She doesn't say anything outright rude, but the looks, sighs, and attitude make it clear she'd rather you weren't there at all. What makes it worse is that she's often outside smoking instead of handling the counter, which leaves customers waiting with no explanation and usually this young girl scurrying around attempting to handle the orders, it's sad. When she does come back in, it feels like she's annoyed that anyone expected service. I come to Dunkin' for quick, simple customer service, but this kind of behavior makes the whole visit uncomfortable. This used to be a good place with a nice atmosphere and enjoyable setting. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.
