We went through the drive thru this morning 5/24/26, ordered 2 - $6 meals with iced coffee, got to the window, where the young man states 'there's a prompt on the screen for you' as we paid, it was for a optional tip, which we declined, he promptly looked at the screen and gave us our food and drinks, as we pulled around, we realized we were intentionally (or unintentionally) not given straws for our iced coffee. He inconvenienced us with his actions, and lost 2 customers in the process. We stopped for gas at Wawa which also serves breakfast sandwiches meals and has iced coffee. Sorry Dunkin, do better training your employees to handle not always receiving 'optional' tips at the drive thru. read more

Honestly, I do not know why this Dunkin' gets the bad reviews that I have read on Yelp. I have been here a few times and I have never had an issue. Service and the food has always been good. This morning the line was a bit long, but that is just a testament to the popularity of Dunkin' (formerly known as Dunkin' Donuts). This particular location is in a strip shopping center on Dunlawton and Nova Road that has a Publix as the anchor store. It is a standalone building and offers both a small inside or you can utilize the drive through. I have used both and have not had an issue with either. If you are traveling down Interstate 95, this particular Dunkin' is a few miles off of the highway. It is also convenient to the people who call Port Orange home and those (like myself) who visit those people who call Port Orange home. Again, I have never had an issue with this store (other than the occasional long line). I definitely recommend here and give them five stars () overall. read more

Service quality is really hit and miss. I live around the corner, and get coffee here 4-5 times per week. Half of the staff members (seemingly, the younger college-aged kids) are welcoming, super-friendly, and professional, and the other half (what I assume to be the management) are the opposite. I always try my best to be friendly and polite when ordering and paying, but it's lost on certain staff members. After my most recent visit, I felt the need to write a review. I was greeted by a very flat voice, whom after hearing my coffee order simply said "ok, you can drive up," she didn't ask if I wanted whip cream, or tell me the price. At the window it seemed like she was irritated that I was there; she, again, didn't mention the price. She never said thank you, took my card and returned without ever making eye contact with me. I know that I didn't simply catch her on a bad day, either, since I've experienced this type of service several additional times, with her and with a few other employees. The coffee itself has been fine. I've also noticed that the younger staff members go out of their way to make a good looking cup, typically swirling syrup in the cup and dressing the top, etc... while the other staff members just kind of throw it in a cup (sometimes with some spilled on the outside, without drying it). There's never been an issue with the coffee itself, but when paying $5 a day for coffee, I would at least expect to feel like a valued customer. read more

We ordered a cookie crumble latte or something, we ordered it previously from another location which it was really really good. We went to this location which when we ordered this cookie crumble, the drinks were very dark and barely had any effort and it was just nasty. The creamer wasn't even show in the drink edger the top it's just straight coffee in the cup when we asked for extra sweeteners and everything. read more

Tried the delivery service and an apple fritter was omitted even though i was charged for it. Asshole dunkin idiot never said anything to the delivery driver who i was able to text and she followed up and i got something else which she delivered. Driver was great. Dunkin employee tried to rip me off and got caught. Only reason i tried this was we were really tied up. I usually do not go to dunkin just for that reason and i haven't liked things there since they went over to central kitchens. Went there on Friday 9/16/22 got a chai latte. Over kill on the chai to the point of being able to drink it. Sat and chatted with my fiancé and built an appetite for a snack. Ordered a snackin bacon and received literally 2 pieces of bacon in the bag. Went to the counter and asked the young thin blonde cashier if that was how much I was supposed to get. She said,"yah they're supposed to be little bits of bacon" it was lost on her there was only two pieces in the bag. I mentioned to her, "oh the menu says 8 pieces" she rolled her eyes as I asked for a refund. She gave me back my 3.59 and proceeded to crumple the bag up and loudly throw it in the trash. What a joke. How hard would it have been to say. "Sorry about that, let me get that fixed for you" Instead they have another bad review and a lost customer. read more

This Dunkin is so bad I'm actually leaving a Yelp review. Not always, but most of the time I go here something gets messed up. This morning was no exception. There were 2 people in line in front of me and it managed to take longer than the drive thru wrapped around the building. They gave my sandwich away to someone, and they didnt have the milk for my coffee. I would gladly go back and ask for a refund but I threw away my receipt. I really can't understand why Dunkin' Donuts just can't get my whole order right. I go in every single work day and they either put my donut FACE DOWN in a bag so when you take it out all your frosting is stuck in the bag, watered down coffee, cold coffee, or like today giving me a coffee straw for my large sweet tea. And I looked on my billing statement for last month, spent over $100 in one month alone at the same location just to be frustrated every single morning because no one cares that my order is not right literally every single day for the past two weeks. If this is how you treat a customer that spends well over $1,000 a year on coffee and donuts I'm more than happy to tell the 300+ customers I see every day how terrible this location is. My daughter requested doughnuts frosted with multiple different colors for a birthday snack at school. I called Dunkin Donuts and they were great! They helped with my order and it was ready for pick up the day and time I requested. The donuts were so many different colors and filled with sprinkles. Perfect for a class of Kindergarteners! They couldn't write Happy birthday on them but they did write it inside the box! It was a really nice gesture that they did for her. read more

There were 5 people behind the counter working - no customers inside in line, no one greeted me. I stood at the register and waited, still no one. A manager walked up, still no acknowledgement AT ALL, not even a glance. She wasn't too busy to criticize the young lady filling a drive thru donut order for not starting the coffee shot though. After a literal 5 minutes of standing there completely ignored, I caught the eye of the young lady who ignored me while getting donuts and criticism and asked if there was anyone working the register. She replied with "yup". That's it. No apology. No "We'll be right with you". SMH. Then another young lady came to the register and just stood there and looked at me. No "good morning", no "sorry about your wait". So I waited... finally she said "what can I get for you", and I gave her my order. WOW - y'all say America runs on Dunkin'... someone outta tell your team, from management down, that Dunkin' runs on customers. I go there EVERY SINGLE DAY, and yet no one ever seems to remember, or maybe they don't care. Zero customer service skills. But I guess that isn't taught by management who ignores the customer. I was at the drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts and yes, the donuts are great, the drive-thru reception is very questionable. I proceeded to complete my order and the young boy (I am specific "boy" due to his immaturity and lack of professionalism) calls me "honey" - I am old enough to be his mother. When I got to the window, of course expecting some kind of professional apology, I explained to him I would appreciate it if the would not address me as "honey" and this was very unprofessional in a business setting to call your customers names. I was very polite until he tells me he is from some other state and that is what they do (never received an apology from this jerk) slams the drive thru window closed as I was talking to him. I then knocked on the window (he would not acknowledge me after he slammed the window in my face.) So I got another employee to get the manager. I was explaining what happen to the manager, which she was sympathetic, but this guy was behind her making gestures at me, etc. It was disgusting. I have never had such a horrible experience at Dunkin donuts, but I will say I will never send anyone to that particular store. I will spend my money at the store on Ridgewood Avenue as I do not now think they consider themselves a "truckstop" Do not go to the Nova Road store as apparent;y their policy at this store is to disrespect their customers. Dunkin Donuts has long been my go-to establishment for OJ and some donuts for breakfast on the run. I have long favored their sugar-raised donuts for their sugary goodness and the fact that it doesn't leave a mess / trail / stain that I then have to clean. To me, the best part of a sugar raised donut is biting into that fresh sugary donut goodness. You get where I'm going with this? I stopped at this particular DD drive through (fast service, gotta hand that one to them!) for my usual sugar rush on TWO different occasions, on TWO different days and got the same order: bottle of OJ and 2 sugar raised donuts. So you can imagine my surprise when I bit into first one, then the other only to find the most sparse sprinkling of sugar grains imaginable. I mean, these donuts were more like eating dinner rolls than donuts. I swear I could count each individual grain of sugar on each donut (and probably would have if I weren't, you know, driving). Did I miss a sudden spike in sugar prices? Is someone at DD being held personally accountable for every grain of sugar? Seriously DD? I am disappointed and may find myself in the clutches of another major donut retailer in the city of Daytona. read more
