The shop itself is a decent size with both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything seemed clean with no dirty tables. The short line ( had two people ahead and one of them didn't order drinks) moved quickly, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, even though it wasn't that busy and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered drinks. Turns out most of the delay was due to online orders. Call me old-fashioned, but I think customers standing right in front of you should be served first. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming it's clear they're just following the policies set by management. Despite the unnecessary wait, my Fireside Latte was excellent.
