This particular Dunkin' is located in a gas station just off of Interstate 4. I am a fan of Dunkin' and overall, my visit here was a positive experience. The service here was friendly and the ambiance, well....like I said, it is in a gas station. I have been a long-time fan of their coffee. I did not get anything else, but my coffee was pretty good. A quick stop in the middle of the road to refuel gas and myself . This Dunkin is located inside a gas station convenience store, everything was very organized and clean. The donuts were super fresh and beautifully displayed. I also ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich (2 eggs, bacon, cheese) it was tasty and the service was very fast. If I drive through this region, I will probably stop here again for a treat read more

What a mixed bag of an experience. During Thanksgiving week, I dropped in to pick up a dozen donuts. The attitude from the receptionist was apathetic and she continued to offer me an already assorted dozen of donuts despite my intention to select 6 sour cream donuts. While this was going on my girlfriend attempted to use the restroom and she claimed that she walked into the men's room by mistake and noted that a well-endowed employee was putting himself away when she walked into the restroom at the connected gas station. I'm not really upset at the gas station because they clearly had the restrooms marked according to the "two-genders" which is another can of worms considering before this incident I had no problem being addressed as him/his/he but since her encounter it's made me feel lesser and I no longer identify as a male and refer to her as my partner now. Outside of that the donuts were great, I didn't realize the headlight had icing inside and not pudding, but I'm not upset. The black coffee wasn't hard to mess up so that deserves a 5 star rating but the ride home was really awkward for us. For what it is worth the employees seemed unawared when I brought up the restroom incident so it seems like everything was okay but it may just be a case of a rooster in the hen house and we were just two visiting love birds. I also stopped back by here later and grabbed a 50 count munkin and I'm pretty sure they gave me 38 but I wasn't counting as I ate them. The loaded hasbrown is really good too. We're pretty regular patrons when we pass between Safety Harbor and Orlando. My mom lives in Safety Harbor and when we pass through we either stop at this location or the Flying J a few exits down/up I4. I don't want to see anything happen to the employees as I feel like my partner should have been paying more attention to the door she walked into and less about what was waiting behind Door Number 1. lol. I'm officially boycotting Dunkin' Donuts. A order of hashbrowns is six tiny pieces of shits.

If this store could have 0 stars it would. My kids and I went to this location. It is in a circle K. We went to the restroom first. We used the handicap stall and in the other stall was a dunkin employee. When she left the restroom she did not wash her hands. We were coming out right behind her and saw her go straight into the kitchen and start working. I asked to speak to the manager and it was her. So i said never mind. Called and reported it to dunkin. I also put a post (this same exact one) on face book plant city page. Well the community was reaching out saying many things. Mostly agreed I should have put it out there. 1 person saying no because he did not read the facts. But then the facebook messenger app started going crazy with nasty nasty messages from the employees at the store. Very u professional. Many people on the post said i should contact the health department. I said no, ill let dunkin handle it in house. We for the next 45 minutes one of her employees was really getting nasty calling me names etc. Then i find out that the other employees were messaging the group admins. Also saying nasty things. I saw this with my own eyes. I did not make this up. I did not in the post say date and time of my visit or the name of the manager. If they can all reach out to complain back to me they could have just said "hey sorry you experienced this we will address it please take your post down. But not one of them did. I called corporate and the franchise owner. Corporate was very nice and apologetic im still waiting to hear from the franchise owner. I will never ever go to this location again. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love dunkin. How many iced coffees i drink a day from there. But if this is not fixed they will have lost a very loyal customer base. I carry a huge dunkin base everywhere i go. This was handled cery unprofessionally!! read more
