Idk what changed but this place has gotten a lot better- especially in the mornings! I always order my coffee ahead of time and it's usually there when I arrive (5-15 mins later). Sometimes in the evening I will order a coffee 10-15 minutes in advance and when I arrive ITS STILL NOT MADE. I just went through the drive-thru and watched one of the employees vaping while serving food.

Waited in drive through for about 10 minutes. This is not the first time. We took a chance to see if they got better but they didn't. From the the drive through I could see 4 people. Only one person was doing anything . This place needs to go to the Dunkin' in Thompson and get trained by them. They are so fast. Not impressed. Every time I go to this location I have a rude encounter with their ignorant employees, everything from getting charged for someone else order and get told to "pay it forward" mind you this woman's order was 38$$ that isn't something you pay forward! That is one example and I've also seen employees with bloody face masks on and when I told him he got insulted with me?! 10/10 don't recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location all these employees should be fired better yet they should quit they seem so hateful of there job and aren't afraid to show it to the paying customers read more

There are three Dunkies in Putnam and this is my least favorite, mainly because of the attitude of the people behind the counter. It actually is the closest to me, at least as the crow flies, but I avoid it unless I need to be on the east side of town. I've had more errors at this store, had to repeat myself more times ("Yes, I said HOT coffee." "No, I said JELLY donut.") and have had to wait while two of the staff chatted about last night's party. At least the person usually making the sandwiches concentrates on her job because I haven't had much of a problem there. As far as the food goes, it's pretty much like any other Dunkies--that is, when they actually get your order right--so what has to stand out here is good service and cleanliness. I got my coffee here as I always do & the price went up an extra $1.00. I always get a small energy cold brew and I always paid $3.23 now it is up to $4.27. They just re-opened & upgraded everything even a new driveway & drive thru. I think I am paying for the new driveway because anywhere else I go its still priced at $3.23. This is not right. Let me tell you every time I come to this Dunkin I am greeted with the most attitude. It's an awful way to start my day. I find the girls that work here are snobby. Two experiences; about a week ago I came and began my order. I couldn't get two items out of my mouth before the girl cuts me off, with attitude and says, " you need to slow down hun" (btw idk if it's just me but I HATE being called hun by teenage girls cause honestly it just comes off extremely passive aggressive) I carry on my order and I noticed she rang in 3 hashbrowns on screen and I politely corrected her and said I only ordered one. "I KNOW hun I have to delete it off the screen" acting as if I knew it was an over-ring mistake or something ? Either way I'm not going to be invalidated for simply making sure I'm getting what I want and not extra because of your aggressive button pushing. Experience #2 I just went there this morning and ordered a pumpkin hazelnut and this girl says "oh so you want a nutty pumpkin?" And laughs a little! over ten years ago i had a super soaker, i went to the drive through and i ordered a choco coolata, they told me their choco coolate machine was broken i drove around and aimed the super soker at the lady at the window ... the lady looked at me and said "you try it ... you just try it!!" this is one of my biggest regrets in life, I didn't try it and drove away to find another DD that had choco coolata's, for my next biggest regret, please see my review for the DD's in Dayville read more

If I could give no stars I would. Every time i go here, inside or drive thru, it takes 5-10 minutes to get a coffee. And 75% of the time I'm the only one in line. Always 5 people working but doing nothing. Worst Dunkin' Donuts. Drive up the road to next one where they bake the donuts fresh and have fast service. read more

The staff here is rude and argues with you when they make your drink order wrong. They give you attitude and make you feel idiotic. Their iced coffee is the worst in town. Also, stop asking me to buy a pound of coffee! I'm buying a coffee so I don't have to make my own! read more
