Horrible place.. my order was Medium hot decaf ... received it ice cold Large ice coffee.. I got a large hot coffee Sesame bagel.. told me they don't have any .. I got a toasted cinnamon raisin it was hard as a rock and stale. Along with the other bagel I received. Both went in the trash. Ordered 10 munchkins only got 9 . Found this all out when I got home. Also is it that hard to empty a garbage can? They were all over flowing right in front of customers. They have like 8 women running around like they are lost. Management must be horrible there. Paper mache donut at Dunkin donuts , Platteville Wisconsin. Friendly service with a smile. Pleasant reception. Accommodating employees. It is neat and clean. The Platteville location, like many other Dunkin Donut locations (Not All locations) has a display area where you can purchase T-shirts, coffee grounds / beans, mugs, cups, travel cups/mugs, storage containers, and more. Items for purchase vary per location. Coffee never taste burnt. There are doughnuts, muffins, breads, cookies, a variety of other treats available ,it seems to vary according to location. Bathrooms are roomy, neat, clean ,and stocked The facility is handicap assessable as well as the bathrooms are. There is a variety a breakfast and lunch sandwiches available. I am disappointed they no longer serve the hot chicken sandwiches. They have a comfortable lounge area with a few cozy chairs & small serving tables. They have a decent amount of table and chairs typically along the window area for eating and sitting. They offer free Wi-Fi. Decent amount of free parking, handicap parking near entry. Price are reasonable and comparable. I cannot speak for high traffic times of the day, however, most often it is swift and speedy service, like any business serving the general public. If there's other customers we must simply wait in line , wait our turn, we have to allow for a reasonable amount of time per customer for service. NOTE: When I order an extra large coffee and I ask for cream and sugar; It is standard that Dunkin Donuts put 5 packages sugar (in an extra large size cup of coffee. This seems to be the perfect amount of sugar & cream added to the cup. Note: I always request a few ice cubes because I don't want piping hot coffee. I visit a lot of Dunkin Donut locations as I travel a lot and I will say the location in Platteville has the nicest staff! They are so friendly and efficient. They are always upbeat especially via the drive thru! So many locations the staff barely will look up at you let alone say hi! Not the case at Platteville location! In addition they always have a great selection of donuts and rarely run out. I can't tell you how many times other locations are out of my favorite donuts. The location oks newly remodeled and now has a Baskin Robbins Ice Creme Bar. I especially love the at fact the the coffee and tea is on tap much like a bar. I drink ice tea and the flavor is so good! Not sure why it tastes so much better via the tap but it does! O they also sell Dunkin Tshirts and an assortment of Dunkin mugs and chachkees. Lastly they have ample seating inside if you want to meet friends. read more

My brother and I walked in today and were waiting in line for about 5 minutes. We realized one of the employees was not wearing a mask of any kind or gloves. She was constantly wiping her nose area and touching her face. She was also serving donuts to customers. We walked out and will not be returning. read more

This is a shiny new store that hasn't been open long. I can't help but wonder if this location is connected to the Dodge Street DD in Dubuque, which seems to have opened about the same time. Dunkin' Dounuts' coffee is loved by a lot of people. I don't happen to be one of them, I find the flavor a little off, but that's my personal taste. If it wasn't popular, they wouldn't bag it and sell it in grocery stores. DD is one of the last places that offers a French Cruller that is made with enough eggs and enough air holes in it to make it tasteful and light. On this visit, though, I ordered one their flatbread breakfast sandwiches, egg, turkey and cheese. It's a little pricey for a breakfast sandwich (compared to the hockey puck at Chez Ronaldo's just down the street) but it was served up quickly. I found it to be a little on the bland side but still tasty. The edges of the flat bread are a little more crusty than I like (hard and difficult for me to bite through) but once I got past the edges, it was soft and easy to eat. It's nice to have a DD in Platteville, and I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

FINALLY got to the window and they quote me someone else s order, Told the server "you have a line of cars to the street!". Her response? "WELL THEIR GONNA BE THERE AWHILE." Went there this morning through the drive thru. I ordered a vanilla chai tea and a ham egg and cheese sandwich. First, the vanilla chai was only half full and there was absolutely no chai in it or vanilla. It was warm milk, that's it. Second, the egg in my sandwich was mushy and absolutely disgusting. My boyfriend got a cappuccino and bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Same thing with his. Egg was mush and disgusting. The only good thing was the donut we got. Will not be going there again. So I chose Dunkin Donuts as a meeting place - got there went to use the restroom and there was a sign saying if bathroom is dirty let us know and you get a free small coffee. I went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was completely empty, didn't even have a soap packet inside. I told the cashier about it and asked if it qualified for a free coffee and her response was no, we have known about that for a week so you aren't telling us anything new. So I said - so you have been out of soap for a week and you haven't run across to Walgreens or walmart to get some soap. She said they can only use DD soap. So I said again, so your customers and employees haven't been able to wash their hands for a week?She was very rude and mumbled something snotty back. I asked her name and she said Sarah. So later that day I called to inform the Manager what happened and he said we don't have a Sarah. So he had me look at my receipt and her name was actually Jessica. So in addition to not having soap for a week, now I have a DD employee that lied to me about her name. The manager wasn't overly helpful, said he was sorry but really didn't offer anything out.
