I had a great experience here today! Preordered on the app a medium dunkalatte with blueberry flavor and a wake up wrap. I arrived about 5 minutes later and everything was ready. The woman working the window was super sweet and I left super satisfied! My latte was made to PERFECTION (I mean look at that color!!) and the bacon wake up wrap was hot and fresh. Absolutely deplorable customer service. The attitudes from the staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Something as simple as asking for almond milk became an issue every single time, and despite repeatedly requesting it, I was still given whole milk. Then when I asked for the drink to be remade correctly, the staff acted irritated and inconvenienced.  Customers should not feel uncomfortable or disrespected for politely asking for their order to be made correctly. I've already stopped spending money at Starbucks, and unfortunately, Dunkin is now on that list too. Too many people are bringing negative energy and nasty attitudes into the workplace and taking it out on customers. Do better. read more

Every time I visit this Dunkin', they're either out of ingredients or don't know how to make their own signature drinks. My business is right across the street, yet my staff and I would rather drive 10 minutes out of the way to another Dunkin' just to avoid the rude service at this location. The employees here struggle to follow even simple directions. They'll repeat your order back to you and still get it wrong. I've had to leave my job twice just to come back and have them fix a drink order, and each time there was no accountability, no apology, and not even the courtesy of offering me a $1 stale donut for the time and gas I wasted. Most recently, I ordered a signature pumpkin spice latte and was told they didn't have the ingredients and didn't even know what I was talking about. It's the middle of September, and they don't know how to make a pumpkin spice latte? Completely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

The service here inside is ridiculous. Zero line, wasn't even greeted, I said hello first so she could acknowledge me. I ordered and she didn't have milk which the one close to my home does offer. Said no problem, I'll order a coffee. I ordered my coffee and she just gave me my total without allowing me to finish ordering. Sunday early AM (7:45am) - NOONE IN LINE - Drive Thru for 6 sliced Multi-Grain Bagels, 1 with cream cheese & Egg, the rest just sliced. I was told I could not have 6, it would take all of them? Really? Seriously? I asked how many I could get? She said 2. (I thought you SOLD BAGELS, not limit how many I buy?) So I ordered 1 w/cream cheese + Egg, the other plain, just sliced. She repeated it back wrong. I repeated it again, she still got it wrong, so I did it ONE MORE TIME...OMG....this was not going to be another "stupid employee" moment OMG. She took my debit card & I hear someone scream "what's on that multigrain bagel"? OK, there is NO cars in line, not in front, not behind me, and they can't get my order right? The cashier screamed back the answer - I said No, that's not right. The Big Fat Mouth Mgr. comes up and says, "give me your card"....I said what? She said it was wrong....now I'm PISSED. I yelled "this is NOT DIFFICULT". Give me my Card back. The Fat-Mouth Mgr. gave me my card and said "You don't talk very nice" - "Well, I don't speak STUPID, so we are SH_ _ out of Luck." Now I'm screaming.....and they cancelled my 2 bagel order, said it was refunded.....I demanded a Receipt.....she Bit_ _ _ _ about that. (still NOONE in line...just me). I've been to this Dunkin Donuts tons of time in the past but have never written a review. My wife and I were shopping at Lowes for some Mother's Day flowers and popped into D&D's for some iced coffee and a coffee roll. We were the only customers in the store and there were two associates working. I was happy to see that the staff were performing a thorough cleaning of all the shelving, counter tops and floors. However, I'm not crazy about heavy cleaning taking place while customers are being served but Covid-19 is still on the rise and it's better to be safe than sorry. In addition, there was a large protective Plexiglas shield in place to help protect customers and staff during transactions yet the staff were not required to wear gloves or masks which I felt to be odd. We received our order quickly; the Coffee roll was delicious but our ice coffees were a bit on the sweet side. We asked the associate to pour out some of the coffee and add in regular coffee on top to dilute the overpowering sweetness of the sugar This resolved the issue until we got to the last quarter of the drink. The bottom was just a layer of straight sugar about 3/4" thick. This happens to me quite often at Dunkin Donuts locations everywhere I go, so it must be a universal measuring standard used across all franchises. Overall, our experience was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I may have said this in other D&D reviews but I need to learn that I cannot order anything from D&D that allows the staff to input sugar on by behalf. I would definitely return to this location in the future and look forward to my next visit when in the area. read more

I've been going to this Dunkin every day for almost a year and a half, and I am very happy with my service there. At first the some staff were rude but it appears that they've made a change in staff, their customer service has improved immensely! When I went up to order my food through the drive-through, the lady made fun of how I couldn't count because I made one simple mistake started laughing and was just completely rude. She was loud obnoxious for no reason so I give this place a one star definitely because of how rude their employees are, and the manager shouldn't be a manager they should really derank the manager to employee because she did not act like a manager at all. She acted like a immature child yelling across the store saying that I can't count. This is horrible service I will not be coming back here again. I'm from the area, but have been out the state for awhile. Every time I visit Sanford I stop by this location. This year by far is the worst I've seen it. I've made two stops to the store in 4 days it's been horrible. I stopped on 30 June and the lobby was closed, decided to wait in the long drive thru line. Finally got to order, and they barely had any donuts that I asked for. How do you run out of glaze on top of that. Got a few donuts that we really didn't want just to try. Stopped by again on 3 July, 0540 in the morning, lobby was closed again, and a gentleman open a side door said they were closed due to no staff. And said the same thing to another would be customer pulling into the drive thru. Said if I wanted a coffee that's all he could help me with. I declined and as I was pulling away another employee showed up, but still refused to serve us anything but simple coffee drinks. But far the worst DD I've been to yet, understaffed, unprofessional, managers can't seem to run the store correctly. Will go elsewhere. read more

Well I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one who recognized that this location does not have much quality attracted to it. I've been here 2 times. The first time I went inside and did some work but all I could hear were the workers being loud and discussing their boyfriends and girlfriends. There didn't seem to be any acknowledgement that they were working in an establishment with customers sitting inside. They were having fun and making the most out of their shift but work is a place to act professionally, regardless of the business. The second time I went was for the drive through and I witnessed the same inappropriate behavior. I was sitting in my car outside a window and was still able to hear the cursing and conversations. If I could rate this Dunkin Donuts 0 stars I would. I am new to the area and have been to this location a handful of times. The first time I came everything appeared to be fine but my experiences drastically worsened from there. My drive through orders are ALWAYS wrong, the breakfast sandwiches are barely warm and hash browns are practically raw potato. When I try to speak to employees they pretend to be mute or roll their eyes. I am a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer and it's sad to think this location is so awful that it's ruining the reputation of a great company. This place needs some major help. read more

I went to the inside counter to order. There were four employees right behind the counter but I was completely ignored. After standing there for probably 2 minutes one employee told another "look" (at me) to which she replied, "I see her" and continued to walk back and forth behind the counter doing other things, didn't acknowledge me at all. A manager and another employee clearly made eye contact with me while I was standing there waiting. At this point I've been standing here for about 5 minutes and nobody has even said a word to greet me, much less take my order. Now the manager and an employee are feeding a service dog a cup of whipped cream at the end of the counter and I make eye contact with the manager again. She opened her eyes wide at me as if I was bothering her. I ask if anyone is going to take my order and she rudely said uh I didn't see you standing there. (Yes, She did.) Employee behind the counter sighed and dropped a box on the ground and stomped over to take my order. After all this, the espresso machine is broken and I didn't even get my coffee. It seems like customer service is a HUGE inconvenience to the entire staff. They are rude and obviously don't want to be there. read more

If I could give one star I would .... every Time I go into this location they always mess up my order .... Cashier was unfriendly she looked mad to be at work ... I ordered a "large" signature latte Extra Caramel And a toasted bagel. And then the cashier. Reply's back you want an medium coffee. ... So clearly she wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying, And then the manager makes my drink completely wrong! Then when they remake the drink To a Actual signature latte it's still wrong.... Instead of putting extra Caramel they put no Caramel. 3/25/2019 Update : This location has gotten so bad, that now they are giving people donuts that are stale or already have bites taken out of them, and when you bring it up to the employees, they don't even bother offering an apology or offering to fix the issue. It feels like this locations knows they are only a couple weeks or months from closing down, so at this point they just don't care, and are just riding out the clock. That's just the impression I get, based on their awful service. Original Review : This Dunkin Donuts location is in need of some serious help. We walked in this morning to find 2 people in line, 1 person in the drive through, and 9 employees behind the counter. It then took 12 minutes for the cashier to ring up the person in front of us, just for us to be able to place our order. Once it was our turn, the cashier walks away leaving the front counter completely un-manned for another 5 minutes. Another employee finally came back to the counter and took our order. That order of 1 iced latte and 1 iced tea then took 15 more minutes to be ready. All in all it took us over a a half an hour to buy 2 drinks! During this time, the line grew long, as did the drive through, since the employees were taking way too long to do anything. We saw 2 customers give up waiting and walk out while we were there. And the piss poor attitudes of the employees didn't help anything. I hope this location gets audited soon and has to be cleaned back up, or else I foresee this location slowly losing business, until it has to just close its doors. read more
