I feel so bad for the employees here - this location has been understaffed everytime I've visited, which leads to very long wait times, wrong orders etc. at no point should there only be two workers on the floor - I hope the franchise owner either hires the appropriate amount of people or rolls up their own sleeves and pitches in. read more

This is a location close to my work, so it's convenient to grab a coffee. For the most part, Dunkin Donuts' specialty coffees are pretty good. The biggest issue with this location is the coffee is different every single time I order one. I get the same drink every time I order, but it never taste like the ones from other locations, and none of them from this location ever tast the same from drink to drink. The seating is usually area clean however another reviewer posted a video of black mold growing where they keep the donuts :(. My same orders taste different every time I get them and some staff is very kind while others just kind of look at you like they hate their life. I stopped by after work to get 6 donuts as a treat for the family and when I got home and we tried them they were all hard as rock stale, I saw the young woman wearing gloves boxing them so I'm surprised she didn't feel how stale they were. I called the customer service number and they just kept wanting to collect my data instead of simply apologizing or offering a refund on the sale. I told them I didn't want a coupon because I won't ever return. My last experience at a different location I was served stale cold hash browns that tasted like cleaning spray. This is a standard reliable Dunkin' Doughnuts/Baskin Robbins. There is only a few seats in the place so you may have to take your food to go. I showed up here within 30 minutes of closing (I hate being one of those people). Even with it being so later, the staff was very friendly. They were cleaning up but didn't seemed bothered by serving us some ice cream. I had a classic chocolate chip ice cream. It was pretty much what you would expect from a basic ice cream cone. My girlfriend had Rocky Road and she seemed very satisfied by it. All in all, this place is close enough that I will probably come back. read more

I only been here to this Dunkin Doughnuts even though I haven't checked in to this establishment using Yelp. It's a clean place inside don't get me wrong it does have a drive thru window which is nice if you can not find a parking spot in the mixed shopping center it is in. Some of the employees are nice and some have attitudes depends on how who you deal with. They have indoor seating, cold & hot coffee, doughnuts, chocolate milk and many other choices to choose from. This is not a corporate own Dunkin Doughnuts it is a Franchise owned Dunkin Doughnuts. Two star because I am a Huge Dunkin Donuts fan. I've been to this location several times and it always seems dirty. The tables have trash on them and the floor looks like it needs to be mopped. The customer service is lacking and my order always seems to be incorrect. Even though my order has been wrong several times the items seem to be fresh. This location needs better management, the staff including the manager gossips all day long about employees and customers. My coffee was made incorrectly and I asked for it to be remade and the barista said that I would need to pay for another drink if I would like a different order however, that's not what I requested. The staff is inattentive. 4 trips here and they have yet to get my order correct and its been the same order; extra large decaffeinated coffee, 4 splenda and 2 pumps pumpkin. I visited this little joint on a Sunday late Afternoon. No Rush. just Looking for a Quick Bite. What I got was 35 MINUTES WAIT . I ordered the New Peanut Butter Macchiato, a Strawberry Coolatta, 2 Donuts. on One Order. Then on another order I asked for the Ham and Cheese Roll Ups. 35 MINUTES !! The Young Man who took my order was Unkempt and and Illiterate Buffoon, who also did not give me a Receipt. There was a young Lady who fixed my Macchiato , set it down on the go side. Sees me still standing there and asks if there was something else. There is a Screen with my Order on it. Why she didnt see the complete order is Baffling, to be kind. She fixes the Coolatta, which was Horrible, and still wanders why I'm standing there. I have repeated 5 TIMES what I had ordered and still,....cant get a Complete Order to go. And NOBODY HAD EVEN STARTED TO COOK THE ROLL UPS !!! 35 MINUTES !!!. I asked for a Refund on the Roll Ups, which in Hindsight seems so Ludicrously Silly. $3 DAMN DOLLARS ! Which the Manager even asked if I even had a receipt. The Unkempt young man who took my order, did not even give me. And to Top it Off, asked if I wanted it on a GIFT CARD !! Well... it's a Dunkin' Donuts. It's true, I've been to better locations in the Tampa Bay area. The donuts and coffee are always good at Dunkin' no matter where you go. I thought it was strange that they didn't have any donuts on display at 6:45 in the morning. That's the best part about visiting a donut shop. Seeing all the colorfully decorated donuts and picking the one that pops out at you. Don't they usually have a special donut of the day? Apparently not that day because no one could tell me if they had one or not. The donuts were all on a metal rack that was rolled closer to the drive thru, and away from the customer's line of sight. Maybe it's placed there to make it more efficient for dive thru service, but it's totally impractical for their walk-in guests at the counter who may want to try something new but don't know what kind of donuts are available.
