Horrible horrible employees. Our 3 year old son needed to use the bathroom and we ran him inside before he had an accident. An employee was waiting to clean the bathroom and told us that we had to wait because they're on a cleaning schedule. We told her he really had to use the bathroom and she gave us attitude telling us she's been waiting and we needed to wait. My husband was in line to get a coffee but we left absolutely horrified that an employee would deny a small child from using the bathroom. On top of it, the woman was extremely rude, rolling her eyes at us while we were talking to her and had absolutely no remorse or care for her customers. read more

This is in regards to the woman with purple hair and a lip piercing that works at the Plymouth Dunkin's (on December 3rd between 1:30pm-2:00pm). Before my experience at Dunkin' Donuts, I went to Aroma Joes and bought 5 drinks. My friend in the passenger seat had spilt one of them and it was all over the floor of my car. Right after my friend had spilt the drink, we went to Dunkin' Donuts to grab some breakfast sandwiches. When we pulled up we had ordered some bagels. The worker informed us that they were out of some bagels. I asked for a plain bagel (since I didn't know what was actually in stock) and she proceeded to yell at me saying they were all out. She, THEN, told me what bagels they actually had. When I pulled up to the window, she didn't even greet me or anything. She told me the total and I gave her the cash. After a few minutes our food was ready, but when she handed us the food, she didn't say anything at all. I didn't know if we had all of our food. I waited for 2 ish minutes, because I wanted napkins to clean up the spilt drink in my car. She angrily opened the window and gave me a "bitchy" look. Didn't even ask me what I needed or anything. I asked for napkins, because of the drink that was spilt in my car. She told me there were napkins in the bag. There weren't. So, I told her there was a spilt drink all over the floor of my car and I would like to be able to wipe it up. So, she angrily grabbed the napkins and gave it to me without saying a single word. My friends and I still told her to have a nice day after all of that. However, I have worked in food service (specifically drive thrus) for over 5 years. This is completely unacceptable and she deserves to be fired if that's how she's going to continue acting. Atleast have the decency to say hello. read more

It's your basic stand alone DD. But 2 things stood out. 1). The windows were painted with a delightful winter scene. 2). They had butternut donuts on the shelf. Fast service. Got the coffee and donuts faster than it took my other half to gas up the car next door. read more

Nice, friendly, staff but it ends there! Each time I order breakfast sandwiches, I ask for well cooked bacon and every time I receive pretty much raw bacon in them! I will no longer try to get what I am asking for....it is useless. Such a waste of money ney and product when each time we have to pull out the bacon and dispose of it. Have brought sandwiches back, no apologies and never a refund or gift card for a return visit. read more

Unisex bathroom has no functional lock. Been broken for weeks. So long that there is a printed message on the door for how to use the broken lock. Which is no help. Dosen't work. Pathetic. A $3 barrel bolt lock would solve it. read more

Very disappointed to say the least! I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich, and they put cheese on it. I go back to get it fixed and received a new sandwich. This time for some reason without the egg. My husband went into This Dunks. His coffee was made incorrectly, so he asked to have it remade. As the employee was remaking the coffee, the manager came over, handed him back his money with a refund receipt and told him "go f*ck yourself". She literally said that to him. We went outside and another customer came out and offered to go order a new coffee for him. The other customer said there was absolutely no reason for the manager to talk to my husband that way. I respect the opinions of the several Yelp members who reported poor experiences, but must chime in that my dozens of drive-through and sit-down visits have been nearly flawless. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the one time that there was an error with my order they rectified it quickly and were very apologetic. I am a 'grin and bear it' type, being in the food service business for ten years now I hate complaining. This place has for the most part been pretty accommodating, I've stopped here on the way to work about twice a week for four years now. Lately within the past four months it has consistently been getting worse. Half the time we (my coworker and I drive together) get the wrong meal or we're told that their out of what we want. The coffee is good but we always have to taste to make sure we get what we ordered. We might have put up with it longer but the staff does not seem to care that much making anyone happy, specifically a gentlemen that has sarcastic and nasty comments on a regular basis. Okay I don't get this Dunks at all. If you say a medium iced dark roast with two creams and two sugars that means it is LESS than the normal amount. The coffee should be DARK not as white as the cream. Every time I order coffee at the Plymouth Dunks it's just simply a cup of half and half. The staff is absolutely clueless and rude. Everytime I go I always get someone rude here. This Dunkin Donuts is the only location I've been to that gives me an attitude for no reason. Earlier today a girl at the drive thru said she couldn't hear what I was saying (not paying attention) and just closed the window on me. I couldn't believe it.
