If I could give no stars I would. Combined two items ordered and one as missing everything but the ice cream on the other. This is poor service. They tried to pass the buck to the driver saying the told the driver to tell us they were out of " some " ingredients. I think they ment most. This was not the drivers responsibility. They drive. Talk about a place to smile - this place is the sugar and happiness heaven. Baskin-Robbins AND Dunkin' Donuts !?! Bliss I tell you ! I have s little one with a birthday coming up and was trying to figure out ordering cakes and pick up and all the logistics and timing and I got distracted by life and work. We settled on donuts as a birthday treat and lo and behold I got to get BOTH! Yahoo ! The restaurant is new and bright and clean and open all the time. I was impressed by the selection both in the ice cream cakes and the donuts. Angel helped me and she was efficient and kind. This place reeks. The manager is rude and non accommodating. None of the employees have uniforms which I find unprofessional and odd. The employees dont pull their hair back and when I complained about hair in my food, the manager; Marvin was unapologetic and didnt offer a refund. They also told me they "didnt know how" to make the drink I requested. I hope this place becomes more professional and properly trains their employees in health code and how to do their job. To whom it may concern: On 2-13-2022 I went to the Republic DD. My family and I have been customers for over 40 years. I grew up in New York and have always loved their coffee. Today was the worst experience of my life at this above-said location. After making my order of 2 coffee's, 1/2 dozen donuts and one long John, I was directed to park around back. Shortly thereafter, a middle aged man came out with my coffee and the long John I ordered. This individual proceeded to "Fat shame" me and stated to me that I was going to secretly eat the long John before I arrived to my next location. 1st of all, it's not the company's business what I eat or how I eat what I purchase from your store. If you want to exchange pleasantries with me, I suggest saying something along the lines of "sorry for the delay, hope you have a great day," not, I notice your an overweight person and I believe your gonna secretly eat extra donuts. I am completely ashamed of this franchise and I am a very, very unhappy customer. I would love for this company to reach out to me and explain to me how this behavior is appropriate in any-way-shape or form. I go here for the baskin robbins that is in same lobby location. For some reason they never have a basic flavor Vanilla ice cream. They can't make any shakes or cappuccino blast with no vanilla ice cream. I have gone there at least 8 times in the last two weeks and they are always out of vanilla ice cream. I asked why they can't have extra ordered and put in the freezer so you don't run out. I am not sure why the manager does not make sure they have enough vanilla ice cream. I drive from ozark so its very disappointing when they dont have enough ice cream to make basic cappuccino blast. Dunking side of things runs fine in the drive through, however the Baskin Robin's is a hot mess. Slow service, the girl was zoning out, really struggling to keep up with the line of customers. They need a way to streamline the service and get people in and out. read more

I see from previous reviews the GM gives none about the quality and all about the profit of this location, that is if there even is any. Service is always subpar. Always out of everything. 2 car wait is almost 20 minutes. That's not including the wait time to get your order in. Definitely the worst coffee stop in Republic. read more

My wife and I have tried this place a number of times, and have been disappointed most of those times. Last night was the last time. Service is slow, they often send you around back to wait on your order, and then forget you. One morning they gave me burnt potatoes. They have very little selection of donuts most of the time, and their hot chocolate is horrible. read more

yesterday I went to the republic location (2/25/23)I waited 25 minutes to order. I figured they were busy and short staffed. I order the same coffee every time, a L iced latte and extra shot of expresso. when I get to the window she hands me my "coffee" literally just looked like milk and maybe a little bit of coffee. it was almost white. I had said something to the girls and they were kind of rude and started to walk away. I continued to look at them and she came back and said uh do you want me to remake It and I said yes please. she took another 5 minutes and came back and said "does this look good" snarky. and I said sure and drove off. when I finally tried my coffee already left and down the road, to me it tasted like chemicals literally nasty and bad after taste. NOT LIKE COFFEE. I had my boyfriend try it, and he said it tasted like old coffee and agreed that it was VERY nasty. worst experience I've had for coffee. read more

I'm very displeased that a donut shop can't fill their long Johns and puts their donuts in a bag and doesn't offer donut boxes. The donuts were all smashed into a bag. The donuts tasted good which is the only reason they got two stars. Their selection was weak as well. S&L is so much better. read more
