I had a hard time finishing them all and four shots is a lot for me- I'm about to buzz right out of my seat! Second- the service. I sat here for a while and watched the staff. They couldn't have been better. I was welcomed when I approached, as was every other person who came in during the time I was there, even down to the vendors, and even when customers came in large waves that could have easily overwhelmed them. They were personable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to take pride in offering a good product. Which leads me to my third observation... While I was here, a gentleman came in who I now believe to have been the owner. If so, sir- I'd like to commend you on your management style. I watched how you spoke to the staff and while it was only a few moments, you showed respect, thoughtfulness, and kindness. My first job was in food service nearly 30 years ago and to this day, I still remember my manager. He led with those same qualities. Overall, great product.
