It seemed like the in-store orders were taking priority and I think there could be a better balance between preparing online and walk-in orders. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, so it was frustrating to end up waiting longer than customers who ordered after I arrived. Once I finally received my order, the smoothie was the highlight. The X-Treme Watermelon was refreshing and perfect for a hot Florida afternoon. The Chocolate Hazelnut Toast was good, but I think it could have been even better with a little more fruit.
