Zilk, (the owner) is incredibly kind and helpful, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. Although I enjoy their **Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake** at Haus of Vibes, I decided to try something new at this location. I went with the **Pumpkin Banana Bread Protein Shake** from their seasonal menu, and it did not disappoint! One of the best things about this spot is their rotating seasonal drinks, which always keep things fresh and exciting, making me want to come back and try more. Each standard size shake is around 200 calories (depending on what you add) and packs 24 grams of protein. They also offer **protein waffles** with just around 200 calories (80 additional calories depending on what you add on top) and a solid 30 grams of protein. Their shakes are water-based, helping keep the calorie count low, and they even have cookies that are around **15 calories**--the lowest I've ever seen! I loved the cookies so much that I brought a box home, especially enjoying the caramel and sugar-free chocolate flavors.
