As soon as you walk in you can feel how comforting and welcoming the atmosphere is! By the third day of coming here they knew my name and my order perfectly. Having a dairy allergy, I order nut milk in my coffee and could have cried when they brought out the milk they use to show me that it is just about the highest quality possible nut milk you can find!! They also have gluten free options which I greatly appreciate. This establishment truly cares about their customers and is now my new favorite coffee shop. I miss it whenever I'm away! I always order an iced honey cinnamon latte with cashew milk. It's the best iced coffee I've ever had and it is exactly the same every single day!! 10000/10!!!

First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. The peppermint cake had just the right amount of peppermint but the chocolate part seemed a little dry but not enough to ruin the chocolatey goodness. They also make homemade bread which looked delicious. All in all the place holds a certain charm and everyone was nice and pleasant and very helpful behind the counter. my family and i were in town for a family reunion and a few of us stopped by here one morning…read moremostly drawn in by the name and the proximity to the river walk. we were so delighted by our experience that we visited the next morning too! the vibes are excellent. fun and funky and built on welcoming energy and local art. i even bought a bookmark made by a local ten year old. when i was purchasing it, the barista let me know they had a makers sale for local kids coming up. how sweet! of course vibes don't make a coffee. the drink list is extensive and unique. i had a blackberry mocha one morning and a bergamot white mocha the next. both good but the white mocha was a star for sure. i'm planning to recreate it at home. their pastries are excellent - had a stunning key lime danish and a superb vegan chocolate chip cookie. but their breakfast burritos are even better. got it with sausage both mornings and the second morning everyone else ALSO got one because mine had been so good. the staff is kind and sweet. they attended to us well, prepared the food and drinks quickly, and made us feel so happy being there. i can't recommend this spot enough. this kind of environment is where pueblo really shines.

The photos and vibe looked really great based on others' reviews, so I decided to stop in late on a Saturday not to get my sugar fix lol. The atmosphere is fun, and the mish mash of sweets, games, and a downstairs bar I think is super unique and also makes this place more appealing for people that want to bring kids around earlier in the day. Despite going late (I think it was around 8?), the arcade was pretty full of people, which was a great sign. The bakery case and menu is at the back, and there was one very sweet girl (no pun intended lol) running the counter. Even for the time, there were lots of options that all looked like they were pretty good and not obviously stale or old from the day which I really appreciated. There is also ice cream and a refrigerator case of goodies in addition to what's shown here, as well as various beverages you can purchase. I decided to splurge on a cherry cupcake, a cheesecake cookie with cherries, and a brookie. The total was around $12 or so, which was pretty reasonable. I took my treats back to the hotel to enjoy them while watching a show, and they were all delicious! Definitely satisfied my craving for something sweet after a long day. I think this place would be very fun for a date night or a small family outing during the day, presuming it's isn't busy inside as it seems like it can easily feel crowded. Parking is available on the street and may be a bit of a challenge depending on the day and time you stop in, but the downtown area is pretty walkable and more parking accommodations can be found further away. Stop in if you get a chance! I probably will next time I'm in town.
