Love their iced lattes and macchiatos. Good breakfast sandwich options too. Usually stop by early in the morning when it isn't so busy.

Amazing coffee & very friendly efficient staff at this Dunkin Donuts. Our breakfast food order was a little less impressive. My wrap had a tough crunchy edge on it and the flavor was nothing to write home about, even for this chain. Dry donuts too. Still, I come here primarily for the delicious dark roast coffee and on that (and service) they hit the mark with ease. read more

I was purchasing a dozen doughnuts for work. I wanted 2 pumpkin spice doughnuts as part of the dozen. But, I get 10 because the pumpkin spice is considered 2 doughnuts. Why not just charge me a little extra for those two so I can walk away with a dozen. 12 is 12 am I right?! read more

I have visited this store three times and have left very disappointed. Two of the visits I left without buying anything. They are always out of things no matter what time of day you go in. They don't keep the popular donuts in stock at all times, yet they advertise that they are open 24 hours a day. The staff are rude and unfriendly. I doubt this place will be open very long. Amy's donuts are far better, they always have what you want and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. read more

Definitely are having problems with ordering and product knowledge. Ran out of egg whites for breakfast sandwiches. The staff that work there have a really limited knowledge of what kind of donuts they have. I ordered a chocolate donut they said they only had chocolate with sprinkles. What I received was butterscotch with sprinkles. read more

The cashier was aggravated from the begging. She said the only doughnuts I could get through the drive thru was the assorted dozen, which is advertised to come with an additional free doughnut. I ended up getting 2 assorted dozens then she refused to give me my 2 free. When it was all said and done my total was $28.xx and I left with 2 dozen assorted doughnuts that weren't what I wanted, and a medium hot coffee because they're espresso machine was down. They are decent when actually open. They started out as a 24-hr and started closing at random times. It says they are open until 11 and they are always closed. I doubt this place will last very long at all, if they were open I would actually buy things. I guess McDonald's and Starbucks get my money unfortunately. read more

OKAY!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! FOUR DAYS IN A ROW NOW THAT THIS LOCATION HAS BEEN CLOSED EARLY!!!!! The first night it was 8:34pm and the store was completely closed down, attempted to call the store with no answer (could hear phone ringing inside) almost called the cops, thinking they might have gotten robbed, but saw zero cars in the parking lot and figured they must have ran out of doughnuts or something, since the hours of operation posted on the door are from 5am to 9pm 7 days a week. The second night I arrived at 8:47p doors were locked, but someone was inside so I called and a guy said that they close at 8:30 when I questioned him about the store hours posted on the door, he told me the manager ordered new stickers and needs to fix it. OKAY NO MUNCHKINS AGAIN!!!!!! The third night showed up at 8:14p store completely closed down again called and was told they had a water leak and needed to close early! BUMMER!!! The fourth night (tonight) 8:22p locked up early AGAIN, called and asked if they were still closed because of the water leak from last night, he seemed very confused about having a water leak (same voice told me about it) and said no we close at 8:30 tried asking him what time he had, all the sudden he couldn't hear me!! If you see the time pattern. I get off work at 8p and WALK out of my way to get some my favorite Munchkins! And the last couple nights it's been 30-38° outside, so I more than likely would have bought hot chocolate as well. I figure that's $10.00 a night ×4 I alone would have spent in your store. If you read the other Yelp reviews I'm not the only one this has happened to! 3 stars for the just right iced vanilla coffee & 4stars for the customer service cuz every effort was made to deliver donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches via drive thru, that's pretty ambitious. A different kind of spin to Starbucks, which is what this town needs. I got the steak & egg breakfast sandwich, but wished it was less over cooked, I'll try the vegetarian options next time. This is the worst restaurant I have been to in my life. EVER! I have been given the wrong order twice and the last time I ordered, paid, and waited and waited only to be told that they didn't have what I ordered. The manager (I think) was obnoxious and loud and made no effort to correct their mistake. From now on I'll drive to the south side. I WONT GO BACK!!!! read more
