We did a mobile order and picked up in the store, typical fast food breakfast place environment but the store was clean. Service was good as our mobile order was ready on time with all items accurate. Croissant was a little disappointing, I prefer the English muffin version of the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese. Pumpkin Munchkins are my wife's seasonal favorite. Hash browns are hit or miss at this location, these weren't too bad, but a bit on the soft side. Didn't quite have that crispy outside I really enjoy. Overall a fair experience, it's a convenient place to get a coffee and breakfast on the go! read more

They helped our P.T.A. Bring the new school year in right today. The boxes of coffee stayed hot and the donuts were all big hit!! They were a great compliment to our fruit and yogurt bar. It was all ready when I arrived to pick up the coffee and donuts at 6:45 am. Fresh, and they supplied all the sugar , creamer , even cups with lids. The atmosphere at Dunkin when we picked up was super friendly and all smiles. Almost to friendly for me that early in the morning!! But our teachers sure did appreciate it!! Had to run through a new location for my iced coffee. They were fast, my order way ready by time I pulled up to the window. Staff was friendly and well mannered. There were two downsides to my visit. First, the drive through is not the easiest to get in and out of in my lifted truck. Secondly, they were a little heavy handed on the cream and mocha. Not only do they make massive mistakes with orders, but half the time they're out of things. Did you ever try drinking a large ice coffee with a straw that sinks in your drink because the manager forgot to order large straws. This is a very common complaint. Straws don't go bad. Once again, my order gets messed up. I ask for 3 cream, 3 sugars, and 3 pumps of French vanilla. They put 3 pumps of French vanilla but they only gave me one cream and one sugar and they still continued to tell me that there was 3 creams and 3 sugars. The sticker even says 3,1,1. I can read, I am sure of it. And my taste buds are just fine. Following the simplest of directions if so hard for the employees here. I have issues all the time. How does this place exist? I've been to dozens of different Dunkin Donuts locations and I've never felt such disappointment. Either this specific location is part of some weird social experiment or it was built on top of a Native American burial ground. I refuse to believe anything else. There is no way possible management could be THIS bad any other way. When you order, they like to play a game where every single thing you ask for, they tell you they don't have. I'm talking about basic menu items. I just can't see how they would be that bad at keeping inventory. The guy taking orders was the most preoccupied, uncertain person I've ever had a one way conversation with. It was like he was multitasking between taking orders and playing a game of Jenga. After listing off 20 different choices and finally getting lucky enough to find something they had in stock, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes while the lady in front of me argued with the staff about how they messed up her order. The most ridiculous part about this whole ordeal was that when I got to the window, they actually have the naivety to place a tip cup on the ledge. I almost shit myself from laughing. Tips?? Really??This must have been done ironically. I finally got my food; it was the apex of my disappointment for the day. The hashbrowns seemed to have been cooked in a middle school kid's solar oven. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant appeared to have been shoved through a mail slot and then had an encyclopedia dropped on it. It tasted like warm, salty farts. Even the jelly donut I ordered was just carelessly thrown into a brown bag like ransom money. I believe Dunkin Donuts may be testing out a new system where instead of waking you up with food and coffee, they have the most incompetent staff possible make you too angry and irritated to be tired. Nothing about this experience was even remotely satisfying. I could have eaten the $20 bill I gave the cashier and had better results. today we went to Dunkin' Donuts on James L red man parkway and the service was absolutely terrible. For a place called Dunkin' Donuts you'd think they would have the donuts and muffins it advertises. The girl working the drive through was hardly understandable through the mic and when we asked for what they did have available food wise she was snappy and rude. We also had an order of bagel bites but she didn't add that to our order when we originally asked for it and made she it was added. Overall the experience was terrible. Worst Dunkin' I have ever been to, hands down. I work around the corner, I used to go in very often, but that's stopped. I have not been to this location since April of 2021. There had been many occasions where I have gone in and my to-go order that I placed on my phone is not ready causing me to be late for work, they have forgotten some things in my order (typically it's the donut that I ordered, that really should've been the first thing to be bagged as it's ready to go on the shelf), food is made incorrectly, their oven is "broken", the machine for to-go orders is beeping like crazy and no joke is piling up behind the counter (you can see this as you walk towards the restroom), their focus is the drive-thru despot having many people working ignoring the to-go orders, the assistant manager has attitude quite often, food is lacking in quality. I refuse to go to this location until it's fixed. I've talk to corporate, nothing has changed. Go to the one on Thonotosassa, way better. read more

I'm still giving this place 2 stars, but I figured I'd update my review from 2015. I still frequent this location because it is in-between my house and job (I live a mile from work, so there aren't really any other options). The orders are still wrong most of the time. I frequent order a flavored coffee with cream only and I can see the mounds of sugar crystals at the bottom. A coworker of mine ordered me a coconut caramel iced coffee with cream, the cup said 3 cream, but the coffee was black. And there was a ton of sugar on top of the already sweet coconut caramel swirl they add. The last time I went I ordered the same thing as always and they thought I wanted french vanilla. I'm not sure why there is always an issue with the orders. On a positive note, the employees I have encountered more recently are a lot friendlier than the ones in the past, so at least I don't have unfriendly people serving me the wrong order. read more

Several times I have gone there to purchase the 1lb. bags of original ground coffee, they're out of stock! This occurred twice within a matter of three weeks. I made two separate trips within a three week span, and it's been out of stock both times. That's almost $40 of business lost from one person alone...me! It's frustrating. New to Plant City and as an Air Force Veteran, first impressions are very important to me. The store was filthy. No eye contact or hello from any staff members. We came in to get ice cream and Mary talked me out of getting several different flavors because they all had "freezer burn!" I was shocked and as I looked at the other flavors, they looked old too! I decided to get two scoops anyway and requested hot fudge. Mary said you can't have it as its gross and all stuck together. She actually tried to talk us out of getting ice cream here! I think she was trying to warn us, and I did tell her I will contact Corporate and get her some help. I did call Corporate who relayed they would contact the owner. I hope the Owner reads all the reviews and stops in unexpectedly to observe the staff, see how clean the store is and how fresh the food/ice cream is. I will go back again to see if the store has improved and if the ice cream has been replaced. If it hasn't, I will call the Health Dept. and have them do a walk-through. We can complain all we want, but actions speak louder than words. The other reviews show that this location has had issues for a long time. read more

I stopped in Dunkin Donuts on Jim Redman in Plant City the other day. I haven't stopped there for a few months because they always get my order wrong or it's just not good. Well I ordered a macchiato coffee ice and a ham and cheese sandwich. It barely had any Ham on it and the coffee was so sweet my teeth almost jumped out of my mouth. I will not return and I will go to Starbucks to get a correct macchiato and a good ham and cheese and it makes me very sad because Dunkin Donuts is closer. I've never felt compelled to waste my time writing a review for a fast food establishment, but today I ordered 2 bagels and hash browns and for being 8am, the quality was horrific. I'm pretty sure we got bagels from 5 days ago, they did make great chew toys for my dogs though so thanks for that. The hash browns were soggy and greasy- I didn't think it was that hard to listen to a timer on a fryer but whatever. My main purpose for writing this is so that maybe it will stop some people from going here so they shut down and we can get a Chic-Fil-A in replacement. read more

I am rating this location a 2 for lack of customer service. MOST of the time, the orders are correct. Just today I went and ordered a few drinks (now that sweet tea lemonade is back!!) for my siblings and I. One out of three of them were made correctly. The other two were regular sweet teas with a slice of lemon, but all were ordered the same way... On to the customer service experience... There is A LOT of miscommunication. Either I place my order and I'm forced to wait an extended period of time because they aren't ready for my order, or they fly through my order and miss half of it. I'm a devoted DD customer, and do a lot of traveling due to work. I've found other locations 1000 times more friendly than the folks in Plant City. They NEVER tell me the amount I owe at the speaker, which doesn't really matter because I use my DD app to pay. Nobody ever greets with a smile, they bark the amount, and look like they want to throw your order through your window. I'm not sure if it's lack of employees or what, but I always wait AT LEAST five-ten minutes in the drive thru. That's just from the speaker to the window. It wouldn't be so horrible if the attitudes of the employees weren't so craptacular. The last visit I had was only a few days prior to today, and they forgot an extra drink. I repeated the order twice back to the girl on the speaker, and she insisted she had everything. She absolutely didn't. I seriously would much rather just drive to Valrico for a friggin' coffee than ever go back there. read more

If I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would. I will start off by saying as a former New Englander I take my Dunkin Donuts very seriously. They are not plentiful down here as they are up there, so when I am by one I get excited and always stop. Normally I am always very disappointed, my coffee is never right. Till my husband started working in Plant City right by this location. I have never had a bad cup of coffee at this location. It is alway made exactly how I asked. It makes my heart very happy. I can't wait till we move up there so I can have it more than once or twice a week. My only complaint is that they are not always super speedy, which if I have the time I don't mind the wait because I know I am getting a good cup of coffee. read more
