Stopped in this morning for some munchkins, the kid came back with the box of "assorted" munchkins and proclaimed "I lost count, but it's pretty close to what you asked for" Dude, I asked for and am PAYING for 50 munchkins, assorted, and I got maybe 30, 20 of them just being pumpkin. Dunkin Donuts on main street in Rochester, NH wanted me to give them my personal pocketbook in order to use the bathroom. This is the most outrageous thing I have ever been asked to do in any establishment. I was spoken to very rudely and dismissed without any explanation at all. I represent a large number of people who use this establishment and I will relay my experience and ask them all to not use your establishment. This location goes from bad to worse. After my original two-star review here many years ago, I went back a handful of times and never had a great experience. I stopped going after the time a couple years ago when I ordered a large drink, paid for it, and THEN they suddenly remembered they were "out of large cups" and gave me a medium instead. They still charged me for a large, and it took me complaining to corporate to get my money back. I hadn't been there since, but on my way home from work today I really wanted an iced coffee and this was the closest location, so I decided to give them another chance since it had been a long time. There were about two to three cars in the drive thru when I drove into the parking lot, and one car parked in the lot, so it's not as though they were busy. I walked in to order since I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. I stood at the counter for a full ten minutes before any employee acknowledged me at all, and even then it was just to call out "I'll be right with you!" from across the store. Stood there for almost another ten minutes, watching them cater exclusively to the cars trickling through the drive thru window. Nobody acknowledged me again, so I walked out, having waited long enough for a meal to be cooked and without a cup of coffee. That was their last chance. I won't ever be back. read more

It's absolutely crazy the manager (with the red hair) complains about everything and stand outsides and talks to her mother that is alway outside or in the lobby and the mother has to put in her input on everything as well no wonder the workers morale at this location is down (the one next to monster gas Rochester,NH) she is always yelling at the other employees that they're taking to long and not getting stuff done but if she stopped smoking a cigarette throughout the day to help and left the lobby open for the doordashers so they could go in and out with they're orders so they weren't clogging up the drive thru this woman has no business making a sandwich let alone running a Dunkin donuts read more

I really want to like this location but they always get my order wrong. It's like they don't understand their own menu, I order the same thing every time and they never deliver. I've gotten a soggy pancake wrap and sandwich after sandwich when all I want is a single pepper wake up wrap. It's so frustrating going on my lunch break and having them overcharge me for food I'm not even going to eat. It's ridiculous. if I could place less than one star I would. I spent half an hour in line and there was one person in front of me waiting to order. Then I had to wait 5 more minutes for the lady to tell me I'm good to order. after ordering I the white trucks order in front of me took another 5 minutes to come out to him. He was given two items. And the worker on the night of feb28 at 6pm started clapping and raiseing her voice at the truck. Very unprofessional. Upon pulling up to the window I waited another 5 minutes to pay. I left with my food a a half an hour later. Once I got home i realized my donut and my drink was incorrect. I will be telling everyone I know about how bad this particular establishment is. This location has become bad. They don't actually seem to do curbside-I had to walk to the drive thru last week to get my order. They are slow as heck to get you an order. Waited 17 minutes today after ordering ahead...in drive thru for 2 drinks. When we got to the window there were like 6 employees we could see. So completely incompetent, bad management, and no sense of get people on the move. Hasn't been a great location, maybe change out the manager and it will do better. Every single time I go here my order is wrong. I ask for no egg and without fail it always has egg.

Wow it's bad enough they cant even make your coffee right when it's a simple order but the attitude and rudeness is the icing on the cake. Went around 815 yes I know that's a busy time. Go to order and the lady at the intercom rudely says I'll get to you in a minute. Then someone with an inkling for customer service nicely asks for my order. Well rude ruth decides to not know how to use a headset and cuts in and out and talks over her co worker. I get to the window and my coffee isn't even stirred. The whole time I have been nice. I hand my card to pay and say thank you no words just the most miserable glare from rude ruth. Then she hands it back I say have a good day and she proceeds to glare again. Clearly customer facing jobs aren't for you and you need a new job rude ruth. This place needs to get their act together. Reading other reviews their coffee is about as consistent as their customer service. read more

Charged me for two medium iced coffees when I ordered a large iced and a medium iced. Did not label either so we had no idea what was what. I asked for sugar in both and the coffee that was supposed to be a larger did not even have sugar. It's not that difficult to make a coffee. So thank you for wasting my time and money. My husband submitted a on the go order for Dunkin and showed up ten minutes later. The drive thru line was long but we've come to expect a wait for the convenience.... Get up to the window where we are handed a coffee and donuts and say that our sandwiches will will be right out. Ten minutes go by and people behind us are starting to get agitated... twenty....thirty!!!! Finally rap on the window to be greeted by a cold your sandwiches will be right out. Thirty minutes ago we heard the same thing. We ask for the managers name and the number and our sandwiches get immediately handed. Ask yet again for the information and she said she will get her and walks away. 2 minutes later and multiple customers yelling that we were still there so we left. I've never been inside of the place when it was clean. There's always bits of garbage on the floor. I'd hate to see how messy the kitchen is. I've popped by this DD on several occasions, this place has the worst tendency to forget to make my breakfast sandwich. I order the breakfast sandwich, I give them my money, I wait 5 to 10 minutes, I politely ask them if it's ready yet, they ask me what I ordered, I tell them what my order is (again), they realize they never asked someone to make it in the first place, then I wait several more minutes for my sandwich to be made. WOW! How do you sit in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and then try to write a review so people that read this will not just think you are another disgruntled customer that got a bad coffee. LITERALLY sat in line for over 20 minutes and when I got to the window I was given a total for what I ordered and they really thought that 4 cars in front of me and 3 in back of me didn't already drive off because of the wait. Worst place to go they always get my orders wrong instead of putting tatter tots in the little pouches they just threw them in the bag it took a hour just to get our order and it was cold. My ice coffee was made wrong and the ice was melted and the coffee was burnt.
