This location was disgusting. Everything we touched was sticky, the bathrooms had pee and toilet paper all over the floor. When I looked back in the kitchen the floor was covered in food and looked like they were walking in water. Most dunkins I go to are fairly decent, but this one was sick. This place is so inconsistent. I live so close to this location, so I use it for convenience. BUT there is a clear difference when certain people are working which sucks. I order a drink with espresso, and I know for a fact, once crew just uses coffee. Which is a huge difference and price! Then they don't even fill the cups all the way. Forget about ordering online. If you don't show up, you will get a half assed version of your order. So every time they gave coffee instead of espresso, they were robbing me of money. They also don't clearly clean their espresso machines, you can taste it, and you can tell when they burn it too. I've just had enough of this locations nonsense. If I order a food item, Sometimes It's not even put together nicely. And I'm a regular! Come on guys! One dude that works there, I swear when he takes orders on the drive thru, it sounds like he doesn't care. I work service too and customer service is everything. Just really pissed about the half assed drinks I was just delivered. They didn't use espresso and the cups weren't even filled. It's like someone had a few sips out of each. This probably has to be the worst Dunkin in all of the U.S. I have never once gone here and not cussed my self out for giving the store a second chance. I've never gotten a correct order. The manager and employees I hate to say it are incompetent and very rude. Once had to go and get a coffee remade 3 times because the coffee was stale and burnt...it was a simple black coffee. The service here is absolutely horrible. I was stuck in the drive thru line on 11/26/2025 around 1030am for almost an hour. I was third car in line to order. That took 20 minutes to order. 25 minutes to get up to the window. Was waiting for my drink and was greeted waited an additional 12 minutes nobody came to the window. These employees which was 2 girls at this store don't care or have any urgency. While i was waiting at the drive thru window i seen One girl picked up trash of the floor with her gloves on then handled someone's sandwich and the other mess with her hair then handle a drink. They didn't wash there hands or even put new gloves on. Gross. I called in there later no answer. Called dunkin corporate office they said someone would call but nobody did. I just have to say THANK YOU to the manager I spoke with this morning! And to her team of course. I stupidly forgot her name already because my baby was making a lot of noise in the background, but she is AMAZING! I live in Los Angeles, CA and my grandpa lives in AZ. Today is his birthday, and because I just had a baby, I was unable to see him today. I called ahead to this shop around 8:45am and asked if I placed an order from Grubhub, if they could write "Happy Birthday" and she was so sweet and excited to do so--and It wasn't a fake attitude like you can experience over the phone sometimes. I felt as if I was talking to her in person! She even went above and beyond to tell me what was ready to be ordered at that moment and what wasn't ready, which was nice of her to do. If you look on the box, it even says "we love you", which had me feeling so appreciative because that's something extra from the heart she/ her team did for us without asking! Oh... and my grandpa loved the hot chocolate and donuts too!! To see his smile on FaceTime was a blessing and I give my thanks to this sweet manager! ***Dunkin' Donuts, don't lose her... she needs a raise for sure! Every. Single. Time. They mess up my order. Every time. How does this even happen. Then when we wait to make sure everything is correct they give us attitude like I haven't had to drive back a bunch of times. Then when I try to call they repeatedly sent me to voicemail. I wish I could never come back here again. I'll have to try to make your hash browns at home cause the only reason I go there is because my kids like them. This is hands down the worst Dunkin' of all time. Doesn't matter which employees are there it's inefficient, slow, and just downright frustrating. While I was just in there, not only did I walk out, but a lady who tried order a donut with her coffee walked out without her paid for donut cause it wasn't worth her time to try to get the employees attention. Not the best Dunkin I've ever been to. I recently moved to the local area so my regular DD that I frequent I greatly miss. I will be reconsidering going somewhere else for my daily coffee run. In 1 week I have stopped by three times, twice they were out of caramel which is the only flavor I get, I get the same coffee every morning, and the third time I sat at the speaker for literally 5 minutes without help. Ordered avocado toast this morning. Tasted like it had been prepared yesterday. The toast itself was only toasted around the edges. The rest was soggy. I was expecting bacon but there was none and no-one asked if I wanted bacon on it. I thought it came that way but I was wrong. Heavy coffee drinker checking in. I live near 2 Dunkin locations: this one off Gantzel & Combs and then NEC of Ellsworth & Ocotillo. For the longest time the Ellsworth location was my "go to"- staff there was awesome, drive-thru was speedy and they consistently got my drink right. Though Covid has changed things a bit. Most of the regular staff seems to have stepped away and, with that, came inherent issues. So now I find myself driving the extra few minutes to get to this Gantzel location. I see the same smiling faces, my drink is made to perfection every time and the wait times in drive-thru are pretty dang good. Dunkin discontinued the bacon and cheese stuffed croissants so I'm sticking to coffee for now. Their menu really hasn't changed much over time- lots of fried donuts and a variation of breakfast sandwiches. Really hard to find "healthy" options here. You can ask for help at the window to find less caloric options (skim milk, sugar free syrups, etc.) if that's your thing. read more

I went to location on gantzel to get my employees a dozen donuts. I walked in and music was blaring one girl at the counter mouthed "hi" and walked to the back. Came in on Christmas Eve and they still had some Christmas themed donuts left. I was really glad. Who doesn't like themed donuts?! Not only was I able to score some Christmas donuts but I got a free drink as well. I got the gingerbread donut and the sugar cookie donut. I was really surprised to find out that the sugar cookie was filled. It was a good surprise! Overall, the customer service was good and the donuts were good! I will definitely be back! read more
