to come & work on your laptop if Starbucks gets too busy or loud. read more

first, i'm in the service industry. i hardly ever get upset at a wait time because i completely understand what it's like to be slammed on the other end of the order. with that said, i am very disappointed in my wait this morning. i pulled into the drive thru line at exactly 10:00. there were 5 cars ahead of me. it took 20 minutes for me to get to the window to pay and pickup my order. i pull up to the window and wait for 5 minutes. nobody opened the drive thru window to say "good morning!" or even "i'll be right with you!" by this time, i'm already going to be late for work because of being blocked in by the other cars in the drive thru. luckily, i hadn't already paid. after being ignored for another few minutes, i drove off. all i wanted was a coffee and plain bagel. i wasted 30 minutes of my morning for no breakfast. will not return. completely unacceptable service. read more

Finally a bagel shop in Newnan. I thought we'd be doomed to live with Dunkin Donut or Panera as our only outlet south of Atlanta. Now they just need to get their house in order and make sure they can handle Saturday morning crush. Recently we were there and found a line to the door for customers to order. The avocado toast here is phenomenal. It is my favorite thing to get when I visit this place. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they do not have Almond milk or anything of that sort. They do have Soy milk but i'm lactose intolerant and it made me sick.
