I went to dunkin and ordered a Iced Matcha Latte with Oatmik and light ice. They unfortunately didn't add enough matcha powder, so the drink was bland as it lacked of green tea flavor i so desperately wanted. If you ever order this drink, make sure to tell them to add extra matcha. Not saying it always happens, but this is the third time in a row it's happened to me. 4 out of 5 for me. read more

I am not a regular coffee drinker, but will enjoy an occasional frappe if my girlfriend wants to go when we are together. DO NOT ORDER A MOCHA FRAP FROM THIS DUNKIN. drive thru- ordered an iced latte vanilla with Splenda. The young man at the speaker/ drive thru window speaks very softly and in monotone, he's very difficult to hear or understand. He does not smile or converse and does not seem friendly at all. After driving away, I discovered my drink was terrible. Very stingy amount of cream, and no Splenda. I couldn't drink it. My daughter loves this place- she gets drinks here almost daily & her order was perfect. She did say the other employees are more friendly and when anyone else makes the drinks, they are delicious. read more

Just went by to grab a pumpkin spice latte and some munchkins. The drive through worker was rushing me and extremely careless. Didn't get a greeting or anything when I drove up just a "what do you want" from the worker. While ordering the lady kept saying "is that it" every time I listed an item. My latte was iced when I wanted it hot and it wasn't even mixed. The pumpkin flavoring or whatever they use was just caked on the bottom of the cup. I didn't even bother to correct her on that because you could tell she wasn't friendly. She also didn't count the munchkins correctly. This isn't the first bad experience I had here. I will just stick to Starbucks from now on. Manager needs to reevaluate their afternoon and evening crew. read more
