I drove around the block several times looking for it. Turns out, the restaurant is tucked inside a surf and skateboard shop. Maybe I'm simply outside the target demographic. There seemed to be a pretty strong twenty-something surf/skate crowd, and perhaps I'm just not fluent in the culinary dialect of that demographic yet.
