Used to stop by this dunkin every single morning, but not after yesterday. There is a new white girl working the drive through window. I asked her for a straw for my iced coffee. She got an attitude and said it was in the bag. I told her it was not in the bag and again asked for a straw. She refused to give me a straw. If I wasn't in a rush to get my son to daycare I would have made them give me a refund for my total order. She definitely needs an attitude check and a lesson on customer service. read more

The drive thru employee is so impatient and rude. Every time I go there they always try to rush me through my order by saying "anything else" literally after everything that I say. It's so annoying, and if you show your annoyance they mess up your order on purpose. like not filling my cup all the way or not covering both sides of my bagel with cream cheese. they even go as far as to put regular milk in my coffee when you ask for coconut milk! I know the difference because regular milk makes my stomach do backflips. I can't stand going there, but also don't feel like going out of my way to find another Dunkin Donuts with a little bit of decency. read more

They are located off East High St in Pottstown across from Wawa. They are located on the East Side of town toward the Hospital, not West Side. They are always busy and have lines, but they get you in and out very quickly. I Got a box of Joe and 2 Dozen donuts without no problems, and very quickly. They staff is very friendly and helpful. They are foreign, but I haven't had any problems with language barrier, I've been going here for over 20 years. The inside is clean and will keep up, along with there outside grounds. Parking can be tricky, there a couple of spots out front of the building along with side parking, either can be difficult to get in and out at busy times. Some people parking next door early in the morning to get in and out easier. Over all it's a chain and you know what your getting or suppose to get. read more

The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Counter people cannot speak English and cannot keep track of bills; e.g., counter person tried to charge me for a small coffee I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR yesterday morning. I've been in FOREIGN COUNTRIES where Dunkin Donuts service was better. Unfortunate that this is pretty much the only Dunkin Donuts on the west side of town (note: this DD is on WEST High St.), because anything comparable would certainly be more appealing--and would put this place out of business. read more

Had the worst customer experience at DD in Boyertown, Pa. Placed a drive thru order for 2 sandwiches & a MED cup of HOT tea. Got to the window, paid for order, rec'd sandwiches from a crew member (CM). I proceeded to wait for the HOT tea. As I waited, I could see a different crew member (CM) in background making the tea. From her body language & facial expressions, I could tell something wasn't right. She walks toward drive thru window with my HOT tea w/lots of tissues under the cup, proceeded to hand me the tea which was leaking from lid. I say to her the lids leaking. She proceeded to say, Yeah, our lids are crappy! I then went to say can you fix lid or give me a new lid. Mid-sentence she rolls her eyes & walks away from window. Initial CM watching me & wouldn't come to window. I beeped the horn & then she came to window. I asked for manager & was told manager was working the front & couldn't come to window. I asked again to get the manager. The CM left window & returned saying that the manager said I have to come in store & that she was going to call the police. (Really!!!) I waited in disbelief & then decided to go inside for my own safety as to how would calling the police turn out. I asked for the manager & the 2nd CM came to me. I asked if she was the manager. She wouldn't answer my question. I told her I want to speak w/manager. Why would I speak with the CM who caused this issue & was clearly having a BAD day. She then pushed me off (yelling & behaving unprofessionally) to a male crew member who told me that they were ALL managers, when I asked if he was the manager. I explained to him the issue. He listened& resolved nothing. I asked him the 2nd CM name so I could come back w/a formal complaint against her. He told me he couldn't give me her name. Ok, I could understand that, maybe. Then, I asked for the main manager's name or district manager & he said he didn't know their names. I told the 3rd CM (prob fake manager) that I would never visit the store again which is sad b/c it's my local DD. Never have I EVER had this experience over a cup of HOT tea which the 2nd CM knew was leaking to why she put LOTs of tissues underneath. Just change the lid!!! I could have burned my hand! Utter disregard for customer safety! read more

This was my last time I will ever go there. They absolutely suck anymore and continuously mess up my orders. Their Carmel iced coffee isn't even Carmel they just give me regular coffee with cream and sugar. Just to add a bit more of annoyance over Christmas when they were doing the dollar donations I was going everyday and my bill was higher than normal until I asked for a receipt they took more than 10 dollars from me with out even asking if I wanted to donate. read more

All I have to say is they're very rude, service is just bad! I order a coffee colata and when I got it I just taste like regular coffee but frozen, so I ask very Politely if this was coffee colata and this guy just started screaming for no reason like this is the same just no caffeine, I told them when I ordered it they should let me know that they don't sell it no more but they do have frozen coffee! Never in my life have I been talked to the way the man at the drive thru spoke to me. Their credit card machine was having issues, yet they kept asking for different cards (he even had me second guessing if I had money in my account). When my card didn't work the man stuck his three fingers out at me and demanded MONEY, yelling at me. He is lucky he even got my change... absolutely disgusting service! read more
