The food I ordered sucked. I ordered extra spicy Szechuan pork, no carrots. It was full of overflowing sauce, it wasn't spicy and the pork appeared to be boneless spares. It was hard and nasty. Talk about disappointment. I had a craving for Chinese Food and decided to try this place via Grubhub. If I could give a zero that would be too much for Chins Lily. I will not be going back to this Chinese eatery. The Starr is rude. Thrir can out to take my order with a runny nose. Nose was dripping all over the place and he did noghing to clean his nose. I cancelled my order and left. I have gone to this eatery ovdr the years but service and food has declined. The overarching issue why I will never return is because they cheat customers. The following happened to me on more than one, two, or three occasions. I ordered a dinner meal. I noticed the container they gave me is the container used for lunch meals. Mine you lunch meal portions are smaller because they cost less But I ordered and paid for a dinner meal only getting a lunch meal in one of their lunch container I asked about they start to act as they don't understand what is being asked which really further infuriate a custom. The word for what they are doing is called bad business practices and deceiving and cheating customers. The food has declined. The veggies are hard with no seasoning as is the same for the meats. The meat is coated in flour or some other ingredient snd you can taste the floury taste from the meat. Normally hot oil pepper is a condiment. it's a mixture of crushed red peppers miced with a little oil. it used to be free. Now it cost $.50 or $1.00. Most Chinese Eateries leave this condiment on the tables. they first placed it on the tables. then the moved it behind the county. customers would have to ask for it. then it got to point only one per meal. now it cost if a customer wants it. the bottom line for me is I cann and will not give my money out to people who clearly doesn't have your best heart in mind. Over priced garbage. I don't eat the outer part of my egg rolls to start with and I ordered 2 SHRIMP egg rolls, I peel them to get the cabbage and shrimp. Not a single shrimp, just fried cabbage and they had the nerve to write shrimp on the wrapper. Still paid for the shrimp egg rolls. I also ordered the fried jumbo shrimp. Should have asked for fried breading. Just a big glob of fried something with a slither of a shrimp inside that cost almost $8 for a total of 5 of these things. Ordered 8 wings and got some that were about 2 1/2 inches long. I swear they were the tiniest little wings I have ever seen, another $10 down the drain. The food here is always steaming hot and the takeout is fast. We usually order some of the same dishes including General Tso's Chicken & Mei Fun. The food is hit or miss. Once they take attitude classes they just may be an ok place. Are they all in some sort of club that teaches them to be butts to the same people who help them in their businesses.
