Horrible staff that doesn't listen and will lie to your face like nothing. This morning I asked for pumpkin munchkins in the drive-thru and as I pulled off to go to the window I could hear the girl who took the order tell someone to get 10 blueberry munchkins. When I got to the window I clarified that I asked for 10 pumpkin munchkins and the girl at the window replied yes we have 10 pumpkin munchkins for you. Right after pulling out of the parking lot I discovered the munchkins were blueberry. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I'm done going there. read more

No straw for my drink or napkins for my bagel, and the cashier handed me my card back wearing a greasy glove. The butter or whatever it was on his glove, spread onto my card and then onto my fingers and wallet, making a nasty mess. read more

Another one star due to the fact there is not a ZERO or negative star option. This place is on my route from my house to where I need to be so it is only by matter of convenience that I have subjected myself to the ridiculousness. I have given this place ample opportunity to perform to at the very least semi-decent standards however they have FAILED ... and I mean achieved an EPIC FAIL each and every time. I took my youngest kiddo here to get an icecream, they were out of sugar cones and the lady said.. I quote.. "we are out of sugar cones. we make them here but I have not gotten around to it. I mean I don't even see the point they are just so annoying" wow On more than one occasion I have ordered their iced coffee and it has been undrinkable. Totally nasty. They charged me for the extra flavor shot and the extra cream and sugar but do not add it. Thanks for jippin me! Although this place is right in my path I have tolerated all that I can and will no longer go out of convenience. I am so tired of wasting my money on crappy coffee and rude service. Today was the worst yet. After I received my coffee and was waiting for my flatbread I tasted the coffee. Funny, no vanilla flavor in there, no sugar, only cream, which tasted sour. When the rude guy opened the window to practically throw my sandwich at me I told him about the coffee tasting bad and he slammed the window in my face!! Really??!!! You screwed up and still have the nerve to have a nasty attitude. Thank you douche bag! I have called and spoken to "managers" to no avail. This place continues to perform their morning misdeeds because they are basically the only show on this side of town. Well lemme tell ya what.. I will now go the 2.1 miles out of my way to Starbucks and get decent coffee. They may not have the delish veggie flatbread but I'd rather eat burnt toast than have crappy coffee and bad service. FYI... THERE IS ANOTHER DUNKIN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN THAT PROVIDES STELLAR SERVICE!!! Maybe these jackclowns can learn a thing or two from that location. read more

Worst customer service I have experienced. Was waiting in drive thru line that was not moving for 20 mins. I called the store to ask if the drive thru was closed. When I finally was able to place order and pulled up to pay, the manager of the store came to the window to yell at me for calling to ask if they were open. He screamed at me in front of his employee and said that I needed to have patience. I was appalled that the MANAGER would yell at a customer who simply asked a question. I was not rude. I just wanted to make sure I was not waiting if it was closed. A drive thru should not have a 20 minute wait where cars are not moving. What goes on in there?? Of course the customer service is awful when they are seeing how the manager treats people. I placed a complaint and was told I would receive a call back and never did. Avoid this location. I've been going here awhile as I work close to this location. Lately, I've actually modified my route to work in favor of another location because of how uncomfortable I am going to this one. Every single time I go here there is an issue. Whether it be a very long wait in line (usually due to an incorrect order from the first person in line or they just flat out don't say anything when you're at the menu), order being incorrect, or the employees are RUDE as hell. However, there are a few employees here, who I haven't seen in awhile, that are extremely nice and competent. Never gave me an issue. But recently, it's been a usual occurrence. Just today 03/14/16 around 1:30pm I was there. After leaving and taking my first sip of the coffee, I was fed up. The coffee was absolutely horrible. There were still coffee grinds (A LOT) at the bottom, no sugar, no cream like I asked, and the guy at the counter didn't say a word or look at me. Took my card, gave me my terrible drink, and closed the window. Complete waste of time and money today and I'll make it a point not to return to this location. read more

If I could have given this location a ZERO I would have! This location SUCKS!!!! I mean just HORRIBLE from the service to the food! I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after my experience today I will NEVER return. The restaurant is CONSTANTLY NASTY in appearance, the customer service is TERRIBLE, and the food is NEVER made to order. When I complained to management on shift she LIED and gave me the shift leads phone number instead of the store manager; I later found out that SHE was the store manager!!! I have had problems with this store twice now. Coffee macine broken out of this out of that. On top of it the mgr was so unprofessional, shaking her finger at my children and I. We ordered off of the app, spending 43.00 leaving with less than half of our order and told we have to call corporate for a refund. Happy Saturday at Dunkin. Ok...I'm between 2 and 3 stars here, but since my order was correct and the food was good...I'm swinging more towards 3. But the wait was the worst I've ever seen at a Dunkin Donuts. I mean c'mon...it's coffee, donuts and sandwiches that are heated up in a microwave. This is no exaggeration, but I waited over 15 minutes IN LINE...then another 5 for my order to be ready. That's longer than most sit down restaurants. Besides the wait...this Dunkin Donuts is pretty standard for the brand. Variety of donuts, bagels were there, coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was correct. I just can't get past that wait. It still gives me chills thinking about it. Overall...I truly hope my experience was just a one time thing for this location. With that being said...give them a shot if you're in the neighborhood. I look forward to reading your review of them and hopefully it'll change my mind about going back next time I'm in their neighborhood. read more

We're loyal DD customers but this location is really very disappointing. Our orders are wrong almost always. The baked goods are rarely fresh. I wish the owners listened to the reviews and showed some effort to improve. read more

The expresso machine is broken every week at this location. The franchise owner owns all the Dunkin Donuts in the area and every week at all his locations the expression machines are broken down this franchise owner is horrible. He needs to buy some new espresso machines. I never had any issues up north at any of the Dunkin Donuts but down here in Florida they just plain suck read more

Decided to go to DD, complete waste of time! They had a line of cars at the drive-thru, only one person working inside. We wanted to get a box of doughnuts but yeah not happening when they have zero! Most everything was gone, wasn't even 11 in the morning. Turned around and left, why bother being open when you have no doughnuts made, or very few left and there just telling people we don't have that???? Why be rude to people, you are a DD right? My first time and definitely last time going to this DD's was very upsetting I ordered a small frozen hot chocolate two wake up wraps and hash browns... first let me start by saying they appear to be unprofessional and lacking knowledgeable preparedness when it comes to food, now I know it doesn't matter that I've worked at a DD's before but it does help when you have knowledge of great quality food and drinks no matter the rush. Now I said that to say that the two wake up wraps I paid for were spoiled and I didn't realize it until after eating them both and opening them up, now from my experience as an employee I know when it comes to food prep you have to date everything and also monitor all food that was previously prepped to ensure there are no spoiled products.. now I'm not sure if they had correct dates on their eggs but both of my eggs were bad and green and with one of my eggs it's was too late to recognize it only until I halfway ate it and tasted the foul part which it was too late for me to do anything.. it did upset my stomach and I'm pretty sure you guys know the end result and let's not talk about the frozen hot chocolate that'll be too much writing itself. They don't even deserve 1 star but I rated just to review. read more

It's rare when I go into a restaurant here in Sanford and feel like I was really taken care of. Today going here was a delight. The cashier was very pleasant answered all of my questions, a complete joy. The donut selection was decent and fresh, even though I was there at lunchtime. Every time we go the service gets worse and worse. We went on a Sunday morning and they were out of half of the menu items. Tonight we went to the Baskin Robbins that was inside to get some ice cream and they were out of everything we wanted. Worst Dunkin Donuts we've ever been to. I placed a special order of donuts for my class as a reward (that's what they chose). Every student picked out their favorite donut. I have 18 students and everyone got exactly what they wanted- no mistakes. They enjoyed them so much they asked if I would challenge them again and reward them with a donut. I have just found my secret weapon in motivating my kids. My order was ready and I checked out in less than one minute. Easy. Appalled at location 3768 S Orlando Dr., Sanford, FL 32773. I should know better by now. This is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts around! The service is always horrible and slow, not to mention employees are always unfriendly and rude. You sit at the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge you are there. It may not seem like a big deal, but in the long run it was the lack of knowledge, rude attitude, and inconsideration that made this visit horrible! Ordered a large pistachio Coolata and was informed they couldn't make it. Asked for a large pistachio iced coffee instead. Got to the drive thru and was told "We are out of large iced coffee cups, we are going to put it in a hot coffee cup". When I asked about them not being able to make something, she replied "Oh we don't control what comes in... I just don't know about that". So, I questioned if the extra large hot was the same as the large iced size, the girl at the drive thru gave me attitude and said "I don't know, but if you got a problem, then call!" in a rude and hatful voice. Ok, I don't mind the change in cup - but don't charge me for a 32 oz iced coffee, when the extra large hot cup is only 24 oz. And keep your bad attitude to yourself, don't treat customers with such disrespect. Ended up with just a medium plain iced coffee for the price of a large. This is one of the worst locations for employee attitudes and customer service! read more
