My husband loves donuts! We moved from Orange County, CA to Arizona about 8 months ago. We quickly learned that Arizona doesn't seem to have many "mom & pop" donut shops like we do in Cali. After dropping our car off at the Superstition Springs car dealership for repair, I checked Yelp for a donut shop. This bought us to "Donut Worry." This donut shop is very nice with friendly people in a nice community shopping center (we used to call them strip malls). There is plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside. We ordered a combination of cake & raised donuts to taste. We bought, blueberry glazed, glazed old fashion, maple bar and chocolate raised donut. All were very good! We have to say this is the best donut shop in AZ that we've found so far. We will look forward to taking our car into service so that we'll be in the area to get these donuts. read more

Not sure what's going on with this place. They used to be good. Not sure if someone took over the place but the donuts are not good anymore. Quality is bad. I got a dozen on Sunday and one of the jelly donuts wasn't cooked all the way. Do you not notice it was coming out of the middle? It looked OK until we turned it over. Weird. This is the BEST donut shop in town. Hands down, the freshest & tastiest donuts. They have soooo much more than just donuts but that's such a staple for us. Everyone working was extremely nice & greeted us upon arrival and departure! The store is very very clean. It's one of my favorite local treats. Bonus- they have malasadas donuts! read more

They have the best donuts in Mesa! Service is good, but not overly friendly. Not trying to be picky, but they could smile or be a bit friendlier. However they are not rude. I've not eaten in the restaurant, I get my donuts to go. There usually is a couple of larger groups who I think meet on a regular basis. Wow I'm so glad I found this shop on Yelp. The malasada donut (warmed) is a must. And I am not a warm pastry person. Their standard sugar and glazed donuts were obvi great. Not sure how much better and more fresh a donut can be. Our first visit was AmAzIng! I got 8 donuts ...and a Kolache? ...a sausage with cheddar cheese in a crunchy but tender pastry 'tube'. Heavenly. I also decided to try one bite of a TWIST. Annnnd I kept opening the box every 4 minutes... and ate the whole thing. Slowly. It was so tender and moist and it literally perfectly melted in my mouth. Best twist hands down in my lifetime. Sweet but balanced, not too sweet and not doughy. So full I decided to wait fir my husband later tonight to try our favorite - the Bavarian creme chocolate dip. Mnnnn. And here I thought donuts didn't get better than Amy's in Tucson or Hurts in Tempe, or Portland's Voodoo. I might be WRONG! SO! 'Donut Worry' about missing your favorite donut shop - COME HERE! Baseline and Ellsworth in the SW corner shopping center close to the Ellsworth side. I walked into this place first of all they didn't have decaffeinated then I ordered a cup of coffee got my coffee walked back out to the car. It was almost cold. It was lukewarm to cold. I'll never go to this place again. How incompetent they can't even make a hot cup of coffee.!!!! read more

It was ok nothing special just a donut store. They place was clean and staff nice but no flavored creamer for coffee. No frilly extras.

The women who helps you in the front is not friendly at all. I should feel welcomed when I walk in the door but it's the complete opposite. This has happened the last few times we've been here. Took my kids to the bathroom and the door and handles on each side were covered in sugar, there was also a dead roach on the floor in the bathroom. The donuts are good but will be finding another place to go to. read more

First time at this donut shop today and we were very impressed. We were on our way to the park when we stopped and wouldn't normally come to this shop since we live in Gilbert. The staff was extremely kind and even gave my kids a box of a dozen donuts for free as we left! The donuts were probably the best I've ever had extremely fresh and unusually soft! That delicious creamy filling filled me up like a balloon and flew me straight to my happy place! I can't give an accurate review of their sausage, egg, and cheese croissant cuz it's too painful to eat non-soft foods at the moment with my newly placed braces, but if I muscled through and ate it all, it couldn't have been too bad! The showstopper of the morning was definitely the French vanilla cappuccino!! Parlez vous francais? We like to frequent mom & pop donut stores when traveling across the U.S. This little gem in Mesa, Arizona did not disappoint. They are known for their malasadas (yum!). We always sample a glazed and apple fritter. And their glaze was one of the top two we've ever had. It was light and the glaze was not too sweet. In essence, it was a perfect glazed donut. If you find yourself in Mesa, stop by for a glazed donut and try their malasada if you've never had one. You won't be disappointed. read more

I tried a coconut cake donut that was delicious and a Boston Cream donut that was also very light and good. They only had about a dozen varieties when I arrived at 8:30 am so it must be a popular donut shop. I thought the size of the coconut donut was way too small for the price but the Boston Cream donut (called Bismarks in MN) was excellent! read more

Finally tried this place last week. Donuts are heavy, greasy, home-style cake donuts; absolutely delicious. Tried a buttermilk bar along with a coconut donut while my kid grabbed a boston creme and a sprinkle donut. Not as elaborate as a "fancy" donut shop, but prices are super reasonable also. I'm a huge fan of Bosa Donuts, but have seen this place a few times when I drove by so I thought I'd best check it out. Glad I did, because while Bosa does a mean ham n cheese croissant they don't do a pig in a blanket. This place does, and they do them really really well, with huge sausages wrapped in a sweet bread that just fills you right up. This little donut place is in the middle of a random strip mall but it sure did deliver! I had and iced Thai tea with honey boba and a crumb donut. One of the best I've had! We ordered 3 donuts: chocolate with nuts on top, cinnamon sugar, and coconut. My favorite was the chocolate with nuts because it wasn't too sweet, just right. The other two were a bit too much for me, however you can def down this with some black coffee. I tried their ice caramel coffee but it wasn't my favorite.
