Well, they are making America Better, they say. The donuts are a little smaller now, they are wayyy sweeter - probably Seevia or something like that. Too sweet for my taste. The coffee is cooler, but they have cancelled the 10% senior discounts. I realize this just makes me fatter, but it's a luxury. $7.49 for the lastest 2 donuts and a coffee. I'm taking my business 200 yards down the road to Market 32 where they make much larger, tastier donuts for $1.19 each and actual Starbucks coffee for $2.99 I'm out the door for $5.50 and no one asks for a tip. Market 32 has a huge, huge seating section set aside for donuts, Starbucks, sandwiches, etc. Much better deal. read more

It took us 15 minutes in the drive thru to receive our order. Service was terrible, no apology or explanation offered for the delay. Olivia went so far as to slam the window closed. At least my order was correct. I wish I could say my experience is isolated to this one dunkin restaurant, but it seems customer service has gone extinct for this chain restaurant. This place is horrendous, the manager ( Jen W.) is over the top rude with the attitude of a bully. I was in line the other day while she was arguing with a customer excessively, she was incendiary instead of trying to de-escalate the situation that was mostly caused by her attacks. The customer left and then she started tearing into one of her employees. It was abusive, how the register girl took that is beyond me. She was so upset that when another customer asked if they could speak to someone from corporate, because of the abusive behavior that was being displayed. She yelled back at them "I am corporate, so take it up with me"... then followed with a "what do you think about that?" while staring at them. That customer after turning her head and saying sorry softly to the cashier, then turned around and walked out quietly as the manager continued her rant, going on to then blame the register girl for carrying on when there were customers in the store. A complete lack of awareness and extremely odd since the girl stayed very calm while being screamed at by her. If corporate see's these reviews on here, they need to look at their surveillance videos, because it's not acceptable behavior. Go in and privately speak with your employees while she's not there to intimidate them. She shouldn't be working in that industry with a personality like that. There's no doubt this isn't the 1st time. I'll never go back, it was embarrassing to watch. I felt really bad for the girl to be belittled like that in front of everyone. read more

Aaaaaarrrrrggghhh. SOOOOOO GROSS. I went to grab a coffee and clearly forgot where I was. I pulled up to the window after placing my order and held my card out. A hand with long dirty pointy nails reached out and took my card. I watched through the window as they made the drinks and sort of rinsed out a grime-covered blender. It was as if they weren't even preparing something they hoped might be consumed by humans. They're just sort of going through the motions. Thinking about how dirty everything was.... Was just at the Dunkin in Queensbury. We are new to the area so it is only my 2nd visit. Both times were bad. This time they have no soy milk or oat milk So instead I ask for an iced tea with lemon. Normally I'm very happy with Dunkin', but the lady working today basically non-existent. I should have known things were going down the wrong end when I realized the lady could barely input a combo meal. Upon completion of my order she pointed to my bag and said "you're order is ready". I thought nothing of it, until I got home and realized that she gave me a raisin bagel with cream cheese. I mean seriously! A sausage muffin with a hash brown no where sounds like a bagel and cream cheese. I'm better off driving to the Dunkin' Donuts by exit 18, at least I can be comforted by the fact that they won't get your order wrong. read more

I just waited in line for 10 minutes for burnt hash browns (hard as a rock) and a macchiato that tasted like 100% straight cream. It was gross and the cashier was not friendly. If I had more time and wasn't on my lunch break, I would have brought everything back. $10 for this crap. This store needs to get it together, I have complained about them before and all I got was "come in for a free dozen donuts" I don't want your donuts I want you to train your staff to treat the customers properly. Instead of a few minute drive to this store, I would rather take the 15 minute drive to the next one. read more

I love Dublin donuts and I usually never had a problem with it until I came to this particular Dublin donuts. The lines are ridiculous, and I understand it's a line so it isn't completely their faults. But, if it takes forever for them to take one order it starts to become their problem. Once I realized how long the drive through line was, I decided to go inside. Not a lot of parking at all. Sometimes you can't pull in to park your car because the line is so long. Once I actually got inside, there was very minimal seating and the line was also very long. I at this point decided to just wait and I stood there for a good 20 minutes with about 7 people in front of me. When I got to the front of the line, the women was very nice, she took my order, and then made my drink (strawberry coolata) she had messed it up multiple times to the point where I just asked for a refund and left. About 2 weeks later I came back to this same Dunkin' Donuts and it was the same women, so I just waited and hoped she would do better. This time I ordered a chocolate coolata. She gave me a iced mocha coffee. This Dunkin' Donuts is by far the worst one I have been to around me. read more
