Also at this location a previous time in the drive-thru, my boyfriend and I had ordered 2 of the same drink, a breakfast sandwich and a grilled cheese pretzel.. we were handed 1 drink and a plain soft pretzel when the receipt on my app said otherwise, so I went back in and they were polite and got me what I needed and didn't feel like I had to leave a review that time but it could always be used as feedback to learn from these mistakes. I've never had an issue with receiving my drink or food at an aroma joes until I started coming to this one, as a regular of Lisbon St. I'm not sure if training is different for different locations but I think that the people here could be more attentive when listening to the order, assembling the order, and handing it out making sure all items are there and look presentable. Even for the order I had with missing items i'm sure it could've been prevented with even simply repeating the order back to the customer when receiving the order and handing it back out.
