I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately the service at this location is lacking, even though the food tastes good I would avoid this location. We had ordered 4 drinks, 4 breakfast sandwiches and donut holes. We paid, they had us pull up, we waited a very long time for our drinks and food and they forgot one of our drinks and our sandwiches were incorrect. We got the 4th drink and just ate the food they gave us with no complaints. They were apologetic but if you are in a hurry don't come here. I was out shopping late the other day, my coffee place was closed & just decided to get a black coffee from Dunkin Doughnuts across the street. Long story short, First & last time I will ever go to a Dunkin Doughnuts. (check the nutritional value on their website) yikes. When I drove up there was an altercation in the parking lot so I just drove thru the drive-thru. I got a small black coffee, paid & left. The altercation was still going strong when I left. I later saw all the one star reviews & some were not warranted but I decided to do some digging & this is what I found out about Dunkin Doughnuts. First of all the Dunkin' Donuts coffee tastes bitter & burnt without sugar, so I can only imagine how bad it is for you, once you load it up with sugar & cream to make it taste better. Also, worth noting, not too long ago Dunkin' Donuts announced that it planned to remove a potentially harmful nanomaterial from its doughnuts. According to MarketWatch, the coffee/donut shop chain was targeted by "As You Sow" with their independent study, that they had commissioned, found a nanoparticle "titanium dioxide" in Dunkin' Donut's recipe. "Titanium Dioxide" is a heavy metal & will kill you folks. Just like the red dye. All of the fake dyes they use to color sweets are deadly carcinogens AKA "POSION" "all of the nine currently US-approved dyes raise health concerns of varying degrees. Red 3 causes cancer in animals, and there is evidence that several other dyes also are carcinogenic. Great Coffee is very important to moi, as we drink it every day. It all adds up folks. And moi bitter burnt tasting Dunkin Doughnut black Coffee was even worse than Starbucks IMO. I have tried my best to give this restaurant a try, but their constantly messing my order up. Last week I asked for large cameras black coffee and got cream and sugar, but no cameras shot. Today on my way to my doctors appointment, I ordered medium cappuccino turtle blast with no whipped cream. She informed me to pull up and wait. I waited for about 7minutes for her to come out with whipped cream. She took it back in and brought it out and apologized and walked to her car with her headset on. When I arrived to my appointment I tried it and was discussed with the taste. Being that I worked with this company when I was a teen, I know the cappuccino was not mixed properly with milk. It's either the order is messed up or the workers are rude. I feel like I'm visiting the McDonalds on Mobile hwy each and every time. I have been driving to the Baskin Robins by the mall to get better service. I give them 100 stars. read more

The counter where you stood was dirty, the floor needed swept up bad, food on the floor. People left because the service was so slow. The manager was chewing gum, not professional at all. While standing at the counter the customers were never acknowledged that we would be helped. Bad overall experience. read more

They got 1 star because you can't not give them one, worst service ever and I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer. How can you make a filled donut with no filling, and actually put them out for your customers? The staff here really couldn't care less. They'll have an empty store, but will not take orders, ignore customers, have bad attitudes and show a general lack of the basics of customer service. I can't imagine this location takes in much if customer after customer drives off frustrated from lack of service. This location is in dire need of management. read more

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 13 minutes and no one said anything. Not "I'll be right with you" or "one moment" I work in the food industry and I know it's hard times, but that's not customer service. The thing is there was not a sole in the drive thru. And no one was in the lobby. This place has always had crappy service and the coffee used to be horrible so I gave it a break for a whole year and this was my first time back. This has to be the worst Dunkin in America!! These folks want $15 an hour??? Wow! No customer service, bad attitudes, it took 35 minutes with an empty lobby to get a 20 Oz bottle of Coke!! Tried to order an ice cream cake for Fathers Day...no willingness to take order or help...asked for manager was told it was "illegal" to tell me who it was or how to talk to them. Went to pick up cake three days later after ordering and paying on line....they said they had no cake orders and no cake ready. Then they changed their minds and decided to go look for it. Found it but it was pitiful!!! $50 for a cake that is one inch tall! The cake is supposed to be 1 inch the ice cream 1 inch then the ice cream icing on top!! Biggest rip off off the century!!! Sloppy, bad! Then we decided to order a ham and cheese croissant (which I order all over the country on the regular) normally it is a tasty, crisp sandwich with lots of nice ham and gooey cheese melted together. This croissant had one thin slice of ham and one slice of cheese. So it was all bread...no sandwich!!! Pitiful!! Avoid this BR/Dunkin at all costs!! There are several more in Pensacola!! We ordered 6 donuts, an English muffin sandwich and two coffees. They got the coffees correct excluding the wrong cups for it. No problem, but when I went to eat the sandwich, it had the wrong breading and was cold when I got it. They completely forgot about the 6 donuts.
