I've came here over 50 times. There are only two good workers with customer service. The guy with the dreads/light eyes, and another lady. I'll catch her name and update the review. Manager has TERRIBLE customer service. That's probably why the rest of the employees are unorganized and unprofessional. To the teenage boy who had an attitude, because I didn't want to replace a breakfast wrap WITH EGGS AND MEAT with 3 donuts. I am so so sorry to inconvenience at your job you're getting paid at. Thanks for the refund 5 minutes later. After everyone was just walking around not telling me what was going on. Next time check your attitude and do your job. I've never been rude. Read the other reviews and don't waste your time. Tried to give them a chance again after 2 years. Stopped going because they were too slow. Had to stop on my way to work. Big mistake. Placed a mobile order for egg white bites and hash browns. No egg white bites when I got to the window so they allowed me to order anything else. Ordered turkey sausage and egg on croissant. This Dunkin is located inside of the Valero Station located just off of Exit 2 on I-675 in Rex. I popped in on my way out of town and while my visit was short, it was less than stellar from a service perspective...but my coffee was on point, so all was mostly forgiven. When I arrived, there were two attendants working and neither seemed too pumped to take my order. There was no greeting, but instead was just a vague question of what I wanted. This was the last word they spoke to me. Once I shared what I wanted and paid, they made my drink and then simply sat it on the counter for me to pick up. I was looking at the counter, so I guess they didn't feel the need to say anything, but I mean...dang. I will say that the coffee was good. It was super basic, an iced coffee with light skim milk...so hard to mess that one up! Overall, I was sad because the service from the Valero attendant was top notch then I come into DD and get the polar opposite. It wasn't bad service, but it was just non-existent, which is just as bad in most cases. I am a massive fan of DD, but I may have to stay on 675 for a few more exits next time I am down in the area and need that iced coffee fix. read more

This spot probably needs to just restart on everybody. Ion think they know their job or anything. I asked for a midnight hot coffee and shawty say they (Dunkin) make it by putting espresso in regular hot coffee she straight lied in my face the second time remaking the coffee. I don't even want to say what they tried to do on messing up with my wake up wrap order. Listen if you need someone to come in and teach spend top dollar. This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever gone to. I've always liked coming to Dunkin' because of their service, varieties and taste. But this location doesn't compare to any of them out there. We waited for someone to show up to the counter for more than 5 minutes. The only reason someone can't to the window was when I said "hello" out loud. It was a Sunday, and they weren't busy at all including the drive thru. The employees don't care about anything here besides their paycheck which was apparent in the way they spoke. After receiving the 5th coffee purchase I realize that I need to change this review. I am not sure why people that work with customers think it is okay to be rude to the same customers that help to keep a business open, but I guess that shows a lack of professionalism. Since I have tried, to no avail, to alter the other 4 incorrect coffees that I purchased from this location over the past few months, I decided to take it back and just have them add sugar. The server woman was angry that I felt there wasn't enough sugar in my coffee. She was acting as if I offended her because I wanted more sugar. Not another coffee, but more sugar in the same coffee. If she acts so nasty about adding sugar then I can only imagine how rude she is to customers that have real issues with food that she has prepared. It has been a while, but this prompted me to place a call to the corporate office about this issue. In the future I will just request my money back. Coffee should make you become a better happy person not a nasty bully. read more

We waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes after they gave us our coffee... they forgot to give us a straw. We waited and waved and both employees kept walking by as if they couldn't see us. Worst service ever. Go to Ext. 1 to Kristy Kreme. Every time I come to this Dunkin because its so close from my house it's a problem. They are out of something, don't have something, hella slow or just plan lost. Why are you cleaning the oven on a Sunday during business hoursat 12 noon? I wonder how much money they lost out on for 2 hours maybe not enough. There is a abandoned building on the opposite side of the street and exit I am thinking about running a Dunkin there the right way. I've been frequenting this location for the past month simply because it's close to my house, so close that it's in walking distance and within that month I've been sold 2 burnt cups of coffee, you know, burnt as in the coffee has sat on the burner too long.Disgusting! You order doughnuts and the wax paper they used to grab the doughnuts rips off every ounce of icing (I didn't order plane doughnuts hello) then I ordered iced coffee & it literally had 3 pieces of ice in it & was hot & not the way I ordered it. My girlfriend and I have a "coffee rivalry". I love dunkin and she loves the "green" place. We're always debating which place is better. Avoid at all costs!! Our visit was a miserable experience from start to finish. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and when we finally got to the window our order was wrong. Rather than offer to fix it, the cashier argued and insisted it was correct. "Anquanetta" overheard my husband trying to explain what we ordered and what he had just tasted. She told the cashier she would make the correct drink and as she turned around, she loudly told my husband (who has been calm) to chill. Feeling like this whole experience needed to be talked through with someone in charge of service, my husband asked for the store manager and "Anquanetta" shouted out "I am". If that's the case, this place has no hope. There was no apology for the wait, the wrong drinks, or the rude comments from the service team. When my husband went into the store to request contact information for the franchise location, "Anquanetta" refused to speak to my husband except to tell him to look at his receipt- which she had not given him at that point. ***Note: the person who identified herself first as the store manager and then the assistant store manager would not give her name and again said to reference the receipt.
