I live down the street from DD Poland. I was so happy when I moved to the area and saw a DD up the street. I only go there now when I am running late for work because of the service. I go out of my way to go to the DD in Auburn Hotel Rd they are polite and get the order right . Poland DD has been rude and get the order wrong most of my visits. I have given Poland many chances. Their customer service is awful. When going through drive through in morning ,I get Yay for a response not good morning. If I order more then 1 coffee my order has been wrong every time. I tried using the on the go order here ,but when I got there ,I went through the drive through. I pulled up to the to go speaker and said I was there to pick up a on the go order they told me to come inside. When I got inside I went to the counter to pick it up. I stood there for 10 min till someone came from out back and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her my on the go order, she yelled down to cashier, who was taking other people in lines order . She yelled to her ,if she had made my on the go order, she said she didn't have time yet. The woman who was talking to me then turned around without saying a word to me and went out back. Once the young lady was done taking orders i asked for mine she told me I would have to wait she was busy and she would get to it. After 15 min of waiting and letting 5 more people order and get their orders I finally got her attention for my order. She rolled her eyes and told me she "was getting it". She then slammed it on the counter and went out back. REALLY, i pay for this service...I went to work after and was talking to coworker and they said don't go there they suck they are slow rude and get the orders wrong. I work at a large business in Auburn so if the word is out there I am sure you are not getting there business. This morning I was running late so I stopped for 2 coffees hoping for a good experience.....so much for hoping. There was a car in front of me in the drive through, not busy, it was early morning. When i got to speaker I could hear back ground noise like a mic was open, I said hello, and I received their response, "YAY what do you want" who, by the way sounded like she was very annoyed. I ordered 2 coffees, I have learn to talk very slowly, I asked for 2 med hot coffee, the first one is French Vanilla extra extra and a coffee with extra cream and 1 sweet n low (pink) if i don't say pink they do not know what sweet n low is. Her reply was you want a "vanilla what" I responded by say my ordered over again. Her reply" vanilla extra extra is that it. I said no asked for a med hot coffee extra cream sweet n low (pink)" Then dead silence...I asked Did you get that" Her response was YAY. I drove around to window were a nice man took my money and handed me my coffee he said Good Morning and thank you WOW. I told him his co worker needed to work on her customer service skills he apologized to me I let him know I didn't have a issue with him. I left and started to drive to work, not sure why I did not check the coffee before I left but i did not. I took a sip and mine had no cream and loaded with sugar...Come on really!!! How do you mess that up. There was no one behind me and no one in parking lot so they were not busy....I would avoid this DD...I would suggest the owner of the franchise make a trip to the drive through a few time in the morning maybe they will have the same delightful experience.. I do not understand it not hard to be nice to people who are giving you money for the service. Why if you hate people do you work with the people. read more
