I am submitting this review because the level of customer service I experienced tonight was unacceptable and unprofessional. At 7:20 PM, I called to place an order for shakes and donuts. The employee who answered immediately stated they were "out of everything." When I attempted to at least order shakes, she responded with, "Well, we close in 40 minutes," in a very dismissive tone. There were still forty full minutes until closing, so I'm unsure why customers were being discouraged from ordering. Upon arriving to pick up the shakes, the pastry case was completely stocked -- trays full of donuts, muffins, pastries, everything. It was clear nothing was "out," contradicting what I was told over the phone. I have attached a photo because the discrepancy was that obvious. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand end-of-shift pressure, but dismissing customers, providing false information, and refusing service long before closing is unacceptable. This is a management issue and needs to be addressed. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate leadership so the store can improve training and accountability. Tonight's experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standard customers expect. read more

We are from So. Cal. and there are so many great Mom & Pop donut shops. We've had trouble finding Mom & Pop shops here and really any good donuts. This place is a 3.5 rating for us. We thought the small cherry apple fritter and the chocolate old fashion were just average, but the glazed blueberry and the Boston crème pie were pretty good. Gosh oh golly, I love Bosa the mosta. I was greeted kindly as I walked in, it reminded me of when my ex greeted me at the airport with a lovely sign! Unfortunately he did end up cheating on me a couple of days later with an older woman! It was a surprise to say the least! I have to agree with their claim that these are most definitely the BEST donuts in Arizona!! The donuts are double the height of any Dunkin or Krispy Kreme donut, so soft and pillowy. The glazes are very flavorful and cover the whole top and sides of the donuts and OMG THE SMOOTHIES!! I am a boba connoisseur, if there is a boba option I always get it and this establishment has VERY good boba pearls. They are soft and not too chewy. The flavor of the boba pearls is light and doesn't take away from the drink but adds to it and the honeydew flavor is perfectly sweetened. I placed an order a day in advance for quick pick up. The manager assured me that my order will ready when I arrived. Of course the woman behind the counter says why are you late? The woman says to me, it's not ready because you didn't show up on time. I paid for the order and was assured that it will be ready. Where is the customer service? I ordered ahead of time so I didn't have to wait I could understand if I had not paid for the $75 order when I placed it. She was out of line and had an attitude. So instead she went back and forth with me in front of a store full of people. I knew it would be busy and crowded and expected to go to the side and pick up my order so I didn't interrupt the line. My husband and I absolutely LOVE this donut shop!!! The donuts, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches are exceptional, the store is always sparkling clean, and the customer service is always top notch. Everything always tastes freshly made. Our favorite donuts here are the chocolate old-fashioned, the pink with sprinkles, and the blueberry, but we have tried a huge variety and everything has been tasty. Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are phenomenal, as is the taro smoothie -- yum! However giving 2 stars because for past 6 months they have raised prices and nickel ND dime for everything. For example of you order off menu with prices shown like med coffee 2 donutsp- they say oh that kind of donut costs more. I get things cost more nowadays but don't nickel and dime me. Probably my worst experience at a donut shop ever. It was only about 530ish 545ish when my boyfriend and i walked in. We only went because they stated a 8pm closing time so we figured we had time. We walk in and there's only one tray, maybe half a tray of donuts available that didn't look too appealing to us but we decided to try them out since it was our first time there. A little pricey for half a dozen plus some milk to go. As we got into our vehicle, we noticed the 2 young folks working the store were giggling and laughing while looking at other cars pull up. They went ahead and locked the door on about 3-4 other families that pulled up and turned the lights off on them without even saying anything, some with kids as well. Based on previous reviews i thought this location would be better but it wasn't. We will definitely not be returning to this location unfortunately read more

Beware of this location. We just bought $10 of donuts with our credit card and she told me my card declined. She ran it twice and showed me that my receipts said it was approved. I have alerts set up on my phone when transactions are charged. They charged me twice. Then she told me sometimes receipts say approved but are actually declined. What?! Then a nice gentleman offered to pay for it and they charged him too. I pulled up my bank app and showed them that they charged me and were refusing to refund the extra charge and give the nice man his money back. How can a receipt say approved but they think it's declined!? This was our favorite spot but I won't come here anymore because they are ripping people off! Thankfully, I no longer have to drive 15 miles from home to enjoy a favorite treat! BoSa has been around for a very long time and I'm so glad they built one in this area. Unlike other locations they have restricted hours as oppose to the 24hours you would see in the immediate metro areas - they also don't have a Drive-thru at this location. Closest BoSa with one would be in Gilbert and in Chandler. That's the only criticism when it comes to a needed quick pick-up on your way to work. Regardless, I've stopped in on a Friday morning for an iced coffee and a dozen for the co-workers- I was done and on my way to work faster than going through the Starbucks or Dutch Bros drive-thru. They are fast-pace here and I LOVE it!! The doughnuts are always fresh and when I bring them in the office they are a hit compared to Dunkin (ugh, Dunkin)! My husband loves their breakfast croissants too. They are highly recommended. read more

Had my nieces son stayed over and he said he wanted donuts for breakfast and that he knew a great place to get donuts. We went the next morning, and I was amazed! I was a store manager for winchell's donuts many years ago, so I know what a donut store is supposed to look like. How donuts should look & taste, etc and this place was amazing! Bright, welcoming, clean...and the display case? Beautiful! Full of donuts and displayed perfectly. I couldn't wait to get my hands on some to try them and see if they were as fluffy and fresh as they looked. I was not disappointed! Soft, fresh, perfectly glazed and perfectly frosted. My nieces son knows a great donut store! I will def be back when I do I'm going to try their Thai Tea!
