These are kind of just Sundaes, not those big milkshakes you see like in popular videos online. It is a neat thing to do one time. They are big and fun and there are cool flavors/themes! However, they're huge, hard to finish, and expensive. The ice cream itself isn't anything special. I definitely suggest checking out their kid menu, they make some if the sundaes in a kids size that is much more manageable and therefore less if a waste! read more

We ordered the "Donut Say Nomore" and the coffee chocolate chip ice cream was absolute the best I've tasted. This ice cream shop is great. Friendly staff and cutely decorated eat-in area. We met owner, Wendy, and she told us of planned expansion in the future for additional seating. Site was a former bank and a safe is seen in picture of lighting. Street meter parking and additional parking in lot behind the shop. Definitely going back to try more! read more

The service was good but the quality of the ice was not The ice cream was of poor quality

I really am mixed on my review for this place. Ice cream creativity is 5 stars. We had a creamsicle, a Million dollar ice cream, and a scoop of banana in a waffle cone. All were pretty good and I believe they use Kemps and Hood brands ice cream. That being said, the prices were high for what you get, and the feeling of the place is kind of like I don't even know who is a worker or a customer (the way the place is put together, you give your order and they go in another room where you cant see them and they make your ice cream). There are 4 people behind the counter, but only two are waiting on people, the others kind of are just hanging around...and typically at a place everyone has the same shirt on or wearing an apron.......it was like someone came in off the street and just started working behind the counter. I know this business is just starting, but it feels more like a party that happens to be making ice cream for friends as opposed to a business. I think the overpriced feeling too is that it's a one of a kind creation, but it's not homemade ice cream. Thus...why the high cost? read more

This ice cream bar is decorated amazingly and the creativity of the names of the ice cream is even better but I don't think i'll come back. I am personally a huge enjoyer of mint and I ordered the Mint- Chocolate Chip ice cream and it was way to minty. I couldn't finish all of it and I only ordered a small. It felt like what happens when you eat a mint then drink cold water double that. I couldn't enjoy it. read more

Kids begged and pleaded to come check out the new local ice cream shop! Walked in 10 min before they were gonna close. Had several people eat and enjoying there ice cream. Many different options to choose from. Great ice cream flavors. Big portions i person tried convincing my two kids to share one but they each wanted their own. I order scoop of ice cream with sprinkles. Super friendly staff and very clean facility. They did a great job renovating and making it very inviting. Ice cream is always great, never bad service after having tried this place a couple times. What I did notice most recently though is what really threw me off and I don't believe I'll be returning ever again. Gloves in the food industry are not something that are difficult to come across or even take up an unnecessary moment of time to put on. With that being said, it really disgusted me to watch grown women shaping cotton candy and squishing cakes and toppings with their bare hands onto peoples ice cream. Children most of all, it saddened me. Watching the worker using her hands and the sweat all in between them to mush a kids cotton candy on top of their sundae, or when I watched them push my donut onto my " donut say no more "sundae with their hands and wipe them at their sides moments after. With the state of the world you'd think it'd be common sense to just take every sanitary precaution possible. Working with food myself, I prefer people handle things with simple sanitary measures. I'm not asking extremes, but I really would like if peoples fingers and dead skin weren't all over my treat that I'm spending 10 or more dollars on. Going off of other reviews as well, it's pricey for what it is. At least use gloves it's really not even hard. read more

So these ice cream concoctions are so dream-like, you'd have to have just come from the Apothicarium down the street to have come up with these!!! HOWEVER, they are completely, almost entirely understaffed. Production of orders is Slow with a capital "s."It hinders my rating by two stars. read more
