Employees shouldn't act like business is a bother. Neither knew how to make a "box of joe" so the wait was ridiculous.

This place needs help. We try to avoid this location because of how slow the service is but we were there yesterday and I went inside since the drive thru was backed up. Service was just as bad inside as the drive thru usually is. Plenty of employees but no one was running the show. Chaos. Slow moving chaos. People making food and getting drinks didn't have gloves on and they looked unkempt. Trash on the floor behind the counter and in front. Avoid this one if you can. read more

Every time I come here it takes at least 10 minutes to just get an order in. All I ordered was two refreshers and munchkins for the kiddos. It took another 5-10 to get the order out to us. It's been like this for years now, it's unfortunate because it's the only one near by. read more

DD's is my go to coffee and donut stop! Especially when on a trip. They are advertised on the green and white state signs. They have a good breakfast and lunch too but my fav is their coffee and Boston creams! read more

saturday 10/5/24 - don't come here on a saturday afternoon!!! the weekend crew at this store is very very slow!!! and incompetent!! 1 kid walked out & quit, leaving just 1 guy in there for drive thru and inside counter!!! i am here now with my husband and it has taken 35 mins. in line in the drive thru, from, 3:45-4:15pm, just to get just 2 coffees!!! was at the speaker before, waited 10-12 mins. just to order. no one greeted us at the speaker. they finally took our order. 8-10 cars have left since we've been here at the drive-thru. and at the window now and it is taking the kid in there another 15 mins. to give us our change back and the 2 coffees we ordered!! and he left the window open, and he's talking to his coworker and swearing!! using bad language!! got here at the drive thru @3:45pm. and we're at the window still waiting for our coffee. 4:15pm we got our coffees finally!!! read more

Went in to grab a quick hot coffee and hot chocolate. One of the employees was outside when I drove in changing the trash bins. He came inside and started to make orders- WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!! After waiting a very long time to speak with someone about a refund they told me that was not possible because I paid at the kiosk. I told them I would accept a newly made coffee as long as trash hands didn't touch it. They agreed and then proceeded to mock me 3 feet away. I can hear you! Although manager is doing the best she can considering the help she has the Sunday a few weeks back had one person in the whole place. What a mess, lately though we're not to impressed with the attire of the new girl doing drive thru pulling up her sleeves looks very ghetto , we know a lot of people have tattoos we don't need to see hers we're really thinking about going to another DUNKIN donuts. And what really put the icing on the cake is I had misplaced my credit card , and finally found it and she said I know what credit card you usually use. All the complaints are true, I was not going because they are so rude and always mess up your order - but decided to give another chance today. I ordered a large iced coffee with mocha, I realized (after driving away) they gave me a large caramel swirl with 4 sugars. I also ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese...they gave me 3 sausage egg and cheese. The lady at window gave me attitude when I asked for a straw (to go with what turned out to be my incorrect coffee). Been to this Dunkin's three times and every time has been a disappointment. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to move four cars through the drive-thru. I understand at these times it's rough not many people are working ect. But I'd it takes 25 minutes for me to just get 2 coffees that's an issue. I almost drove away because it toook 15 minutes to order and 10 minutes maybe more to receive my 2 coffees. This teenage girl was texting the whole time and this guy early 30s making coffees just going super slow taking his time. But I've never been so pissed in my life when I got the coffee wouldn't you think that it would be good? No this taste like dog shit I go to Dunkin all the time. This is the WORST customer service I've ever received. Today I Waited in line to tell the employee with the red pony tail there was no toilet paper in the bathroom of which the manager I presume since she was in a Blue shirt instead of white told me "I'd have to wait because she can't stop waiting on customers" very rude. This Dunkin Donuts does not honor it's promotional ads. They say they give you a slip for a free donut of you buy a cup of medium coffee and then tell you they already rang you up so you have to buy another medium cup of coffee to get the donut. That a scam. Don't go to this place. read more

Stopped here on our way thru traveling, walked in and heard nothing but cussing coming from staff. Women's room was a nasty mess when I said something the girl rolled her eyes at me. I go to this D&D more out of a hostage situation how close it is to my house. I gave them three stars because it is hit or miss. I have had bad experiences here but I have also had good ones. It depends on the employee that you get really. Dunks coffee is the same everywhere however the service is what varies and here its a roulette game! This is the third time in the last two months I've gone to this location and more than one employee was not wearing a mask. The employee at the drive thru opened the window without a mask, and did not put one on after I expressed discomfort and explained it was unsanitary that not only she wasn't wearing a mask but the employee at the sandwich station making my food was not wearing a mask. The employee made the excuse that the lobby was closed and no customers were in the store so it was okay for them to not wear masks. I refused to purchase/take the food I ordered because proper sanitary and safety precautions were not being followed by the workers. I consider everything in that store to be contaminated just because those employees were not wearing masks and were making food and beverages without masks on. This store should not be serving customers as they are putting not only customers lives at risk but other crew members. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with this locations following of cdc guidelines to be open as a food and beverage business during a National pandemic in a state where we've had over 3000 positive cases just this week alone. read more
