Sweet locally-owned shop with delicious donuts and baked goods! Their prices are amazing as well. I had a chicken crossiant sandwich and a lemon donut for $7. This was cheaper (and tastier) than the grocery store. I will be back!

I really hate to write this but after raving about them in an earlier review, and visiting frequently since, I feel I have to. My son went in for me today and got a lemon filled, an apple filled, a maple, a sour cream and a couple of Kolachi. They were out of our favorite croissant donuts. Word to any business: always have enough of favorite items that your regular customers don't leave disappointed. It's worth it to you. That was the first bad news. Next was the Kolachi. Honestly they were so dry and so flavorless that we couldn't eat them. They were awful. We ate a few bites, but We threw most of them away. The doughnuts were good but not at the level they had been. Not sure what happened, but nothing like what we were accustomed to.

Pros: Reasey's doughnuts are soooooo incredibly soft and melt in your mouth! Who doesn't want that when they're biting into a delicious glazed treat?! We ordered a variety of flavors including original glazed, jelly filled, chocolate iced, chocolate glazed and an assortment of doughnuts iced and topped with sprinkles, fruity pebbles, coconut and captain crunch. I also tried the ham, egg and cheese biscuit. Not the best morning sandwich I've ever had, but still certainly a delight. My only complaint is that I wish the glazed and iced doughnuts had more icing to them. I found myself stuffing my face with the tops of the doughnuts and tossing out the bottom access dough.

We are donut fiends in my family. If there is a shop nearby selling breakfast pastries, we are there! So of course, when we heard about Reasey's, we had to give it a try. Here is my ten-year-old's take on this place: "My eyes popped! These were the best donuts ever. They looked good, they smelled good, and they tasted amazing. The frosting was not liquidy or crumbly; the donut itself was not sticky (like Krispy Kreme) or dry (like Dunkin). They also had marble frosted donuts, which are hard to find. But my favorite was the croissant donut, which was not too sticky and it melted in your mouth! Let me just say, these were the best donuts ever!" This is our new favorite donut shop in Polk County. Looking forward to coming back!!

Donuts are big!! Like donuts were when I was. Kid. The best part is they taste GREAT!! I eat donuts everywhere when I travel and these rate at the top of my list. You won't find a better donut in this area! Great service! Friendly staff.

Huge Apple Fritter! So crispy and delicious

I am very critical of donuts, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Let me tell you. You can't go wrong here, unless you arrive too late. Items are made fresh and run out before the close often. Their croissants rival anywhere I've ever had. The Apple Fritters are huge and deliciously perfect! The prices are amazing, the service is efficient and the establishment is clean. I'm so glad Reasey has found a home in Mulberry!

This is a great breakfast/doughnut stop on Highway 60 one block east of the Mulberry/37 intersection in an old Chinese restaurant. They serve fresh doughnuts and HOT breakfasts from about 4:30 a.m. to 1. The server is friendly and quick. They must have the "Hole in One Donuts" recipe for their light yeasty donuts are equally as tasty and melt-in-your-mouth. Their apple fritters are large at $1.25 and their jelly-filled glaze donuts are over stuffed with gooey flavors. This store has the chain donut places beat in taste, quality AND price.

Great local donut shop with a variety of options - just get there early because they will sell out! Even on weekdays as we learned recently.

Parlor Doughnuts in Lakeland, FL -- Come for the doughnuts, stay because you've made a new friend…read more My husband and I walked into Parlor Doughnuts around 10:30 in the morning with absolutely NO idea what kind of doughnut we wanted. None. Zero. We stood there studying the menu like it was a major life decision. Thankfully, there wasn't a line behind us, because we probably took a good 10 minutes trying to figure out our doughnut destiny. And the wonderful woman working the counter was SO patient, friendly and helpful. Honestly, she didn't just help us choose doughnuts -- she probably could have helped us figure out our lives, too. And if she ever decides to get into real estate, I'm telling you now -- this gal could sell some houses! She was that engaging and personable. We told her what we liked, and she worked with us. I love peanut butter, and she told me she had a little bit left, so she made me a fresh doughnut with it. It was absolutely delicious. My husband likes very plain doughnuts, so she made him a "Plain Jane" and even offered to add a little sugar or honey. He politely declined because apparently he wants his doughnut to be as plain as humanly possible. We also grabbed a few of their smaller doughnuts, which were only 65¢ each. Everything was incredibly fresh, and there were probably a dozen or so varieties available that morning. Some had already sold out, but here's the cool part: if they have the ingredients, they'll work with you and make what they can. Especially on a slower morning, it felt like such a personal experience. The doughnuts were so fresh that my pictures honestly don't do them justice. The shop itself is also really nice. There's parking around downtown if you look for the free spots, music playing overhead (hello, 60s! ), plenty of tables, couches and comfortable spaces. It would be a great little place to sit and work, too. And the air-conditioning was PERFECT -- not freezing, not roasting. Just right. So if you're in Lakeland, come support this local doughnut shop. The doughnuts are fresh, the people are wonderful, and you might even walk out with a new favorite doughnut... or a new real estate agent. Parlor Doughnuts -- definitely worth a stop!

I got a ham, cheddar, and egg sandwich two days in a row! It was so good. Now the hash browns were very greasy. I also tried there chicken gumbo and I would not recommend! The flavor is more spice then season and overly rued. It was giving trying but not accomplished. I've had better gumbo in Chicago. However the sandwich was fire. The hashbrows were ok, I don't hate them, I purchased them twice. My opinion still stands on the grease it heavy on grease but perfect for a hangover lol. Everyone was very nice in the restaurant. The service can be slow bc the coworkers talk more about personal things vs getting the orders done but it's still good! I was actually upset, I was late to set ,bc the girl stopped to have a convo before grabbing my order lol. However it was still a good croissant sandwich and I'd come here again if ever in Lakeland. Lastly, they make all they're treats! I didn't try them bc I'm not a sweets person but if I was the Oreo red velvet cake would've been the first choice!

I have to find one like it in my area. Luckily, it's also a coffee shop so I usually get a coffee as well. If you've never been here, they're located in downtown Lakeland. Now on this particular visit wasn't too busy and I was able to order and get everything right away. The lady working the front was so sweet when I told her how much I love the carrot cake she got me a fresh slice of a new cake and it was so good!! The carrot cake by itself would be perfect but velvety cream cheese icing on top really brings it together. No on this visit I did get a nice latte as well. That was a little dark when it first came out, and she could tell by the look on my face that something wasn't right and she fixed it right away lol. I wish Mitchells was closer but it's definitely worth the drive.
