Every single time I've come here they are out of everything! It never fails. They either don't have any food AT ALL (this has happened on multiple occasions), out of hot drinks, donuts, etc. I don't get it. Also, the staff is always rude. Awful experience, a girl with bleach blonde hair, brown roots, and glasses should not be in customer service. I have never felt so belittled or had such rude customer service I will never come back and will drive to any other location due to this experience. I understand that jobs can be stressful and my order may be complicated but I believe that everyone deserves respect and to be treated at least with kindness. Hands down worst location. Constantly out of food. Ovens are down every other day. Service with an attitude. All around disappointing.

I've tried so many times to give this place another chance, as it's right down the road from me.. but I'm done! I've never been treated with SUCH an attitude. When I asked if they still had bagels the girl said " we don't have food anymore " it was 10:45 and I didn't know they stopped serving food at a certain time so I replied " oh! I didn't know-" she cut me off and said "yeah which means we have no bagels" with the worst attitude. Then when I asked for extra everything in my iced coffee she cut me off again saying "Yeah I don't know what everything means? Everything what.. exactly...." I'm not kidding.. the snarky remarks, the tone. The rudeness... every time BUT once; there was a dark haired girl who was the sweetest but I've never seen her since. Been to this location twice, the first time went we stood there waiting for about 5 minutes and NOBODY ever came up to the register, so we just left. I went through the drive thru to order two dozen donuts, when told her I would love to pick them, she goes: UGH can't you just come inside. That's too much to do through a drive thru. I said I promise I'll make it super easy. She responds with Go. I said I'll take 1 dozen of glazed and the other dozen sprinkles please. She responds with I only have two white sprinkled left and can't sell them so I just said I'll do the pink and chocolate then, no problem. She responds with "pull up to the window." When I got to the window I asked if I could speak to a manager for the lady that took my order as she was very rude. The Hispanic lady at the window states "we are the managers here" she was super nice, the other lady goes how was I rude in a horrible tone. I said you were very rude and I said what is your name? She refused to give me her name and said you need to leave and never gave me my order. I am easy going and get along with everyone but that lady was something else. Same review on google This is about my most recent experience on July 10, 2020 between the time 2:55 pm-3:30 pm. First of all this was my favorite place to be. I understand during the COVID restricts we can't go inside and enjoy the donuts and we have to go through the drive thru. Well this was my first experience using the drive thru. Upon ordering there was a female voice on the other end. We spoke our order and she spoke like the teacher in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" Then someone else a male voice was on there. I asked for 6 glazed donuts and green sweet tea. There was no green tea so O opted for black tea. I received things I didn't ask for so I never ate them. I only eat glazed. My tea was so sweet I wouldn't require insulin. Also I never received my receipt so I had to go home to make sure they didn't over charge me. I will be checking daily to make sure they didn't steal my credit card info as well. Maybe it was a bad day for both of them. It's a bad year for us all but act like you give a crap when helping others when you are servicing people at a great company. read more

Laziest people you'll ever deal with. I've gone 3 times in the past week trying to get a blended coffee. I pull into the drive through and am greeted with "WhAt Do YoU wAnT" not a "what can i get for you today" or anything even remotely close to nice. Every time I've tried to get anything I was fed the same bullshit of either "we don't have that" or "oh I can't make that right now" 11/10 would not recommend this location. This location is run horribly bad. The morning manager CLEARLY hates his job. He comes across stressed out and in some sort of rush even though there is absolutely nobody in the store and no cars in the drive through. If you get that stressed out over ONE car, maybe this role is not the best fit for you. I think the owners have checked out of being active in the day to business. This location is CONSTANTLY out of inventory and just can't seem to slow down, look at what the historic numbers are and order appropriately. Lastly, take a minute to check the order before it goes out the window! Yes I get it. It's a remedial job with low pay BUT you are paid and you show up. Favorite place for a great Coffee! Today I went to gasp! Starbucks located in the Frys Grocery Store. I had a gift card and saw they had a smoked butterscotch coffee. Sounded good and although never have been a real fan I figured, it's free! Got my coffee and blah!! Still true to today, Starbucks isn't that great! Especially the price of a trendy drink. Even though I had a gift card the small cup of joe was $4.50! So I went up the street to Dunkin' and got a real dark roast coffee that has flavor for half the price! The staff here is always very friendly, they work as quick as they can to get your coffee and food promptly. Real bummer that staff can't ever greet you in any sort of genuine way or even fake a basic smile at you. We come for donuts sporadically on friday's as a treat to the kids and I always leave thinking how lame that customer service was. You are often the very first people in the morning that greet your customers, a smile or anything positive you do matters, even if only a small amount. I work with customers as well in the early morning and can manage that, so can you. Our visits have become once every few months tops because I leave feeling like a nuisance. We only get a half dozen donuts, nothing complicated. After months of my dog and I visiting the drive thru on a weekly basis I was told I could no longer have a small cup of whipping cream for my dog. The treat for the dog is the reason I drive thru and get 6 donuts and coffee. I suggested they charge me for a cup of coffee and put whipping cream in it instead of coffee but they said no to that also. Frequently visit this location and the customer service after 5pm is poor. Can hear the employees fighting over the drive thru intercom about what they can and can't serve. One of the employees, not sure her name because she didn't have a name tag, had a very poor attitude towards both customers and her co-workers. When I came in early this morning, she was rolling her eyes at her co-workers and ignored me twice. After I ordered my drink and sandwich, she nearly yelled at the cashier who took my order because she didn't see my order for a sandwich. When she finished it, she threw it on the counter and called out "bagel sandwich" without making any eye contact even though I was the only customer there. Service great, management extremely poor I've been going to this Dunkin for over 3 years. I just got back now, at 11:30 AM they were out of breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately this has become a normal thing. I usually expect to have to drive to a different location if I wake up after 10:30 unless I haul ass. They always say they're "out" of whatever it is. Until I show up early the next morning to make sure I can get it in time. Basically it's good for just donuts and I've even found that they will be out of several kinds of those as well. Asked for a coffee refill. Nothing special. No asking for a latte, or anything crazy. Coffee refill, with my work travel mug. Was told at the window that they have to charge me full price because it's not a DD mug. Then was told ten seconds later that actually they can't accept any travel mugs other than DD mugs. Said it's policy. I REGULARLY visit 4-5 DD stores between my home and work, and have NEVER been told this before. And to answer the other questions, it's a 16oz mug, and was clean. Whoever made the Boston Creme donuts that got sold on the morning of 3/22/16 SUCKS! I know what to expect from these donuts and normally they are good. The amount of filling that was in them was laughable. It had maybe MAYBE a quarter size amount of filling. It's like they barely squeezed when they put the cream in. I got two of these donuts and they were both like that. Seriously disappointing! I paid for a filled donut, not a nearly empty hollow donut. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is because my iced coffee was fine. If they messed the coffee up I would've been even more surprised at the lack of ability in these workers. I normally go to the one on Rittenhouse & Ocotillo but traffic was backed up this morning and I had to go down Ironwood. I don't go to Dunkin a lot and it's kind of treat for me when I allow myself to buy it so that makes it that much more of a disappointment. read more

Great place. I came in here today and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. The guy at the register was very nice and displayed great customer service. I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts in years but after going here I might end up becoming a frequent customer lol. The place is a little small but there's some cool outside seating too. Went to this store today for the first time and the lobby door was locked with a sign that the register was not working and customers needed to use the drive through. I understand that more and more managers grew up in the technology age but they need to be able to adapt. of course I am assuming a younger manager, as I would expect a more experienced manager to find ways to manage the situation, without reducing there level of service to their customers. Ever hear of writing an order down, walk to the register, ring it up. Yes i know this would potentially slow things down, but a sign explaining slowness , in my opinion , would be better than a sign explaining we can't provide a service. I know of at least 2 customers that drove away. How much money is this store loosing because of all things, they only have 1 register. That's ok because there is another food store in the same parking lot, I am sure the appreciate the increase in business. I do have choices and this store is no longer one of them. read more
