Long wait but good food. Waitresses are very nice. They close at 2:00, so plan accordingly.

Cute, quick breakfast with outside of the box menu items! Sunflower Cafe is next to our local gym, so we typically behave in heading home after, but changed it up to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Was sat readily with seat of choice and was greeted quickly by our server. My husband decided to try the Hot Mess Omelet, a side of Scrapple (his signature must try) and my being The New Green Deal. The Hot Mess had an unusual, tangy sauce which was a fun surprise. All food was well done. A curve on the thin sliced scrapple, but tasty. Tried a slice of the cornbread - there is one recommendation in it being a bit dry, so needed some warmth and butter. My Green Deal was lovely! Never had quinoa and egg scramble together, but I will again as an at home replicate! It was fresh and refreshing, nothing greasy about it. Portions were large so I am eager to have my leftovers for breakfast!! Solid job in food, service and quality for price. Sunflower's is certainly a local recommendation!!

    Breakfast Platter.

10/10 experience. Found this little gem to meet a best friend of mine halfway as we wanted to shop at the nearby outlets. Food - Amazing, got the breakfast platter. I love some or most of their food is locally sourced. The BISCUITS... omg... do not miss out. Also was very impressed by their creative specials... will try one next time. Service - Very friendly, and attentive staff! Ambiance - We saw outside on a lovely fall Sunday afternoon. Overall - Definitely worth checking out!

I tried to give a new review on Google but since I already left one last year, it wouldn't let me. So I'll leave one here. The Spring Valley Village Ladies Luncheon had a return visit here on 10/10/24. Again, we had a wonderful time. Delicious food and superb service from Jenn.I have to thank Jenn for accommodating the extra people so graciously. Everybody enjoyed it so much. Thank you for a great repeat performance. Sincerely,Lorra Seymour Spring Valley Village Bechtelsville, Pa

If I'm ever in the neighborhood, this is a REQUIREMENT. The food speaks for itself. I always get a side of zucchini bread (imagine your grandma's zucchini bread meets pound cake). Their menu has changed since the pandemic but if there's something off the menu from the past that they can still make, they'll whip it up for you. I got an off menu item (Texas Toast Egg in Hole) with the sour cream on the side. The also have a lot of daily specials that are worth catching before they run out. If you're looking for a local spot with bottomless coffee and small town vibes, this is that place. It's very family friendly as well! Pro tip - get a loaf to go! They were out of zucchini loads so I got their pumpkin bread loaf and it was great days later!

Potatoe bomb with a side of scrapple. Yum!!

My son, his wife and two daughters and I went for an early dinner. The service was attentive and quick! I ordered the standby I've always loved there- the wings! As delicious as I remember and oh that homemade blue cheese!! So great!! I ordered a beef sandwich that came on a toasted bun with the requested creamy horseradish sauce. It also came with au jus to dip. I think it was top round? The au jus was extremely salty and I could not use it at all- the creamy horseradish spread saved the day! It was a delicious sandwich with lots of meat. We appreciated the quick service and I really enjoyed the food. It was really good! Our server was friendly and efficient and checked up on us numerous times. Why 4 stars? Well there was no toilet paper in the ladies room- that's a big drawback. I brought it to the servers attention and it was immediately fixed. I would definitely come here more often, but I have since moved away. They feature a pasta night which sounds great! My son and his family will return to try it out. I look forward to going back to Ron's when I'm in the area.

The night we were there, sweet pea soup, escargot, pierogis, mussels, arugula salad, filet mignon, John Dory, walleye, and a crab/pasta dish were on the menu. * Pricing is actually rather reasonable, between $14-22 for the app courses, and $32-52 for the 4 mains. It's BYOB, so that's a big savings as well. These sort of small scale restaurants that are a labor of love are getting harder and harder to find. The atmosphere is intimate, casual, and personal (fellow diners overheard that we forgot to bring a wine and they gave us an extra bottle they brought with them!). If you find yourself in Pottstown--as we did, make a point of going to Henry's. And ask Frank why he called his restaurant "Henry's"... (hint: it has to do with doors).

My born-and-raised-in-Philly partner and I spent the weekend in Maryland, helping my parents with some things. On the way home to PA, because it was bonkers hot, we were tired, and neither of us was interested in cooking, I asked, "What do you want for dinner?" "HOAGIES." He didn't even pause. So, hoagies, it was to be. But from where? There's a chain place nearby, but their offerings have, of late, been disappointing. SO: Yelp - Hoagies - Sort By "Rating" - Yohn's Grocery. It was on. When we were about 20 minutes from home, I put in our order. We walked through the door and the driver arrived about five minutes later. Everything we got -- gravy fries, mozzarella sticks, and a turkey club -- was great. But the hoagie? The hoagie was off-the-charts good. Philly Perfect. And it's right in our backyard! How did we not know? This is now our go-to hoagie joint. Hands down, the best.

A sweet scene across the street from the Colebrookdale Rail, we sat outside and enjoyed the quiet view. My husband ordered an Iced Caramel Fluff Coffee and my being on a chai kick lately, tried their small hot variety. Drinks came out quickly considering the line of patrons ordering and most of the indoor seating full. We sat with our number at a table outside. The brisk air was delightful and even more delightful was the rest of our breakfast. My husband ordered an Everything Bagel Sandwich with Cheddar and Sausage. He enjoyed it, said it needed some spice or sauce though. I was delighted in my pick! An Everything Bagel with the lemon-dill cream cheese. This cream cheese should be sold on its own! I'd purchase (or would love to steal the recipe!). The cream cheese was more a like a dip in consistency. Smooth, flavorful and light.
