Service is always great, however, I asked for a medium iced churro coffee with oatmilk. The coffee tastes black like they didn't even put any in or just dropped a few drops of it in. They get the job done here, but there are some inconveniences. Whoever designed this place either had some limitations or didn't think some things through too well. The drive-through is on the far side of the building. The parking lot is within it, like being on the inside of a horseshoe. That means when you go between the parking lot and the entrance, you must walk in front of the pick-up window. That can be a little dangerous if you're walking out and going back to the lot and you forget to check on your right. If you're in a vehicle at the pick-up window, please watch for people crossing when you leave, especially children. Inside, the order counter and register are on the right side, and you go to your left to pick up any food you order - essentially doubling back. If there is a backup of people waiting to pick up food, they will all be in front of the entrance. The amount of free space in front of the counters is also small. If there is a line ordering, it will easily extend to the entrance. The condiment station is near the entrance. That's fine if you are leaving with your food. If you're staying inside and getting sugar, napkins, etc., you once again cross everybody's path. It looks like there's enough seating space for people who want to sit inside - several tables for 2 or 4 people plus bistro seating along the window. But the seats and tables are pretty plain, not quite as fancy as what I've seen at other Dunkin Donuts. But if none of that bothers you, and you're here for the food and drink, and good service, you'll be fine. I got a "small town feel" from the people working here - it's an older crowd. They were thorough and considerate when placing orders, and it felt like they knew a lot of the locals and regulars. They did a good job of turning orders around providing options if they were out of something (for example, this morning they were out of English muffins but accommodated everybody with alternatives), and making sure people got good and friendly service. read more

This is THE BEST Dunkin' I've ever been to. Anybody who visits chains knows that each spot has their individual personalities, strengths and weaknesses, but I can honestly say that I've not been able to pick up on any weaknesses here! The hash browns (a DD staple) are always done to perfection. Great coffee and cocoa. Sometimes, you'll drive up to the drive thru, and the line is REALLY LONG but it always moves at lightning speed! I frequent this Dunkin' often and usually don't get breakfast sandwiches because I don't have high expectations for them. I do love their donuts and get coffee for my bf though. However, today I decided to get a BEC on a bagel for my bf and I to share while visiting him at work and the egg was cold, there was no bacon, and it was barely cut--I requested for it to be split. I also ordered two chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles and got ones without sprinkles. This wasn't a big deal to me, but I did not feel comfortable eating a sandwich with a cold egg. Additionally, I was one of 3 cars in the drive thru. It wasn't a busy hour. I went back to return the sandwich and they were kind to me, but they gave me a sandwich no longer than 30 seconds after my complaint. It wasn't cold like before, but it wasn't hot. They also gave me the correct donuts. While I appreciated them having a pleasant demeanor, I would have appreciated it if they took a little more time to do it right, especially since I was the only car there the second time. They have set a new record for SLOW at the drive through. It took over a half hour to get through. I wanted to give up and leave, but was trapped in the line UGH. Come on! Now I don't know if this is just our location, but what Dunkin Donuts eliminates the powdered jelly donut? Even the glazed jelly at that. What kind of evil darkness is this? Perhaps vegans. Why even come to a donut shop anyway? To add insult to injury, I got a box of 6 the other day and do you know what it said right on top of the box? POWDERED jelly donuts. Yall can get fancy unnecessary flat screens as a menu, but you can't get the one thing that is the fundamental of any doughnut place? Shame. read more

Well maintained, clean, and very friendly people here! Much better staff than any of the other locations within a 20 minutes drive. Almost always have the Country station playing on the radio which is a big plus for those of us who get tired of hearing the same "f the poe-leece" rap music every day. I go here when I'm in a rush I need a quick fix of coffee fast. There's nothing wrong with this Dunkin, clean inside, staff is nice, and service is fast. Drive-thrus always seems to be pretty crowded though, but that's to be expected. I would definitely stick to coffee, I don't know if it's all Dunkin's but I really don't like their lattes/espresso tastes. read more

Over the last few years, I've been coming back often and buying items from this store. I've had a DDPerks account (Dunkin Donuts Rewards) and every time I feel more valued here. I know that some employees have their good days and their bad days but lately, I've been walking in here and finding some employees who've been having their bad days. Now, today's experience was a little different, but the other day close to the end of their 5pm supper hour, when I was intent with trying to buy either a plain or cinnamon raisin bagel, the employee told me they had and so was wrung up. However, when I got down to the pickup line, another employee told me they had bagels other than the ones I wanted. With no single muffins instore instead, I ended up going back for a refund and walking out. Today, I walked in and got better service. It was the early lunch period(late breakfast (9am)), and I again was looking for the same choices. This time they had what I wanted. I surely was hoping for it. I had a free beverage and I wasn't going to leave empty-handed. I knew about some of their savings (bagel and drink bundled together will save you a buck with DDPerks) having used this here before. They got good days here and they have bad. The store went through a few exterior and interior design changes, but it seems things have gotten better. read more

It's a typical Dunkin Donuts, probably a little newer than most. Everyone is friendly. My latte wasn't made right the first time, but when I went up and asked for a little more caramel sauce, they were happy to oblige. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich too, and that was ok. Today my family and I ordered an on the go order. I walked in and our food wasn't ready. There were about 6 people working and I kept trying to speak to one of them but they didn't acknowledge me until after 5 times of trying to get my attention. Only two people were working on our food and the other 4 people were in a circle talking. After we get our food, my sister and I look at our bagels & cream cheese and they're toasted but completely unbuttered! I am a regular to this location. I never write negative reviews as I understand people make mistakes and or have bad days, but this location is becoming a consistency of wrong orders and workers who are not friendly. I always order a hot mocha black, this is not a difficult order. I do not think is much to ask to have them greet people & be friendly. I do not understand when I always let them keep the change from my order that they can not even say a simple "thank you" , not that I expect them to praise me for this, but it's just common manners. I went to order 2 donuts and 2 coffees I had to repeat my order twice. When I pulled up to the window I had 1 coffee and 2 donuts but the donuts were not the kind I asked for it was not a hard order and this was the shift leader who took my order. Such a shame. read more
